    Quail Ridge Apartment Homes is a wonderful place to live. I am not sure what some of these negative reviews were about but the Office Staff and Maintenance team have always addressed any issues I have with speediness and care. The apartment complex is close to major highways and easy access to Dallas and Fort Worth. I will be renewing my lease when its time and plan to stay at Quail Ridge for a long time.

    Quail Ridge Apts. Have a great location quick access to 161 and to 30. Great commute to work, and very quiet. Couldnt ask for a better location! Apartments are very nice and roomy.Great place to call home.

    I really enjoyed my time and stay at Quail Ridge Apartments. I was in an unsafe neighborhood prior to moving there and I started looking for apartments in the Grand Prairie area and came across Quail Ridge. It is very quiet and safe at the apartment complex.Mrs.Joy,Mrs.Elsa, and Mrs.Amanda are nice and sweet ladies. Even though I’ve only have had a few conversations with Mrs.Amanda she is just as sweet as Mrs.Joy and Mrs.Elsa. The maintenance men are also very quick to fix things. If you are looking for good hospitality, nice people and a safe neighborhood Quail Ridge is the place to go.Thank You ladies I appreciate you all 😊😊😊😊😊

    I recently moved back to the Grand Prairie area in search for a place to call home and to have my children closer to the Grand Prairie school district. Upon entering into the office of Quail Ridge apartments I was greeted by Anna the front desk employee prior to meeting Mrs. Joy who was nothing short of amazing and very friendly. I was pleased with the guided tour that was provided and the amenities the apartments had to offer. This will be a great start to the school year for my kiddos and I am happy to call this place my new home!

    I just wanted to write a review. Although Im in the process of moving (to be near my sons and granddaughter). I have lived here at Quail for almost 10 yrs. I felt to be fair I wanted to address something I noticed. If someone has a negative experience dont assume that will be your experience. The only time I had an issue with roaches here was when a young woman moved next door to me. It started a few weeks after she moved in and ended a few weeks after she moved out. So sometimes your experience can be impacted by your by your neighbors. I try to do things, like making sure my kitchen is clean before I go to bed. If anything gets spilled I clean right away. Also I make sure Im not leaving food open and exposed or garbage in my house overnight. Every now and then I may see a bug and spray some Vevo, it is non toxic, in the corners of each room. It may be months before I see another bug. I have been blessed with really good neighbors. Sharing a little secret, (I started praying for good neighbors every time I knew I one of my neighbors was moving out. Just wanna say about that, wont He do it....lol!Everything may not be perfect, but I have had good interactions here especially with the management team here. Also they are very quick at getting any repairs Ive needed complete. Just wanted to share my perspective. I generally find if you treat others with the respect you want, they will reciprocate.

    I am so excited with my new move to Grand Prairie. I have looked all over for a place to call ours. I recently received a promotion at work and will have to relocate to the Dallas area within 2 weeks. Just when I was about to give up, I walked into Quail Ridge. From the time I walked in and walked out I felt very good about this one. Mrs. Joy was very nice and welcoming and even helped keep my little ones occupied while I filled out the application in office. This was the most easiest and fastest process ever. Thank you so much.

    I dont believe Ive ever given a review for Quail Ridge, but here it goes... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I first moved in at the end of Nov. 2022. The staff Ms. Cindy, Ms. Joy and Ms. Elsa was super friendly, their pleasantries actually made it feel like home. The process was easy and quick and I moved right in. Parking was great and a short distance to my unit. Never had any severe issues, but maintenance was quick and on point on the few requests I put in.I recently fell on hard times (just like 3 months shy of my full term lease). The ladies were right by my side during the difficult time and made it easy. I didnt get in time, so unfortunately I had to vacate and they showed definite concern. If I could I would definitely move back to Quail Ridge.

    The only reason I gave the apartment complex a 4, is because my unit was outdated. Lucky enough, the next tenant will have a full upgraded unit.The office team Joy, Elsa, Cindy and my favorite funny grounds technician Lorenzo are allll amazing. Even though my unit was outdated, I lived there for about 4 years. It’s a quiet community and I loved that the most. The staff are friendly AND fair when it comes to solving issues with other tenants or the property itself.And NOOOOOO, this ain’t a fake review. It’s really a good place.

