    The front office team is absolutely spectacular and I have never in my life witnessed and enjoyed seeing a team so dedicated, talented and passionate about a community they’re apart of. The team really takes the time to listen and understand any issues that a tenet may have as well as getting things around the property done and handled. I felt safe and happy with the team before even viewing a unit. The team is what sold me on wanting to move and live at Promontory Point. Thank you Julie, thank you Alma.

    Everyone keeps to themselves and so far the complex is improving since new management. Maintenance is awesome. Julie is a great manager and friendly. Staff responds quickly to work orders and needs. Property is kept up well.

    I’ve been living here for about 6 months and let me tell you since the moment i walk into the office i was welcomed with a great smile and the best customer Service i have ever experienced Alma has always answer all my questions and go the extra mile to acomódate every need we have, the management and maintenance team are also really good and fast to fix any request

    Apartment is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and when my air conditioner broke maintenance came within an hour to fix it. The only problem I have is there is roaches, but not too many; if your a clean person they wont be too big of an issue.

    I would like to say that I like living here. The management in the office are awesome people and the maintenance Guys, here are very awesome and always on time they do a wonderful job all the time for us and there is no other place that I would love to live but here because the people here are awesome and a very quiet place to live and thank Yall very much ❤️

    This Apartment complex is absolutely the best. Julie, has been an amazing manager since she took over. The maintenance crew is incredibly fast as well with requests. Couldnt ask for better!!!

    Promontory Point is great since Julie took over! The past management crew was terrible. Julie and the new management crew is awesome. If you are looking for a good management and quality maintenance crew you want to move here. They will take care of you.

    I have lived here for almost 2 years. The current leasing office staff are the most welcoming and friendly team of any apartment I’ve lived in. Each time I enter the office I am promptly greeted even when with other clients, Any maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and correctly. I look forward to renewing for another year!!

    I love Promontory Point! I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year. I dont want to move. It very peaceful and I like the neighbors. Its a very clean community and the property team is very professional.

    Moving to Texas from Louisiana so roughly 8 hours away and Let me just say Cole is so welcoming answered every question I had about austin and the apartment made me feel safe making this move with children . I CANNOT say this enough this experience is by far the best I have ever had very accommodating friendly and so positive ! I could write a book about the positive experience Ive had so thank you for Hiring Cole i already know Im making a good decision choosing this apartment complex.

    Everyone in life will experience good or bad times no matter where they live or who the manager may be. Living here I can say that I myself have experienced the bad. But my bad was because things happen that no one saw coming. Water/plumbing issues because people flush things down the toilet that they shouldn’t. Sometimes it affects everyone and sometimes it doesn’t. I can’t blame management because they don’t know what people flush down their toilet. But I will say from my own experience living here and having Mrs. Juliana Johns as the manager compared to the last manager she’s done an excellent job and has gone above and beyond. The last manager was clueless and didn’t care. I’ve seen and spoken to Mrs.Johns while she’s walking the property after hours which says a lot because some managers don’t leave their A/C offices but she does and the maintenance team under her has done an excellent job. Since she’s became the manager she’s done an excellent job. I say this because my lease was up for renewal and I wasn’t going to renew my lease but I did because she’s shown me that she’s willing to go above and beyond for her residence.

    Excellent Maintence Service. Quick response and great repair by knowledgeable technicians. I was pleased with AC repair and replacement of ceiling light in kitchen. The Property Manager is very supportive of good maintenance.

    You know I usually wait a good six months before I review a place where I live but Im cutting that short because the office and maintenance team have just been the absolute best. Julie is kicking butt. Ariel and Jorge are so sweet and diligent. Everyone has been courteous, understanding, and helpful.I was a bit wary of committing due to the other reviews on here but I can safely say that at this point time I absolutely love where I live. The location is phenomenal and quiet. I can hear my neighbors but they can hear me too ya know? And Im constantly surprised by the lengths they go to in order to assure my comfort and safety.What prompted this was a leak I discovered in my sink and I reported it to them. In a week they came by and told me theyd have to fix it and I thought theyd be like my old place thst just kijd of out bsndaids on things but didnt address the problem. But nope. I walked in one day to a brand new countertop altogether.I also dropped a check near my car one time and they called to tell me they found it and kept it at the front desk for me. Its little things like that, that show me how dedicated this staff is to customer service and quality of life. Bravo Promontory Point. Please please please keep it up.

