The apartments are so nice and I’m glad I chose to stay at Ramble and Rose! Big appreciation for Susie for sure! Here’s my view from the balcony!

Had a fantastic experience living here. My unit was modern, clean, and had a gorgeous view of the courtyard. Maintenance was very fast & efficient and I was never given any trouble if I had any kind of issue. Everything felt brand new. Gated garages felt safe and though sometimes one gate may be inoperable, the management team did an awesome job at keeping all tenants in the know on repair timelines. Having QuikTrip within a few steps was also extremely convenient for me, though others may find that to be annoying somehow?Thanks to the management and office team for not being the typical rude and money-hungry heartless type of team that we usually have to deal with these days!

A brilliant luxury apartment in the midst of rising competitors in the area. I’ve chosen R&R because:1) I favored Melissa’s friendliness & style of handling her tours. I had toured multiple luxury apartments & no agent got as close as Melissa when it came to engagement & enthusiasm. Tone and speech truly matters in sales. Good job Melissa, a very good first impression!2) This leads to the juicy stuff: the apartment itself. Amenities like the gym & pool are nearly expected, however I was blown away by the addition of a sky lounge, gaming lounge, ping pong table etc. Overall, I personally found the style of each amenity, from the recreational rooms to the clubhouse, to be very appealing.3) Smart integration. It’s a convenient yet new experience personally, but I learned quickly. It’s something I’ve grown to enjoy.Now that I’ve resided in the apartment for several days, here are some realistic expectations going forward:Pros:• Amenities (as stated above, I think if you’re the kind to utilize a complex’s amenities, R&R is for you.)• Staff (Ty & Melissa, I’ve had very pleasant conversations/assistance with them. I believe even if an apartment complex has its issues, having a friendly, supportive & understanding staff makes all the difference.)• Room amenities (Washer/dryer, amazing kitchen, high ceilings.)• Quietness (Somehow I find myself feeling at peace whenever I stay at the sky lounge or other recreational areas. Most of the time I had the place to myself so it feels relaxing.)• Complimentary coffee/hot chocolate at the office (My favorite way to start the day!)Cons:• Sirens (Not the apartment’s fault, this is located in the medical district. Just be mindful about this.)• Homeless roaming (Not 100% the apartment’s fault as this Fort Worth area is unfortunately, a place where there are homelessness issues. I’ve only been here for a week, & I’ve seen the homeless roam near dumpsters, & once in the P1 garage where the visitor parking is located. Albeit gated, it is clear that it doesn’t prevent homeless people from entering/roaming a little too close for comfort.)• Fire drills (I wasn’t told of this in particular and wished I was informed. It can get pretty loud so be ready to have earplugs.)• Broken elevator (As of the time of writing this there is only 1 functioning elevator. Can be inconvenient for those moving in/out. It’s also quite slow.)Every apartment will have its faults, and truthfully, I will likely update this review once I reside here longer. By then, I hope to keep the 5 star rating as for the most part, R&R deserves it!

If you have the opportunity to ask for a leasing specialist to work with, ask for Sean. Not only was his knowledge of the property so thorough, his personality and charm was very reassuring that this would be a great place to live, with amazing staff that you couldn’t help but to feel comfortable with. 10 out of 10 great tour, as Sean went the extra mile to answer all of my questions; and when he wasn’t sure of an answer, when we got back to the office he figured it out for me. If I end up leasing at this complex, it will be in part due to the great experience with Sean.

The leasing agents are fabulous and make you feel seen. They do a good job of remembering their residents and are always quick to respond and handle any issues I might have when they do come up. This place makes apartment living easy, fun, and satisfying!

Great location in Fort Worth. I lived here for over a year and it is a walkable area. There are a lot of homeless people in that area but I never had issues or incidents involving them. Secured parking and street parking for guests. Great amenities. Elevators and parking garage doors get a lot of maintenance calls but management does a good job of communicating when that happens and when it will get resolved.

I have only been living here for 2 months but i sure do love calling this place home! the people are friendly, the staff is AMAZING & so incredibly helpful which is huge considering i made a big move over 20 hours away from maryland and i feel safe and secure here. the maintenance each and every time has been QUICK to help w minor repairs and replacements. the apartments are spacious and absolutely BEAUTIFUL. we do have a little bit of homeless but theyre harmless and havent given me a hard time not once (we also have the sheriffs department right next door which definitely gives me a peace of mind). overall, i feel beyond blessed to live here and i sincerely hope you do too!

