I’ve been living here for the last 2 years and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and has modern amenities. The management team is always friendly and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and parks. I also love the sense of community here; the residents are friendly, and the building is always kept clean. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home.

I just moved in almost 3 weeks ago and we have been very happy here. Ellie has been VERY helpful and responsive to any and all concerns I have had. The pool is a nice touch if you have young kids! I would highly recommend looking into Prestonwood when looking to rent. Ask for Ellie, you won’t be disappointed! :)

Truly night and day since the last people that worked here. Alejandro and Ellie have been great. Also very patient about my rent. Every time I have an issue they quickly get on fixing it. Maintenance guys are awesome as well.

I’ve lived here for 4 years. I haven’t had any major problems. The office staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a little pricey for what you get, but they’ve upgraded my shower/tub and stove, so that’s helpful. Emergency repairs are addressed very quickly, and minor repairs are usually done within a week. I would like to see a bit more security on the property such as cameras, would make me feel a bit safer, but overall it’s a good place. Love the location, close to the 249, the mall and lots of restaurants and shopping. One thing I’d love to see is updating my windows, they are outdated and the seals are bad, weeds grow thru them into my bedroom, but my apt has not been renovated like a lot of them have, so keep that in mind with your power bill.

This is one of the best apartments I have stayed at, it is always clean, safe and quiet, the best part of it is management is understanding, polite and helps you when the need arises. Kimberly does a great job and is very helpful when you have any concerns or need help, the manager is also amazing, the few times I have spoken to her about something she has responded well and in a timely manner. The only reason am leaving is because am moving into a house if not I will keep staying here. There is nothing as good as a great and safe environment, affordable rent and great management. I highly recommend this apartment.

Very calm and collective area, sometimes I take my daughter for a walk throughout the whole complex and say hello to friendly neighbors. Staff is also very respectful and understanding, great work ethic. The pool is always blue and nice, even during winter its clean! And it is pet friendly, which is a plus!

My mother just moved here less than four months ago and have not have any issues with her apartment or management. From day one the ladies in the office were not only professional but personable and very helpfulIm happy that my mom found a place she not only likes but is safe. The rent is reasonable & in a good location& its very quiet . The property is an older one compared to the competition but management keep it up very well. From my perspective alot of the residents are hard working and mind their own business. I would highly recommend anyone to give prestonwood a chance .