    Been living here just over six months now and love it. No problem with any pests. All of our appliances work perfectly. The A/C was struggling for a day, but we asked to have it looked at and it was working fine again by that evening. Ceiling fans help keep the air moving, too, which is great. I love the space and layout of the 1BR loft were in, especially the half bath on the ground floor. The office has always been very polite and very helpful to us. Its huge leaps and bounds better than where I lived before and Ill miss the apartment when we eventually move out.We did have one of our cars tires slashed probably two or three months after we moved in. We let the office know and they recommended letting the police know as well. Havent had any issues since, personally. They always notify you if any kind of crime or break in has happened at the apartments (and thats happened probably twice since weve lived here) and give you tips about preventing it from happening to you.All told, really seem to care about their tenants satisfaction. No issues with bugs, or slow maintenance, or appliances at all. Convenient location and decent apartment for a decent price.

    This is my first apartment I have ever rented on my own and I must say I love it here. It’s a great starter apartment for a full time student/full time employed. Rent is at a decent rate for the unit I lease and I love it so much here I extended my lease for another year. Joy, Elsa, Cindy, and everyone at the office is always so kind to me. Joy and Elsa have stuck their neck out for me on multiple occasions for which I am so thankful for. I couldn’t be more pleased and can’t say enough nice things about my experience in this community.

    Since day one the whole staff has been polite, prompt, and courteous. Everyone at the office especially Elsa are awesome. The units are nice and modern. The property is clean and well kept. The maintenance staff are fast, respectful, and fix things right away. Their work ethic is undeniably above average. The community is always improving and I appreciate the up to date immenidies. My husband and I highly recommended renting from them if you are looking for a nice affordable safe place. We have only been here 3 months are very happy with our choice to rent here!

    LOVE MY APARTMENT!! They are always keeping the complex looking nice and clean, they are very tentative to your needs. There is never any overflowing of trash nor trash on the floors. Out of all the apartments I have lived, Id give this one a 10/10. I would not mind renewing my lease! The lady who helped me look around the one day I was looking for my dream apartment, I experienced great customer service. Definitely recommend anyone to move here if youre looking for a quiet relaxed neighborhood.

    Ive been a resident for awhile. No ones perfect. The good outweigh the other by a lot.I love the staff, from Joy on down.. Everytime Ive had an issue, its been taken care of in a timely manner a majority of the time. Theyve been great to me so I dont really have anything negative to say about Quail Ridge Apartments..     I lived here for two years, and thought it was a good place to live for the price. We only moved out to change cities and live closer to work. Pros: low cost, very courteous staff, usually quick response to maintenance issues. Cons: bugs, noisy car wash near by, pools were closed a lot during summer and the gym isnt really usable.My experience with the office manager, Joy, was completely different from what the previous reviewer said. In fact, everyone there was polite, well-intentioned and showed genuine concern for any problems that I had. If you have a pest problem, just try keep your apartment (especially your kitchen) as tidy as possible, and invest in some Raid. It really wasnt that big of a deal for us, and youre going to have some pests in just about any apartment.The previous reviewer said something about crime being an issue. My wife actually attended a few Quail Ridge crime watchers meetings while in residence. The guest police officer gave tips on how to avoid being a target of theft and break-ins. Also, according to that officer, Quail Ridge is one of the safer apartments to live in, in the Grand Prairie area. Overall, I am very glad that we picked this apartment.

    Current resident, just signed our second lease. No, the apartments are not perfect but which ones are? There was a pest problem and they come out however, we had to handle it ourselves for the most part. We have 3 cars and park where we are suppose to and register our guests so we’ve never been towed. There is no loud music, noisy neighbors or unleashed pets. Management is very good about communicating via text with updates. Everything is basically online so I don’t go to the office at all, as I prefer. Overall, the rent compared to what’s out there, the location and amenities are good.

    Manager was very nice, I didnt have an appointment and she took her time to go over what they had to offer. The grounds were clean. the apartment I looked had not been cleaned yet but I like it. Price quote was reasonable for the size of the unit. Unfortunately I did not lease a unit due to distance from my office

    I love living at Quail Ridge! If i ever need anything fixed or looked at they are always available and keep me updated until it is complete. Its also such a great experience every time i go into the office! It can be super busy and Joy, Elsa and Cindy ALWAYS greet me with a smile and are willing to help in any way. Highly recommend living here to any one that is looking for and awesome place to call home!

    I just moved in to an apartment at QR. Joy and her staff are both very professional and friendly. The apartment is amazing. Its fully renovated with new appliances. There is plenty of parking, which is a big plus. I would recommend QR to anyone who is looking for a great place to live and a management staff who looks out for their residents.

