Lived there for a year and loved it. Always very clean and staff was very helpful. Gym is awesome but I wished they had a stair master. Only consistent issue was residents not picking up their LARGE dogs droppings but that’s not management’s fault. Definitely recommend 😌

Called from Colorado to get details on available apartments, cost etc. Amanda was the first person I spoke with.After many calls to other complex’s, I came right back to the Regalia. Amanda made the difference when she took the time to explain everything. Extremely customer friendly and very accommodating. Leg work on apt. hunting is not the most pleasing thing to do. Most of the other agents I spoke with, at other apartment communities were less than desirable to speak with. Lacking, enthusiasm and customer friendly skills. Amanda made the difference. After my arrival I met Paige, both made me feel welcome and comfortable, like I was home. The complex is well maintained, the apartment is spacious with a great deal of storage. Love the attached garage! Regalia is a small community nestled in Katy close to everything, which I love.

My son and I toured this property last week and we came back today to tour the unit that we really want to see. We really enjoyed the tour with Michael and he did an exceptional job with explaining and answering our questions. of weeks ago and the experience was very good! We really loved the floor plan, it’s perfect for what we were looking for! Regalia Bella Terra is the BEST apartment complex that I’ve seen compared to Tessa and Elation. We will definitely move here once we sold our house!!

Oh my gosh! This is definitely the place if you are looking for a new home. It starts with the staff. I had the pleasure of touring with Michael, the Manager. Very professional and knowledgeable. As the Manager, he didnt mind giving me the tour at all, since the others were busy. The community is in a perfect location, and the apartment home is very lovely. They had exactly what I needed, a 1 bedroom with attached garage. The whole place is so clean/tidy and setup very professionally, just the way all communities should be. That is really important for me, and last but certainly not least....I was treated with respect, and that goes a long way!! Go see them!

I lived at Regalia Bella Terra for 3 years. But a few weeks ago the Management changed and a new team took over the property. When I had an issue and needed to speak with the management, I was amazed how smooth everything was being handled under the new team. I must say , CARSEN ZACHARY, the Regional Manager is the best . I had no problem reaching out to him. Back and forth communication with Carsen were not only made easy and pleasant,, but very professional. He was answering my emails and questions in a timely manner. He listened to me with patience, and explained every step very clearly. Based on my interactions with Carsen Zachary and realizing how good things are being handled , I have no doubt Regalia Bella Terra is now one of the best places to live at, “a place to call home”. Thank you Carsen for making a difference.

Ive lived here for almost a year and a half. This is my second review because my experience has been consistently awesome. I am writing specifically about how wonderful Veronica and the maintenance team is. They are so prompt and want to do everything to make my living environment as comfortable as possible. The management team responds to maintenance issues immediately. I have had three requests recently and all have been responded to and completed in less than 12 - 18 hours depending on time of day I requested. Thank you all again for making Regalia a great place to call home.

I was totally impressed by Regalla Bella Terra three years ago when I started my apartment searching process. And found this complex to be the place for me but the unit I was trying to get was rented to someone else unfortunately while I was trying to get my house sold and was told I couldn’t get it. Then I rented elsewhere for a year.When my lease was up I tried to get the same floor plan and was given the run around by Michael and the former leasing manager Robin. So I hope to lease from them in the future.

Love living here! I been here for a year now and things are amazing! Management is very attentive, the only problem I see is parking. People with no stickers in their car park inside all the time leaving residents having to park far away and I just feel is not that nice to have to deal with people with no stickers in there cars taking residents spots.

The Assistant Community Manager, Michael came and resolved an urgent but not emergency issue I was having on a Saturday morning when maintenance does not work. How top tier is that!?Maintenance is always prompt, I never have to wait more than two days once I submit a request. Veronica is AWESOME she’s been here since I have moved. She’s very nice, prompt, and caring which is more than appreciated.I have been living here the past two years, first in a one bedroom and now in a two bedroom. I do not plan on moving from here until I purchase a home.Management is very helpful and compassionate which I appreciate. Amenities are always in a working condition. Maintenance is prompt. The area and complex is safe. There are no complaints.- Brittany M

