My Husband and I live at Redbud Trail Apartments and it is absolutely our favorite place we have ever lived! Ms Dee and everyone in the office is always so kind and caring towards us and all of the residents here. They are always so helpful and really patient too! Kyle and Jose do the maintenance here and they always go above and beyond! When my Husband calls and asks for a maintenance request, Kyle and Jose come the same day and they do such an amazing job and they are super fast at fixing things! They also take care of maintenance emergencies really quickly and there are a lot of buildings in the complex but they get to everyone so fast and they are super kind as well! All of our neighbors have been really kind too and its just a great community and place to live!

This property is very well kept, the maintenance Kyle and Jose are always quick to fix any issues. The office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. A list of resources to help me when things got bad, and Ms Dee and Ms Diviana in the office has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I loved the party they through for the eclipse! Great staff!

Best apartment complex Ive ever lived at. All of the staff including maintenance are all so nice and accommodating. Maintenance is always on top of everything, crime doesnt seem to be an issue here and even the neighbors have been nice.

Office is extremely responsive, ground crew/maintenance is one off the best Ive seen, and its a nice place to live. Dee and Diviana are two of the most wonderful ladies I’ve met and beyond grateful for these ladies helping me with the moving process and any questions I had.

Wish I could give 10 stars this property is amazing. The ladies in office especially Mrs Dee is amazing and very helpful. The maintenance is very quick to respond to any problems. I love this place . Can’t wait for the pool to open.

I am more than happy to call Redbud my home! For starts the maintenance team is always on top of request, they are the hardest workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The community feels like home, the management team is always attentive and truly cares about their residents. I would recommend Redbud to anyone 10/10.

Very thankful for the wonderful eclipse event put together by the leasing office everyone was so attentive to all the residents present. Very pleased knowing office and maintenance team are always trying to do their best. Keep up the good team work.

This apartment complex is wonderful to live in. The office staff, especially Dee, is quick to respond to any problems. They are friendly and helpful. I feel safe and welcome in this complex. I would highly recommend anyone to live here.

Lived here for 6 years before moving out in 2023 before they raised our rent to almost $1300 for a 1 bedroom. They were great until they started raising rent prices so much for “affordable “ housing. If you make just enough or a little over what they say you’ll get charged more, so be careful management changed completely. Other than that I love their maintenance they were amazing always on it!

Very attentive front office staff and maintenance team. The front office staff is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Also, the maintenance staff was very quick and efficient with completing any requests.

Just sucks that you MUST OWN an iPhone JUST to be able to do your laundry there.. Its ridiculous! No coin machines. Or card machines. Just weird high tech washer and dryers that you have to use your iPhone and pay through an online payment account. Just, absurd, if you ask my opinion. Smh.

I am very happy with the treatment received from Diviana. Unfortunately they have a waiting list and I wont be able to move in yet but the attention is incredible from the moment you walk in. I hope they open more communities like this or that there will soon be a space for me and my family
