Weve lived here 3 years and it has been absolutely pleasant. They ask our opinions before any big changes that affect our amenities. Its quiet for the most part but nothing above normal apartment living. Maintenance is always in a timely manner. The front office staff is very kind and they do many events for holidays to get the community together. The inside of the apartments are very nice and up to date. I highly recommend living here.

Utterly amazing! :) Rancho Palisades really has exclusive features and amenities! ugh I love it! Especially since Im a very fond of sports, I dont need to leave the complex for entertainment, cause theres a nice gym and pool obviously - BUT the fun sporty starts with a solid sand tennis arena, an indoor & outdoor basketball court, Indoor volleyball court too, billiards table and a freaking sauna station. The tenants are so nice and chill, lol the maintenance guy is hilarious. I recommend this place for the unique amenities!

I have lived here for approximately two years and I can say it’s been a positive experience. The property is well-kept, the pools and fitness areas are clean and available during most hours. Tiffany, Noemi, Bry & Stephen have all helped me at different times with different issues, but have all made a sincere effort to accommodate my needs and stay here. The maintenance staff is very competent at taking care of any independent apt issues if required and keeping the property looking good and Functioning. I have had zero problems with other tenants or any type of theft concerns. Other tenants are generally pretty friendly and considerate, and I’ve seen that improve since Tiffany took over management. The rent is not cheap, but I think it’s fair, the deposits are very affordable and renewal pricing has kept rents affordable, and they even offered me a recent credit concession. I would definitely recommend checking the place out if you’re looking for a good location in North Dallas/Plano area managed by good people!

So I’ve lived here for about 4 yrs now, actually 5 because I lived with my best friend for a while. I liked it here because of the convenience of everything and the safety I felt as a single woman. The complex is right on the bus line and there’s a grocery store that you can literally walk to. You also have eating establishments, nail salons, flower shops, and a cleaners all within walking distance. It’s still fairly quiet and not a lot of unwanted activity on the property. Even though the management staff has changed a few times I have no problems with the office staff, and they are always open for listening to grievances and if change can be implemented it will be. I plan on living here for quite a while unless I marry a rich man or win the lotto, LOL. Plus, my plants love it here. If you’re looking for a nice place to live, conveniently located near the tollway, with great establishments in walking distance, make Rancho Palisades your new home.

I have lived at the Rancho Palisades apartments for the past 10+ years. Its been a wonderful experience and a great place to stay. There are many restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Youre 2 minutes from the Tollway and 4 minutes from the George Busch interstate. The staff is great to work with and it is a safe place to live. I have been in this complex for about 7 years. Overall, my experience and working with the staff and maintenance has been a positive one. They have continued to work on making improvements to the public areas most recently with the sauna. I would like to see a little better, Security with the gates and cleaner pool area in the phase 2 of the complex but overall, I have had a great experience working with everyone since I’ve been here. I have several referrals and one had actually excepted the referral and moved in based on my recommendation. It is a very family oriented community so if you like to see the children and the animals you’ll fit right in here.

I’ve been living here for 7 years seen it all transition of mang and maintenance but even through the changes I’ve never had an issue with no one and that’s because I like to live a stress free life I take my mental health seriously.. I’ve never seen rodents pretty quite no loud music no theft maintenance is good 👍🏽 glad they are buckling down on the parking illegally in tenants spaces. I really don’t have anything to say negatively serious I’m good if you thinking about moving here it’s a nice quiet spot just be open to mangt if you have any issues they have an open door policy I think 😆

Had minimal issues living here (almost 2 years) outside of there not being much guest parking. And Phase 2 amenities being closed down quite often due to improper use of equipment. When I moved out, I was treated very fairly and given back most of my deposit (a lot of housing companies try to steal your deposits). I genuinely loved how quiet and clean the property was and how my maintenance issues were fixed immediately.