    I am actually very happy me & my husband chose to live in this complex, I havent had any problem with anyone here. The managers are super friendly & nice All 3 of them. I dont have any trouble with maintenance whenever I have a problem they come and fix it really quick. I got along very well with the managers I give this appartments 5 stars. Very good place to live!

    Place was nice and cozy toilet seats could be changed to new ones current ones make it feel unsanitary especially the one in the onsuite. The dumpster area was not appealing to look at every time we walked to the car cat litter dumped on the grass trash over flowing but the apartment itself was clean and lovely could use some new towels in case you dint bring your own

    There are always ups and owns with everything. I have resigned my lease 4 times because I keep saying I am going to move. I never move. I do not think i will find anyone as nice and caring as the WOMEN in this office. They are always so nice and friendly when I come in and they are just awesome people.     Lived here going on a year and is going to sign my second lease. Cindy has been the biggest help before and after I moved in. The maintenance man is always so fast to fix my problems rather it’s his day off or not, he’s also super friendly and nice ! I would definitely recommend Quail Ridge to anyone !

    The staff at Quail Ridge is phenominal! They are helpful, kind and understanding and tries their best to meet the needs of their tenants. Ive lived here for 9 years and they have always been kind and willing to go the extra mile for their tenants.     Very helpful staff here! Joy & Elsa have helped me a lot since Ive been living here. Ups & downs w/ parking, but things have gotten much better.     Cindy and Joy were so helpful with providing me with any and all information I need to proceed in becoming a future resident. If the good lord says otherwise this will be my first apartment and unlike the other complexes I was not turned down due to me not having any rental history. I look forward to becoming apart of the Quail Ridge community.

    Love my home at quail ridge! The office staff is amazing! Haven’t had many issues but the few little things that have come up we’re resolved quickly. I have referred a couple of my coworkers and they have also had a very good experience.

    My fiance and I live here and we both feel that the company change that took place last year was in the best interest of all those who live in these apartments. Quail Ridge feels more like a community now than it ever has. The maintenance, management, and staff have stepped up in what we feel is one of the most important ways; hospitality and also creating a safe living environment for the families who live here and those who may live here in the future. There are always members of maintenance and or office staff onsite, not meaning always in the office, but if there on the property walking around thats a means of safety. In my opinion were less likely here of car break-ins and home invasions during the day. And during the night. Bad people will be bad people, although Quail Ridge has installed more lighting around the neighborhood and also on all corners are super bright lights that are so bright you can see faces in the dark. Lessoning the likelihood of someone or people breaking into vehicles. Quail Ridge has earned my respect. All the employees of Quail Ridge seem to enjoy working here. Thats a huge deal as well. Maintenance care for there buildings and the office is friendly.

    This place is very welcoming and the staff here is warm and caring. The complex is very clean and safe. Very quiet especially at night if you want to come home to a serene and peaceful place. I definitely feel safe and love it here. I would recommend this to anyone.

    I Love living here!!!! To me it’s the Best place to be. You close to everything and there are many way to get around to where ever you want to go. We have 2 pools and plenty place for the children to place and be safe. There are plenty of lights for night if you have to come and go if you have to move around in the dark. THE BEST❤️❤️

    Top notch experience with thoughtful and dedicated employees. They made such a stressful time so easy and Painless. Joy and the others really made me feel at home.     Very friendly staff, and willing to work with you given the circumstances (Covid-19). I appreciate what they have done for us as first time renters. Only issue was a couple things were miscommunicated at first. Issue was later resolved when things were explained a little better. Definitely a great choice though, it is a quiet and happy little community. 4.5 out 5 stars

    Would definitely recommend living here, front office is nice and friendly, maintenance people respond to work orders quickly and on top of them arriving quickly they actually get the maintenance requests fixed!!! Overall a really great place to stay! 10/10!!

I MOVED IN MAY 21, 2021 AND I LOVE MY 2STORY LOFT 😍 My 2 dogs love rushing down the staits and love the balcony access they have right off my room/loft which I love cuz its Huge😎 love love love all around.... my fireplace I cant wait for Christmas to decorate it all.     We actually just hit up a friend-ish resident so we could night swim. Mr. Gorgeous always took me night swimming. The place was nice, pool very clean and grounds very well kept!

    Joy the manager is awesome I’ve been living here 2 years and I have yet to have any problem this was my very first apartment when I got out our high school and I was nervous about choosing apartments but the moment I walked in I was immediately welcomed in by the the family oriented place they have helped me and been their by my side even when I had trouble paying my rent they helped my out I really recommend this place and the people here are great
