    I recently relocated to a new apartment within the complex, and I have to say that the management team made the transition incredibly smooth, the current team deserves recognition for their efforts. The manager, Melissa, is very understanding and approachable. If you have any concerns, she is attentive and works with you to resolve them, Assistant manager Lexi, along with leasing agents Karren and Daevian, have been equally helpful and professional. They’ve shown great teamwork and have gone above and beyond to make this complex a wonderful place to call home. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and fosters a sense of community where neighbors respect one another. I’m usually a tough critic, but this complex has truly impressed me. I genuinely appreciate the staff’s efforts and am grateful to call this place home.

    Loved my experience at Red Bird Ridge Apartments. Daevian made my whole move in experience easy and swift. Super-friendly staff and always answering my emails. This apartment complex is clean and quiet. From start to getting my keys, everything was beyond expectation.

    I would like to share an experience that l had with agent Karren Gartmann, She helped me tour an apartment, something that caught my attention is the way Karren greeted me with a smile, Patiently listened to me to find the right apartment and answered all my questions.     So, I miss my friends already!I made a super quick decision to move to SA and when I toured this complex with Yadi, I fell in love.When I was about to go through the motions, Yadi was there for me every step of the way! For every question I had and every time I asked the same question twice, she was patient and understanding. She made me feel extremely safe making this huge move from Indiana in the short period of time.When I got to the complex, I met with Yadi and Monica. Monica was just as patient with my questions and gave off such a welcoming feel. I knew it was the right choice!The maintenance department does not mess around either when it comes to making you feel at home!I didn’t understand how to hook up and get my dryer working and they came within an hour of me calling Yadi asking what to do.Extremely respectful and knowledgeable on the situation, they explained to me that I needed to run the dryer for a little to get all the weird new smell out (since that dryer in the apartment was never used).Everyone is extremely friend on site and it is always extremely clean, the garbage is always picked up on the dot and you are always informed of events they are doing.They had a wrapping paper station in the club house for Christmas, Super Bowl events, get together and they are always surprising tenants with emails about new food trucks and vendors who will be stopping by.If you are new to the area, I STRONGLY suggest this complex.You will feel as if you are moving down the street from friends, friends who are knowledgeable on things you may not be, friends who know how to fix things when broken and friends who make you feel safe!So many apartment complexes state that they are a community, but in fact this apartment complex is so much more.It is a cul-de-sac style community. Close quarters, with privacy as if in a country home, “block parties” in the club house, pool days, different personalities and cultures that bring knowledge and a unique new way to look at things, and I can guarantee, if you are willing to open up your own personality to learn more about your neighbors, it is a cul-de-sac community of long term friendships that will stay strong even while others take their own paths!Thank you so much Redbird Ridge for making my experience an unforgettable one!

    Beautiful place to live. Nice and peaceful, the staff is amazing and helpful! Location is perfect. HEB is located nextdoor and lots af restaurants near by. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

    I was already in love with the apartments just viewing online but what really sold me was how kind the staff was! They were so welcoming and patient we sat down with Yadira (one of the leasing consultants) she was so kind and very professional.     Mickayla and the staff were so welcoming and incredibly sweet. I didn’t feel forced or pushed to proceed with the process of getting the apartment. They were honest and very welcoming. The apartments are in great condition. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

    I moved into red bird ranch apartments almost a year ago. Ever since, I have only had great things to say about management their staff and their maintenance. They are amazing people that care about their residents. I have had several issues that have been resolved within hours. Everyone is so attentive always. I feel so comfortable and safe living here that I decided to extend my lease for another 15 months.

    Came in today to tour the complex, and I was blown away! Firstly the staff here is so friendly and welcoming. Monica, the property manager, was incredibly helpful when I had specific application questions. Yadira, front desk/tour guide, was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. The complex itself is gorgeous, and the apartments are beautiful! I applied to them before I even left the property and I cant wait to move here!

    Went over there for a tour to check out the apartments and Yadi was an amazing help! She offered me beverages things to snack on, showed me around the apartments and she really showed me the things that I wanted to see in the apartment that were in my likings! I honestly honestly can’t wait to move in. I want to thank her so much for the Best tour and explaining everything to me!

    I am new to Redbird Ridge Apt. and at my age I need all the help I can get. I needed a cable installed, the maintenance person came by, measured let me know what I needed and came back and and had it ready in a short time. this is the third time Ive needed him and he has always been very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of situation. the last time he came, which was today, he brought another person with him and was very informative to the new person. A smile and kind words go a long way

    My husband and I totally love it here! We have been overly accommodated from the moment we started touring, to the move in process! The office cares above and beyond about your experience and are so warm and nice. We love the amenities here and the common areas. The lounge is beautiful, the coffee is absolutely amazing, and the arcade area is so cute and fun! Weve loved this being our new home. Living here seriously feels like a daily vacation!

    My husband and I have been living here for a short time but already love it here. From the beginning Yadira, Monica, and Cynthia have been the sweetest ladies we have ever met. Theyre so helpful and informing your whole process moving in/even just reaching out to ask about Redbird. The biggest pro for us is how new the apartment complex is, we love having working gates that have a clicker, love how quiet it is 24/7, and most of all love the space. We have a 1 bed with an office and its more than spacious. We never have issues with Doordash or Amazon losing packages. In my building when something has been delivered to a neighbors door its never tampered with or stolen. Cars are also safe at night.

    Been here a month and residents are moving in daily. Our front staff Yadi and Cynthia always greet people with a smile and have answers to all your questions making sure all is covered and explained.     First let me start by saying the Property Management Team members have been an absolute blessing with our transition into this apartment.Monica and Yadira are true professionals and handle all issues with ease!Amenities are amazing... the gym is perfect, theres a dog park and washing station being built, a beautiful pool and grilling station, business computers for use, a game room...and thats just some of the perks. Even have free cold brew in the main lobby!Highly recommend anyone looking for a clean new apartment complex on the come up to try them out.You wont be disappointed.

    This property is beautiful and located in a growing area far west. Commute time and childcare took precedence and were the only reasons I could not move in to this complex.I enjoyed touring the complex, Yadira assisted me with answering all my questions. She was super knowledgeable in the complex and it showed. I know if I were to have moved forward in my process I would have enjoyed my time here, please stop by and tour, these are beautiful, and right by so many things, extremely convenient. Including a chick-fila one block over. (Heart breaks a little). Maybe one day in the future, but not at this time.Thank you Redbird Ridge.🫶🏼

    Cynthia in the office went above and beyond. I had called to get get some information about the apartments and the area around. She answered all my questions and whatever she couldn’t answer she followed up with me later. Very kind and considerate even though I had a lot of questions. Would definitely recommend these apartments , speak to Cynthia in the front office she was an amazing help.

    I am so happy with my new place at Redbird Ridge Apartments. I love the staff. They have made this move incredibly painless. lolThe property is still not completed, but so far the space in my 2bd/2bth is awesome. Management is extremely friendly and has been by far very communitive anytime I call or email them.OH! The street light was added and makes the exit from our apartments much more easy to get onto Potranco. That was my biggest concern.

    Gorgeous new apartments in San Antonio! The resident arcade is my favorite feature. Lots of space in the apartments and I love the 2 bedroom split floorplan and the giant closets for each bedroom. The staff’s efforts to make you feel welcome is top notch!

    Absolutely beautiful place to live!! I love the fact that there have been no previous tenants and that I wont have to deal with any maintenance issues like I had to at my previous residence (which was an older property).