My name is Monique Reyes and I have been living @ Rancho Palisades for 7 months now and I just LOVE the complex here. The Amenities are Fabulous and the Apartment is just Beautiful. The Maintence is Great and are prompt when something needs to be fixed in the apartment. I feel safe here and the neighbors are really nice and friendly. The Office Staff is absolutely Exceptional and they always have a Smile on there face when I go in and talk to them or ask questions. This is by Far the BEST Complex I have lived in and plan on staying here until I am able to get a Condo in a few years and if that does not work out I will definitely just stay living here @ Rancho Palisades. Keep up the Awesome Work and Always keep that Beautiful Smile.A big SHOUT OUT to Andrea in the office, who is very Professional and always willing to help when needed. When I go in the office, I am always greeted with Loving Beautiful Smile and she always makes sure all my issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I just Love her and her professionalism is the GREATEST and I couldnt ask for a better apartment complex to live. I dont have any issues at all and plan on living in this Complex for awhile. I’m really happy that I skipped the reviews and experienced leasing at these apartments myself. I’ve been in my unit now for a little while now and overall am satisfied. Reminds me of the quality of life back home. Overall the friendly office staff has been absolutely amazing to work with and are very swift in responding to my emails and calls. I love it! I’ve had a couple maintenance request and they have all been finished in under 24 hours. And the maintenance crew are also friendly and amazing and easy to speak to! I would truly recommend this property to anyone else looking to relocate from the West Coast and are used to old school Luxury Apartment renting. No, this is not a spam post or a post encouraged by management. Ijs!!!

My first impression of the place just what I had expected WONDERFUL!! I met an outstanding agent named Steven and he was so professional! There was a pretty young lady in her office and she was very helpful. I came for a walk in an they immediately made time for me to do a tour. I was given a walk through and the honesty brought to me was golden. I get how amenities can be worn and used. I get how things can get out of order and need to be fixed. So that is not what I am worried about. I’m worried about how my place will look, but I am sure it will look as if they will do their best. I’m ready for a change and coming here was the NEXT BEST STEP!

We will be moving to Colorado when our lease is up, so today we put in our notice.I’m surprised to read many of the negative reviews, because our experience has been pleasant. If we have ever had a maintenance issue, it’s addressed within a day or two, sometimes even the same day. We have never had bugs or rodents. The staff has always been friendly and prompt at responding to any questions or issues we have had, and the amenities have always been well maintained during open season.Our only difficulty while living here has honestly been some of the other residents. Many times we have heard loud arguing outside of our building, and sometimes as late as 2-3am people pull in with music blaring from their car, waking us or our toddler up. Another issue is pet owners; we have a large dog, and while walking him it’s noticeable that a lot of other pet owners don’t pick up their their pets. If you move here, or already live here, just don’t be that guy.But ultimately those issues aren’t management’s fault, and they quickly address issues as they are made aware.For the price, the apartments, specifically Phase 2, are a great value. If we weren’t moving out of state we would probably be renewing.Thank you RP :)

Good Day Everyone!Thought that I would take a moment to share my experiences that I have had with the office since Ive moved here a couple months ago. Perhaps you have met MARKEL in the office, if not, then perhaps you should. He has been a terrific liaison in our transition from California to Texas residents. He made sure our apartment was ready for us the moment we arrived and provided all of the necessary contact information to set up all of our utilities. Hes ALWAYS greeted me with a friendly and warm smile. He has ALWAYS presented himself both professional and inviting not only in the office but also in the local supermarket Tom Thumb just down the street! In my opinion, he is a tremendous asset to the staff and should be recognized as being so! You should take a moment of your time and stop by the office to say hello to him! He really has made our stay here much more enjoyable than what weve experienced in the past at other properties! Thank You MARKEL!