I wanted to wait a while after moving in to write a review so that i could provide honest feedback about living here. I’ve lived here for a little over 2 months and these are my takeaways so far:Pros:- I can say that so far i have never felt unsafe here. The controlled access to the building, garage, and elevator is something that i really like.- the valet trash service is really cool, i like that i can just leave my trash can outside my door during certain hours and it will be taken care of for me. Personally i have not noticed any issues on my floor with people excessively leaving trash around outside of the valet trash hours.- Haven’t had a chance to use many of the amenities yet but the courtyard and pool are awesome. I can’t wait to spend time out there as well as the sky lounge when the weather warms up.- There was a problem with my refrigerator when i moved in and the maintenance team was able to fix it the same day that i submitted the request which i appreciated.- The office staff is very friendly and always answers any questions I have. I worked with Ty during the leasing process and he was a pleasure to work with.Things to be aware of:- It seems that at least one of the elevators will be down for maintenance at any given moment. When i moved in only one elevator was working which was somewhat inconvenient but I made do. they ended up fixing it about a week later.- Many people in the other reviews have mentioned homeless people. Yes, there are homeless people that can be seen walking around this area or hanging around the gas station across the street but the apartment complex has no control over that. A few times there has been a homeless person sleeping or hanging out in the visitor area of the parking garage (which is outside of the gated portion of the garage) but I have personally seen the police come to remove them twice, so it is not a huge concern for me.- The apartment is located in the medical district so you will hear sirens frequently. I never notice them during night hours when I am sleeping, but if you are a light sleeper or work from home beware.- there are times when i can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around or my adjacent neighbors dog barking, but it’s not that big of an issue for me.Overall I’m pleased with my experience so far.

This is my favorite place I have ever lived, and Ive been all around the country/state! Everything is new, modern, and updated. The office staff (Ty, Melissa, and everyone else!) is always super friendly and extremely helpful! They really will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Seriously-- I have been wowed multiple times with how helpful they have been to me. When I submit maintenance requests, they are always answered in a timely manner. The maintenance team is very friendly and helpful as well. The amenities are great, and it is in a fun part of town.

So my Hubby and I have been living here since June and I will say by far one of the best apartment complex I have been at. The staff is amazing from front office to maintenance. Everyone has worked amazing to help us with every request and questions we have had. Melissa has been and continues to be as amazing! No questions or request has been to small for her to get us an answer for. The maintenance has gotten to our tickets so quickly and are polite, personable, and respectful of our home. I can definitely without a doubt recommend this complex to anyone. Thank you!!

This property is amazing! The location provides a lot of convenience and the units themselves are beautiful and well maintained. The office staff is polite, understanding and knowledgeable. I’m highly appreciative of Melissa, she really took the time to go over everything I would expect upon moving in and answered the thousands of questions I had. Branson and Clarissa are also amazing individuals, they made me feel welcomed and all my needs were taken care of. It’s one thing to have a beautiful apartment, but it’s another when the office staff, as well as the maintenance team, strive to make your already stressful experience of moving that much easier!

Out of all apartments I have ever lived at, this one has to be the best. Problems arise out of all places, but the management here is extremely responsive and communicative. I didnt stay due to job relocation but Id stay again!Im giving them 5/5 stars for the community, however, anyone reading this review needs to be aware of some things before moving in. There are many homeless in the area. If you are someone relying on walking or public transportation, I would highly caution against this area. Not the apartments fault but something the city of Fort Worth needs to address. I would suggest having a vehicle that is secured with cameras and not one easily targeted due to crime. The complex residents occupy many working people, including med students and TCU students/lawyers. But outside the apartment can feel a little unsafe if you are someone who relies on walking.

We have lived at Ramble & Rose for 8 months. We rented our apartment sight unseen from out of state.Branson was super helpful over phone/email & we were pleasantly surprised with the size & quality of our unit, the appliances, and the amenities. The communication via email & text about happenings around the complex is fantastic. They send out reminders about EVERYTHING (including rent payment - which I think is cool).Tele leads the maintenance & is amazing! He shows up either the same day or the net day to fix any issue. He is so nice, neat, and respectful.The building & parking are very secure & the hallways are well lit & air conditioned. The coffee in the leasing office is always free (I might abuse this one lol). I have never had a problem with missing packages or mail. The massive pool is kept clean & I see the chlorine/pool guys out there a couple times per week. The gym is clean & everything works.The only sorta negatives I have are:- I live on an inside unit above the pool... sometimes people can be loud during the day while hanging there but 10pm quiet hours are respected. (Im glad to have a nice pool so, this complaint is kind of invalid)- The kitchen island in my style unit has a really short lip where you would put barstools so, you really have to lean over your legs to eat.I think the rent is mostly fair given the area & would recommend Ramble & Rose to anyone.

