The management has been great to me so far. They have worked hard to make sure my apartment is nice and well cared for. My apartment is spacious and the price affordable. They try to keep those not living there out and monitor the grounds well.

I came in Saturday to put in application with Ms.Sylvia and had one of the best experiences I’ve had in years they were so knowledgeable so helpful so on it that it was such an easy process. She took her time showing me different options and even though someone was waiting didn’t rush me in my process was very honest with the waiting list time. I truly appreciate my experience and hoping to be living in this amazing community with these amazing property managers. They definitely know what there doing here!!😊

This is the best place in the world to move I lived there for seven years and never any problems and now I’m ready to move back the office staff is amazing maintenance is always on top of everything quiet nice neighbors to live by love Quail Ridge…. Words Cant Express What A Wonderful Property This Is! Its Quiet, Peaceful And The Ladies In The Office Are Super Helpful. I Truly Appreciate How They Are Doing More Events For Both Adults And Children To Participate In While Encouraging The Property Children To Further Their Education.My Children Always Chime About How They Love The Resource Center Its A Shame Other Apartment Complexs Dont Do The Same.

Yes the first male manager that was here when I moved in about five years ago he was very kind and very respectful and helped everyone out as much as he could I dont remember his name unless it was Raphael but I still love the apartments and the management here and workers need to just get it a little bit more together on some things.
