    Prestonwood Hillcrest Apts is a great place to live, great community, family and friends. Centrally located, churches, schools, public transportation, hospital, also received good feedback from management, always keep the tenants informed. Ive been here for many years now, love that management responds to all the tenants needs, which we didnt have before!

    All apartments are too expensive... Its actually less expensive for monthly rates at the hotel but you dont have a kitchen

    Nancy and her team have done an amazing job with service upgrades to the apartment complex. Well organized and friendly with also monthly activities/get togethers, newly paved roads (that was so bumpy but now smooth), parking lot redone, as well as reasonably priced rent. Just signed another lease!

    My mom lives here and Ms.Martinez is very nice and has helped my mom a lot. Apartments can be better with A/C and noise control can be better but overall amazing staff!

    The management is efficient and the receptionist is willing to work on any problems that you have.The maintenance crew works very hard around the complex to keep everything on track.

    4 stars may be generous. Ive lived here 1 year. Cons: NO central AC, the apts run on a cool-water system which if you werent an adult in the 60s wont mean anything to you. What it means: YOU dont have any control over the thermostat, even if theres one in the apt. GET Fans, and Window AC unit to survive hot months. Water is shared so while showering you will go from scalding to freezing about a dozen times during your shower. There are no ceiling fans or overhead lights in the apartment, so make sure you have standing lamps and desk lamps. They claim they spray for bugs and require you to remove ALL belongings from cabinets. I did it one time, and they NEVER came into my apartment. Its a HUGE hassle to remove everything, and then they never came!? I never emptied my cabinets again even though I got the notice 2x more through out my stay. Appliances are old and stove top works sometimes. Pros: Management is nice, and helpful. Trash is not a far walk. Laundry is not a far walk. Apartment carpet, and floors are clean. For the rent, I couldnt find a better apartment or location. I would recommend this apt as long as they knew what they were getting first.

    The girls in the office communicate well when there is an emergency with the air conditioning or water leaks. Well, in general, all the staff are very friendly.