    Changing for the absolute better. Ive lived at Promontory Point for three years, i can attest to low reviews in the past being accurate, but I stayed because hey thats what I could afford. However! Recently there was a change in management and within the very short time these lovely ladies came in I have noticed a HUGE change in the way things are handled. They respond very quickly and get my maintanence requests done in no time. They actively reach out and keep you in the loop and help with anything they can. Theyre super nice and you can tell they really genuinely care about the people that live here. I wont say this is a ritzy lavish complex like you see going for 3,000 a month in Austin Texas. It is an affordable place to call home that I feel safe living in with wonderful people taking care of any genuine issue I bring up. The location makes for low footraffick and very minimal concern for any night time noise or criminal activity. If it stays the course the new management has set I will happily be renewing my lease next year and cant wait to see what more they bring to the community in the future.

    I lived at Promontory Point for a year. I only moved last month because I had to. When I first moved in I was nervous reading all of the reviews, however I had no problems. Roaches??? Never had any!!! Whoever wrote the reviews about the roaches needs to take a look at how they are living themselves, because I never had a problem. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, they resolved it quickly! The Management when I first moved in wasnt great, but the new management does a great job. The pool and parking is great!!! I would recommend this property to anyone that is moving to that area of town.

    I love it here. Just renewed my lease. Its quiet for the most part and they have fixed every issue Ive had with my apartment so far. There was one incident where it took them a while to get me a replacement fridge and I lost $50 worth of groceries after telling them countless times my fridge would never get cold enough. That is the reason Im only giving them 4 stars. Other than that, the rent is reasonable for the amount of space I have.

    Just moved here from Houston and was considering moving into Salado Apartments which sit behind this one. I saw this one on this list of apartments in the area as well. At the last minute I decided to stop by while in the area. Glad I did. Very quiet ( sometimes too quiet ) , landscaping is great along with BBQ grills on the grounds and super cool staff. Ive only been here two weeks so far and only had to report minor repairs which has been taken care of. My unit has come with a washer and dryer which saves me gas money and coins. I hope this complex remains the same during my time here

    Promontory Point was an amazing place to live! They provide excellent customer service and speedy maintenance. The only reason i moved out was because I landed a new job in a different city. If you are looking for a new place to call home this would definitely be a great choice!

    I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A FEW YEARS CAUSE OF THE PROXIMITY OF MAJOR VENUES IN AUSTIN. PROPERTY IS KEPT CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE PERFORMS SERVICES IN A TIMELY MANNER. ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE SHOULD CONSIDER THIS SIGHT FOR THE RATES ARE ONE OF THE BEST IN TOWN. DISTANCE FROM HERE TO NIGHTLY ENTERTAINMENT AND DINING ARE JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY. I THINK YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE.

    I just paid my second month rent at Promontory Point and I dont know about the reviews left by others but I couldnt be happier. I knew going into this apartment that it was an older complex, but I also know that other apartments the same size that were newer were $150-$300 per month higher. I grew up in this area and lived at Rundberg and N Lamar from 2009-2011 so I know the challenges neighborhoods that are a little rough around the edges can present, but I also know that you can have problems in any neighborhood. Crime knows no boundaries.Having said that I have not had any problems with anybody bothering me. Im a 52 year old female and I walk the complex every evening and park my truck in the general parking area near my apartment. I have no guarantee that something wont happen and the odds may be a little better here but this is the risk I am willing to take for a reasonable rent every month. Furthermore I have a friend who pays $1,000 a month for a two bedroom in a nice complex in a nice neighborhood and someone just went through that complex and slashed tires on numerous vehicles including his, for no apparent reason.Any maintenance issues I have had have been addressed in a timely manner. The office staff is professional, friendly, and has done everything they have said they would do. All my documentation is in order, I love my little balcony, the area is quiet, the pool is gorgeous, the neighbors are nice, and while I realize Ive only been here a month, I am completely comfortable.Ive read reviews about bugs, havent seen the first one. Mold - none. Flooding? Come on, one review said the complex flooded last year. Were in a drought, the ground is so hard packed that any amount of rain is going to sit on the top of the ground. We just had a two inch rain last weekend and there was no flooding here, just some puddles. I really was hesitant about doing this review because Im not sure I want this place to get too crowded, but out of fairness to the staff, I did it anyway. I will add more reviews as time goes by.Cheers ...

    We moved here in 2019 and have enjoyed it. The community is clean, the neighbors are friendly. The only concern I have is the mailbox area and the security for the property could be better.

    My daughter and her family just moved into this place. They have abeautiful apartments. The onlyproblem is that they live on thethird floor with no elevator.