Well I’m really big on reviews & the reviews here are horrible. I decided to visit the complex for a tour today before reading any reviews. I scheduled online & arrived early only to stand there drenched in sweat because it’s so hot outside. I went to sit in my car & decided to call. The First Lady I spoke with was so nice & genuine. She let me look at a unit in phase 2 that I loved. I called the office & reached a very rude lady who dryly advised me the unit I was viewing isn’t available. She didn’t offer me more information so I immediately returned the keys. The same nice lady greeted me at the door & provided me more information. Thank you! After reading the reviews, I’d rather not be stuck in a lease & over billed my first time renting. I loved this property but I will not be applying due to the reviews. Thanks everyone that has left a review for whatever reason.

I have been within the complex for about a month now... From the tour I received with Sarah to the ongoing assistance from Bailey and other staff within the office, my move in was relatively smooth. I have had some issues with things needing to be fixed/repaired/changed within my first month which is the only reason I am giving 4 stars BUT all of the issues have been fixed very timely with very friendly assistance from the office.Ive read some of the previous reviews and would like to say that aside from being able to hear my upstairs neighbors from time to time walking around - it is a relatively quiet complex that has a good mix of tenants. I have never had an issue getting in contact with the office either by phone or email.Seriously, a huge shout out to Sarah, Bailey & the rest of the office staff!

I just moved into the Rancho Palisades a week ago and have had a rocky start and after addressing my issues and concerns with management Tera and Angie they were both quick and very willing to help and submit a request to have the issues resolved in a timely manner. The office staff have all been extremely nice and friendly. The maintenance have been very prompt and professional as well. I still have a few minor things that need to be taken care of but I am having some assurance that these issues will be resolved because the management gave shown that they do care. Thank you Angie and Tera for your professionalism and prompt service I really do appreciate it. I love the Beautiful property and all of the amenities that it has to offer.

This is a great place to live staff is very professional and friendly I love the maintenance here they respond very fast . We had an emergency leak at 10pm called and maintenance was there in 15 min fixed our sink and used shop vac to clean mess. The environment here is quiet and peaceful I love all my neighbors. There is a dog park pools volley ball indoor basketball car wash hot tubs and more . The only thing I dont like is that the rent has to be paid by the 2nd or youre charged $50. Ive never lived anywhere that wasnt due on the 3rd. And I dont like that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and even saying all the time.

I am giving my review based on MY experience. I submitted my application based on how the property looked. At the time, I had not read any reviews. I had spoke to Sarah the first time and had a delightful conversation. Shes very straight to the point. I also spoke to Bailey, Lasette, and Monique. Not once did anyone speak to me unprofessionally. I know that I can be overbearing, because I need a place to stay. So I would call countless times. I give them praises for that. The only thing that concerns me is they told me they had to send out rental verifications for 14 properties. I was like woah. In my lifetime, I havent even stayed at 14 properties. Then I thought, I did have identity theft, so that could be why. And its not their fault. I highly recommend them.

Everyone in the office even Alex who is no longer with the company is pleasant and do whatever they can to assist you. I have not seen in any bugs other then 2 or 3 times since I moved in. I moved in the first week of March. I have to say..KUDOS TO ALBERT! He made the move happen and my paperwork completed in minutes. He answered all my questions. When I arrived on Saturday morning the office was slammed with people. Albert and the girls handled each customer with professionalism and greeted each one. I love my place! I recommend any of my friends to live here.

We have lived here 14 months. No major complaints. A couple missunderstandings. Resolved but the management team deffinately budges where they can and dont where they can not. The staff have always been helpful with me. Only had one time where the paperwork work was not submitted as quickly as I expected. However the issue was resolved. Their maintenance team is great, helpful, & friendly.Thankful iApartments found Rancho Palisades for us! Our time here was nice for the most part. Angie offered suggestions and then allowed me to leave business fliers at the office.My home child care business has grown. We returned to iApartments again. Tona helped us locate an affordable 3bed apartment in Addison to expand within. We will miss our neighbors of phase 2! As we will be moving in a couple weeks.
