Ms. Veronica B is amazing, she worked with me to pay off my entire balance. Also she works with everyone, making it easier to for everyone to pay their rent/bill. Rent isnt that much compared to other apartments and the apartments are very peaceful and the apartments are nice.

You have your friendly office Miss Vero And the manager Great customer service always willing to help with anything you have questions about Or concerns. Then you have your maintenance guys always willing to get the job done. They keep it nice and clean and up to date. Great neighbors. Overall its a great quiet peaceful Place to live at.

I am buying a house so I am giving my move out notice, but I wanted to give my 2 cents before I left. The ladies at the office are awesome. Thank you Joanna Blanca n Shelly. Ya are appreciated. Blanca always makes sure that she takes care of any issue I have right away. I can say that this new management knows what they are doing. 4 months ago, we received a letter with the manager and new staff introducing themselves, I really appreciated that. My wife went to the front office to meet them as well as put in some stuff we needed fixed at our apartment, Mentioned to me that the ladies warmly welcomed her, treated her kind. I received a text the SAME DAY telling me they were completed, cool texting feature too, as we never had it before. I have seen so many good changes And improvements. I enjoyed my time living here.

Ive been a resident here since 2018. The current management with Blanca Garcia as manager provides exceptional customer service. Her staff in the office as well as the maintenance crew are exceptional as well. I have encouraged family and friends to consider Red Stone Vista Apartments as there residence. Glad to be here.

The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because the street in the parking lot is bad they have pot holes in the entrance and close to the exit, but if they ever fix this problem they would be a 5.I was here for a year and tomorrow will be my last day only cause I needed something closer to my job. This apartment complex was quiet and people keep to themselves. My neighbors never bothered me and were very nice. I recommend these apartments to anyone. My one bedroom apartment was very spacious and I loved my wood floors. The office staff is very nice and they always try to help you with what you need. When I had a problem with my dishwasher and washer machine the next day they went to fix it.

Recently moved in and so far it’s wonderful. Nancy has the absolute best customer service. Her and the maintenance guys made sure everything was move in ready for me. The pool is beautiful and the location is great, easy access to I-H 45 for my commute to work. I highly recommend coming to see Nancy for your next apartment!

I usually don’t do reviews because I never stay long in one apartment complex to do one, but I’ve been here a while now and I really enjoy living here, it is close to everything. Also every time I need something done, maintenance is always available to help, really understanding. Especially Lucy in the office, she’s always nice and happy to help!!! :)

I just moved back to Redstone Vista and I must say that the new management team is doing a phenomenal job at fixing this place up to where it should be! Blanca helped out tremendously during my application process and Joanna kept her promises with keeping me updated on everything that I needed while Blanca was out of the office. Ill be updating my review if needed in the future however so far I am in LOVE with my new apartment! Thank you guys again!

I have lived here many years and have lived in apartments all my life. I have never walked in the office just to say hi or thank someone but Nancy is always so sweet no matter how busy she is she always goes above and beyond to help us here. Ive lived here for almost 2 years, since the upgrades and New Management about eight months ago the place has become a much better place to live Ive had no issues whatsoever and they give me a personalized Parking Spot close to my apartment they have a huge pool and many monthly gatherings in the office for people to socialize with

Redstone Vista Apartments. is a great place formed for different Apartment Complexes in most cases with 2 floors. Spacious and very comfortable. In the center of it there is a swimming pool for their tenants. The price varies depending on the moment in which you take the offer. A quiet, safe and secure community.