We are new residents at Regalia, moved here in June. The staff is great, top notch! They have quickly addressed any issues we may have had. Example: the movers nicked up our walls. Robin and Veronica were on it immediately and worked with the moving company to get a contractor in there quickly and get it all resolved. They are responsive and the maintenance staff is prompt, professional and so polite. The complex is a nice size - not huge, quiet and everyone has been friendly. We are enjoying the gorgeous pool and the activity center where we’ve been playing pool and watching the Astros games! We looked at several places and we definitely made the right choice! Highly recommend 🥰

I’ve been living here for a year and a half no I have nothing but great things to say about Regalia! Maintenance is very friendly and quick and fixing any issues we’ve came across (air filter changes, light bulb changes, etc). Everyone at the office is friendly and very helpful when it comes to packages being delivered at the front. The community itself is amazing! We were out on vacation and had a package sit out for 4 days and it was still there when we returned home. That alone speaks a lot because at previous complexes I’ve lived at, my packages would be stolen.Overall, I’m constantly telling people I know who are looking for an apartment to come take a look at Regalia!

On two different occasions, I had been looking for apartments around Katy, Cinco Ranch, down to Richmond and almost to City Center. Each time I felt that Regalia was the perfect choice; after seven months I know it was.I absolutely love the management and maintenance staff. All are friendly, professional, and quick to respond to questions or requests. Ive only had small requests to maintenance, each time there was someone at my apartment the next day (none needed weekend response).Residents are friendly. The pool area is well maintained, as well as the club house. I used that for two months to watch the basketball playoffs. Any time I shared the space with others we worked it out so everyone got to use the area independently, but together. The fitness center is clean, and when others are there, everyone seems to use equipment, but never a fight over anything.This has been a fantastic choice.

I have been staying in Regalia Bella Terra apartments a little over a year. Robin and Michael are so great (front office people) I bought them starbucks gift cards. Always prompt to answering the email and phone. Maintence is a 10 out of 10. I never have had issues here, GREAT amenities! 2 story gym always stocked with towels, half court basketball court , golf course , beautiful pool and grills. I love it here !

These apartments extremely nice, in a quiet area with great amenities but the real reason we originally signed our lease and have continued to renew is because of the people who work here. The maintenance is extremely friendly and responsive and I cannot say enough kind things about those who work in the office. You won’t find nicer people who actually care about their tenants the way they do. You won’t find a better apartment complex in the Katy, if not all of Texas.

When I had a water leak in my apartment she came quickly and wasted no time in getting it fixed. Make sure my carpet was replaced and dried properly.

I moved here from here from Florida with my son, I delt with Michael at the time, he was amazing over the phone and made me feel welcome before I even got here, then when I arrived everything, he said on the line was true. The apartment breath taken. So, while living here, my review it is quiet at all times for the most part. all I hear is birds, dogs, and sometimes children. Nothing bad. I have delt with Linda and oh man she is amazing I just love her. I have not had any and I mean any problems at all while living here. I put in a work order, and it was handled ASAP and the Maintenace crew is amazing as well. I just love it here. I Give them all as a team a 20 Star, Im not a person that would just say anything or take the time to even leave a review. I mean everything. This place is great. Ive lived at Regalia since building 7 was completed; 4 years in July. Robin was my leasing agent and she helped make my transition from Dallas easy. Her promotion to Asst. Manager and now Manager is so deserved! Each of staff have always been helpful and so friendly. I love stopping in to say hi. The maintenence team, led by Veronica, is fantastic. She was in today and got my dishwasher reset, up and running in 5 minutes. Ive lived in apartments for the last 25 years and Regalia is the best by far!

Regalia Bella Terra is the spot to be. I have been here for 2 years now on my 3rd. Where to start:The property Manager Robin is always with a smile and great attitude. And not only her the whole staff of regalia all have great attitudes. Every time you pass by one on property or office they say hi etc. They reply to emails in a timely matter very quick, sometimes within a few minutes. Any maintenance issues out in the online portal is easy. They quickly respond to work orders and get it done. Being in a small community you see the difference. This is my first “home away from home” and just enjoying it.Property is pretty quite which i like even next to the freeway it isn’t a hassle I don’t hear the traffic on i-10 as some properties u might. Fitness center is 2 stories and they even have towels and sanitizer. It’s always clean. The pool area has enough space for multiple gatherings but everyone here as neighbors are friendly and they all share the spaces of need to be in the pool area.One thing I love is the front office gets involved with us as in they have contest for patios every season and contest with pool parties. It’s like a vacation away from home but you are home. They have a dog park area, space for your pet to run around enough with a dog wash station.The floor plans were something I fell for quickly enough space inside and with a garage it’s perfect. I have enjoyed living here and still am. #regaliaishome