UPDATE:Barring the initial issues, I think my overall experience with R&R staff was GREAT. I started living in R&R when the other side of the building was still under construction and the former management was there. When they transitioned to the new management, I still felt taken care of as a resident and the staff has always been enthusiastic in helping me with the random issues that arise from living in an apartment building.The fire alarm issue has always been there from the beginning and it seems it was configured to be a bit sensitive and easily triggered. I dont think its something they can completely control.I have completely moved out at this point but it was because of my work asking me to relocate and comparing to some of my colleagues who also needed to move out, I think I was lucky. Branson was wonderful in helping me coordinate with the key hand-off among other things. It was a crazy busy time for me but my moving out was smooth thanks to their help.My deposit was returned to me as well and they made sure that I got it. This tells me a lot about the management team who cares not only when you were a resident but also after you move out.- - - - -I understand the importance of safety but I have not (neither has anybody that I know) lived in an apartment complex that has fire alarm testing this frequently since I moved in. The first few months I was here, they tested almost every other week. The alarm went on sometimes for 45 minutes straight several times during the day.It was alright for a while but I feel like this constant testing is coming back. Today is another one not 4 weeks since the last one.Not to mention, you would sometimes also have alarm being randomly set off at 1AM that nobody knows why.I am just so exhausted from all these testings. I wish I knew this before renewing the lease😔If you work from home like I do or have sensory issues, definitely take this into consideration…

I was helped by this amazing assistant manager named Branson and he helped me so much, walked me through the whole process, encouraged me to make a smart decision, and made apartment hunting 10X easier. This review is long overdue but I wanted to express my gratitude to Ramble & Rose for such a great experience. Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere gratefulness to leasing agents, Leslie and Kimmie. They have exemplified tenacity, professionalism, patients, and various other characteristics that is needed when looking for a new home. With this being my first apartment in the state of Texas in lieu of the high demanding market, their insight on the market, the facility/campus, and their over all perspective and personality truly sells you. Not to mention the modern and aesthetically pleasing the units. The people are friendly and the location is perfect. For healthcare professionals in Fort Worth, this is truly the best of both worlds! Especially if you work in the hospital district! Nonetheless, I have zero regrets and extremely pleased thus far.In closing, I recommend checking out Ramble and Rose and making them your next home!

I want to start out by saying I love to research and finding the best “bang for your buck” or trying to be boujee on a budget is my goal. Let me tell you, this place hits all the boxes! I will say if you strictly want cheapest, this is not the cheapest, but if you want great tech, security, luxurious styled apartments with quality materials, and great amenities THIS IS the place!! They have some great move-in specials right now and I can’t wait to move-in!Now I want to talk about the staff, we’ve met I think about 3 people and they are all super nice, informational and truly helpful! Kemi, though is AMAZING!!! She is who we have mainly worked with and when I say EXCELLENT customer service that’s no joke! She has answered all of our questions no matter how silly they might have been, and if she didn’t know an answer she quickly found out and let us know right away! She is very prompt and responsive and truly wants your experience to be as great as possible! She is so friendly and willing to help it adds the feel of this apartment complex being more like a community (which I personally like). So I highly recommend Ramble & Rose, go see Kemi!!***Update: found out there is currently no dog park in works and I personally have a dog as I know many others do to. This is a bit disappointing, I still feel it’s going to be a great place to live, but I do hope they consider putting in at least a small area for all the puppers that will be there!

This place is so cool yet I got a home-like feeling here. I really liked that it wasnt so massive compared to other apartment complexes! Not saying this place isnt big but you know how it can be haha. Also, Ramble & Rose has great amenities with super bomb technology that I didnt even know about until it was pointed out, you will just have to go and see yourself ;). The pricing is decent considering all the features and luxury that comes with it. Best of all one of their leasing agents, Kemi, is such a sweetheart! She puts you as top priority and makes sure all your questions and concerns are answered or met! If you go and visit, ASK FOR KEMI! Honestly her photo should be underneath the title of customer service expert!My one and only concern is the lack of a dog park, that would really be the extra cherry on top and it seems they still have options to add one if they wanted too!

Not leaving a one or two star only because I love the complex itself. I have a beautiful apartment. However, I’ve had the worst communication with the leasing office since I moved here. I’ve had to call multiple times on multiple days just to get someone to answer the phone. I set an appointment to tour a bigger apartment I’m wanting to move in to and at the time of my appointment the office was closed. I’ve stopped by the office 3 different times and days and the nice lady said she couldn’t help me because she doesn’t work here she’s just filling in. I’m bummed because I lost the first apartment I originally wanted due to lack of communication as well. It’s super frustrating when you’re just trying to do smooth business but you can’t even reach anyone!

Not only is the building, units, and amenities created with its tenants in mind but the staff (Particularly Kemi) goes way above and beyond for their current and potential tenants. Kemi truly has been a saint. Myself and two of my friends are all moving into separate units and to be honest have been an absolute pain and super needy but not one time has Kemi made us feel that way. She truly has made us feel so welcome and overly accommodating to the many changes and situations we have thrown her way. Her management has also been very helpful in approving and accepting these accommodations. From every detail in the apartments to the staff that is there to help, you can tell that this management truly cares for the residents and what is best for them. The only con I have is unfortunately there is no dog park however all the other features truly make up for it.

This apt is so beautiful. I went with my friend and we fell in love with the studio apt with the sliding closet door. Kemi was sooooo amazing and answered all of our questions.

Just moved in and absolutely love it here! Looked at a lot of apartments before looking here and as soon as I stepped into the apartment and building, I instantly fell in love. Management is awesome, the maintenence crew is outstanding, location and convenience are stellar, and its super clean and quiet.
