I have been a tenant here for 2 years now and have not yet had a bad experience. The management is friendly and supportive. They are very understanding if you communicate with them. My apartment if nice and spacious. All the neighbors look out for each other and they even have great upkeep of the property.

Providence at Mockingbird has truly turned things around with the recent management changes. In the past, there were some challenges, but the new team has made a noticeable difference. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, and seem genuinely committed to making the community a great place to live.The new management team is proactive in addressing resident concerns, and you can really see the improvements in the maintenance and overall upkeep of the property. The amenities, like the pool, are well-maintained, and the grounds look better than ever.It’s clear that the new team cares about the residents and is focused on creating a welcoming and safe environment. I’m very happy to see the positive changes and highly recommend Providence at Mockingbird for anyone looking for a community that’s on the rise!

I am retracting and modifying my first review. I know I one started it at first because I felt the lack of care. But after my first review being read by the owner I was followed up a day later and process was completed. I’m happy to say that I am now a resident of the complex. They were very sweet and caring afterwards while making up for the first part. They were originally supposed to charge the deposit of a full months rent and were able to get that down to a more reasonable deposit then originally. I want to thank Myrna and Carmen for it. They also had my deposit reflect as partial payment for September. So instead of paying full months rent it will show as a credit for that month. I’m grateful that they turned this whole situation around. God bless those two ladies for following up and making up for the month and two weeks of wait. I do feel for them having tenants that are not as clean as others nor do they care but I will do my part in keeping the place clean and let them know when I see any resident who is trashing the place. Unfortunately the workers can only do so much but seriously god bless them.

So many wonderful things to say. Let’s start with the process.I seen the property online and applied and got a call back the next day !!Speaking with Carmen over the phone and she had me sold.Of course I wanted to see it in person and she set it up for me to do so.I got there and she greeted me and made me feel right at home.Very detailed and professional might I add.I was very impressed with the size of the place and she communicated every single thing every step of the way.If anyone is looking for a new home start here.10 out of 10 recommend!

I feel BLESSED to have lived at Providence Mockingbird for the last 4 years. Yes, every apt complex has room to improve, and I witnessed many proper steps to improve our building. What I loved the most was my home, my apartment itself. I was fortunate to live on the top floor with nearly wall-to-ceiling picture windows that looked out onto the Medical District, and even part of the skyline of Dallas in the distance. It was especially spectacular with the fireworks on 4th of July! My apt was always well-maintained, anything that I needed was quickly taken care of. They even have valet trash that pick-ups 3 times a week! The staff was friendly and caring; from the sweetest lady, Lupe, who kept everything spotless, to Jose and Mr. Kenty who kept up the property, and the security staff headed up by Office Moore who always had a cheerful and uplifting word that made my day. They each took a personal interest in not only the property but me and the residents. Mr. Kenty recently went on vacation and when he returned I asked where he had been. He said he was on vacation but came home a few days early to get back to work because he missed us! That really touched me, and it speaks volumes about him and the staff. Then there is Perla, the manager, who worked with me on a number of occasions to make sure all my needs were met. Always with professionalism and warmth. A house is just a house, but its the people that make it a HOME! I will miss my friends and all the people that made my life at Providence Mockingbird so much better! God Bless You All!

I’m moving from California and I went to view these apartments. I believe her name was Dawanna. She was remarkable and customer service was unmatched. She was very easy to talk with and was very knowledgeable about the property and area. Coming from Cali, we love good vibes. She definitely has a groovy vibe. Looking forward to our move, also hoping that Mockingbird will have what we’re looking for at that time. Thank you so much!

It’s okay, haven’t had any problems no roaches, had a few spiders. They had pest control come out and spray. I’ve only been here about a month. What I do hate is Dallas isd. The schools are horrible and Dallas isd transportation has left my child stranded causing her to miss school several times.

I was looking into these apartments but after seeing the size of the roaches and the size of the rats….. not mice but full grown rats eating the sheetrock off the walls! No thanks Dallas rats and roaches!

(Koquice) I hate to move from the providence..,but I have to relocate for job and school purposes but man it was a great 2 years here..,It’s not ghetto..,kid friendly, and the office people have always been nice and kind! I’m usually happy to move but I’m sad this time 😞