I’m going on my second year of living here and this has been my favorite apartment complex in Katy. The apartments and ground are clean, well taken care of, and very quiet. All service requests are handled quickly and efficiently.The management team is very friendly and passionate about their tenants. They take the time to talk to tenants and really get to know them. Robin is amazing and makes going up front to the office to pick up packages or check mail the highlight of my day. I recommend Regalia to all my friends I know who are looking to move.

Ive rented at many complexes before, but at Regalia Bella Terra I feel at home for the last 8 months. Since my move in I have been treated with nothing but kindness, respect, and appreciation. Karen, the manager is awesome. The office staff, Jodi and Robin are always so available, helpful and amiable. Not to even mention the maintenance staff.. Veronica takes pride in her work. She and Margarito are always so quick to arrive for maintenance requests -same day responses, amazing.. The whole staff is very professional and diligent. I will definitely be renewing here.

From day one Regalia Bella Terra felt like home. After a bad divorce it was a challenge to find a great place for me and my girls. Karen stayed after closing just to finish with my application process and be able to give me the news before the weekend came. Robin is amazing, she is always helpful, quick to respond and in a great mood all the time. Jody is a little more quiet but when you get to know her she is equally as awesome! They always remember my name and my apartment number. Veronica and Margarito in maintenance are extremely caring and responsive to all of our needs/repairs. This community always hosts events for the residents and takes care of us. I just signed another lease to transfer to a bigger unit. The customer service here is unlike anywhere else that I’ve experienced. Truly feels like home and a family!

Absolutely LOVE living at Regalia Bella Terra!! The management and staff are amazing here and make you feel so welcome. They truly feel like a family more than just management! My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 7 months and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about it!! Parking was rough for a couple of weeks, but management handled that quickly and it hasn’t been an issue since! As far as service requests go, we have had to ask for a few (totally normal) and they have all been handled within 48 hours of the request!! I am so thankful that we found our home here💛

The living room is huge and the kitchen is beautiful!The colors that they chose really look good in the apartment.My experience at Regalia so far has been amazing, and I am extremely excited for the dog park to be open so I can finally bring my fur babies to there new home. What initially sold me to sign with RBT was the management/leasing staff. Karen, Robin, and Becca are truly amazing. I really have enjoyed my experience here so far and have no doubt it will continue. I love that the staff keeps me updated with events and things going on via email. The apartment is not run like a typical commercial establishment, which is what makes Regalia Bella Terra stand apart from others in Katy. The apartments are less than 2 years old and therefore still retain their new home charm. I have stayed here for over a year now and am glad to report that I am still hard pressed to think of anything wrong here. When I moved to Katy, I shopped for apartments in the vicinity and I can tell you with confidence that you cannot find a better place in a 10 mile radius from here; be it value for money or the quality of the apartments. Robin, the Leasing Manager who signed me in, Jodie and Karen, have all been wonderful and the Maintenance professionals are superlative in both their efficiency and pleasant demeanor. Every few months they seem to introduce small but significant changes for the benefit of the residents - e.g. small hand towels in the gym, a new vending machine, valet trash etc. All the residents are courteous and friendly which is great while the units themselves are very well appointed with top of the line appliances and finishes. I thank the management for all their hard work and attention to detail and I hope anyone else looking for an apartment drives down to take a look at Regalia.

Karen tries to be very understanding to every circumstance, but at the end of the day your rent is still do whether you like management or not. There is non stop construction in the area and it’s very noisy. Also, one of the maintenance guys bangs on the dumpster every morning at 8am as if that isn’t annoying as well. If you do not work from home this may not be an issue for you but if you do, you will be highly annoyed with all of the noise and construction. Again, it’s very noisy place and construction will be going on for some time. If you choose this property, perhaps request a unit in the back.
