    Jazmine was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all my questions, made the process easy, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I’m really considering moving here after seeing how welcoming the staff was. Everyone at the office was so nice, that’s one of the most important things I consider when choosing a place to move to.

    Great apartment community! Office staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful.Maintenance is fast at completing our work orders. We’ve enjoyed having Jazmine, Fanny, and Janice in the office. Would 100% recommend!

    The atmosphere from the time I walked in was just amazing!! I was greeted right as I walked in. And Jasmine was so sweet and full of information. Answered all my questions without making me like I was a burden or rushed. If you’re wanting your questions answered and no runaround you gotta see jasmine.

    I have had nothing but good experience since I moved in back in August!I pray my rent doesnt increase much because its so quiet and I absolutely LOVE MY APARTMENT!Maintenance is on point.Office staff is on point.They keep the grounds on point.They keep the property clean.

    Ive only been here for three months. My experience with the office staff (Robby, Fanny, and Janice) and the corporate staff (Miss Debbie) has been great for me. At first I was trying to get into a sister property and wasnt able to get there due to some issues. So, I ask Miss Debbie what about Preston Village, she called me back within 30-mins and told me I was in. My only complaint so far is the neighbors in the building that Im in. Extremely rude and seem to go out of the way to be rude at least to me.

    I have lived at this property for over a year and have nothing but amazing things to say. Brisa is an amazing manager and the leasing staff is amazing. The complex is quiet, clean, and very safe. I highly recommend living at Preston Village.

    Amazing staff and move-in experience. Far exceeded my expectations based on past experiences with other complexes!Deborah, Louise and Cassidy are professional and extremely welcoming. All three of them have been quick to answer all of my questions as well as promptly (within a day or two at the most) returning my calls and emails. Even the underwriter, Karen, was a pleasure to work with! I genuinely feel like I am stopping by a friends house when I go to the front office. The property is clean and VERY quiet which I need because I work from home. I live right next to the pool so that is saying a lot about the kind of people that live here! Maintenance has been great so far. The apartment has been well taken care of and was extremely clean and updated upon move in. They gave me a new toilet seat and are already making general repairs to the building since I have been here. I will update this review with any changes that occur while I am here but so far I am over the top excited to be living here. (Special shout out to Deborah for her amazing customer service and genuine care for her residents/future tenants!) Great price for the area, amazing office staff and an overall well-kept property with great amenities: gym, rewards program for residents at other businesses in the area, guest house, pool/hot tub and online bill pay (valet trash/recycle is the best!). I am proud to call Preston Village my home!

    My husband and I chose a one bedroom apartment here as our first apartment. Were pretty happy with it! They replaced our oven/stove shortly after moving in because the previous one was old, and they installed a new dishwasher when ours wasnt draining properly. Noise doesnt transfer through the walls at all, which is nice, and we havent encountered any insects or pests. We’ve always felt very safe, and our neighbors have always been kind. The staff here is excellent! From the maintenance guys to the sweet ladies in the office, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. We totally recommend this place!

    The new management team is absolutely terrific! Last year that I moved in to the complex I had a very bad experience and the manager was not so eager to address the issues. The new team however, have done absolutely anything they could to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your apartment and with the community in general. They are really friendly, caring and professional. I was looking for another apartment to move in after my contract was over and I ended up moving to another unit in Preston village with a great deal ,very smooth transfer, and above all a great apartment with zero issues, brand new appliances and a well designed layout.

    I was a resident in this location for 2 years and left a very bad review for them in the first year. The first year I was there it was a disaster. No one would do anything to help people, non of the service requests were moving forward for days and weeks, and at the top of that the manager was extremely rude. I was about to move out at the end of first year, when they changed the manager, and I decided to stay for another year. The second year in this place was actually quite pleasant. The new management have done an awesome job taking care of the place. The apartments themselves are good apartments for the money you pay and are located in a safe neighborhood and has rather good equipment. Plus, when I moved out at the end of the second year, the move out process and the return of security deposit and closing the account was quite smooth, and they did not deduct from the security deposit under ridiculous excuses. I want to thank the new manager and the crew for making this place a good place to live and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place in these price ranges.

    Kayla and Deborah have been so great in the leasing office. When my fridge went out it was replaced the same day! Mauricio and Oscar were so nice and polite while installing it. Honestly one of the best apartments Ive lived in. They really make you feel like family at Preston Village.

    I just recently left, but I had lived there for 18 months and was constantly suprised and impressed with how much the management cares and how much they did to improve living there. The entire staff was extremely nice and understanding, and the maintenance staff was fairly quick with fixing any issues. They absolutely care about their guests and I feel they do alot to show it. This is definitely somewhere I will keep in mind for when my current lease is up

    Absolutely love living here!! I am renting one of the townhomes and love it. Good amount of space and lots of storage area for all my stuff. Cassidy and Kayla were extremely helpful when we were moving in. They are always greeting everyone with a smile and are willing to help resolve any issues you may have.Maintenance seems very busy here. I still have a couple of things that need to be fixed around the place and am waiting on them to come do it.Quite neighbors and no loud parties on the weekends. This is so much better than the last place I was staying at just a few blocks down! Would highly recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a peaceful place with friendly staff.

    So far, I have good experiences with each new property manager as well as the maintenance staff. The location is ideal because of banking, grocery, pharmacy and gas stations. If I am in a rush to get to a downtown Dallas location, I can take the George Bush Turnpike. Most importantly is what you get for the price which included a washer and dryer within the unit. What can be a minus is to have an uncooperative neighbor who refuses not do wash their laundry between the hours of 10:30 - 6:00 am. This problem when corner apartments (at least in my case) have their washer and drawer occupy the wall next to your bedroom wall. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

    I have lived here for a little over a year now and have just signed a new lease. From day one the managment and staff have been extemely helpful and cooperative with my many questions and requests. They take the effort to remember your names and greet you with a smile everytime you walk into the office. The maintenance is usually quick to respond to requests and i have not had any issue with them doing sloppy work. The apartments are very nice and are, for the most part, updated. They look great and i dont see very many signs of sloppy or quick repairs. They go for pretty reasonable prices considering the location and the great state of the complex. The surrounding area is perfect and for the most part pretty quiet. I have not had any complaints about neighbors at all.As for complaints, i would say that the company should invenst in expanding the gym area. There are too few machines and some dont work. (I just go to a gym down the road so not a big deal to me, apartment gyms will never be a great place to get in shape at). And my last complaint would be the location of the dumpsters. They are all in the very back of the complex so those who live up front or on the road must drive their trash around to the back, which isnt the worst thing ever but can be a little annoying.I am in the military so i am constantly moving from place to place and, without doubt, this is by far the best apartment complex i have ever lived in and the first time i have enjoyed one so much that i signed a new lease with the same complex. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    Went to tour Preston Village and loved the staff! They were so attentive and answered all of my questions I had perfectly, and made me feel like this could be my new home. Amazing customer service here!

    The office personnel are exceptionally kind and try to help in most situations. Maurice is a maintenance man and is so very kind and capable. I am always glad we he is the one who comes to take care of any problems I have in my apartment. I love living here

    I stayed at Preston Village for over 10 years obviously in different units. Loved my stay their. Management is really helpful and they go out of the way to help.. Manager at Preston Village (Kayla) is very helpful! She helped us find our new property and always was their when we needed her help. To me and my family 10 years flew by and we are happy.

    I can not say enough good things about Preston Village .I have lived here 5years and will renew in June . Everyone from the office staff to the property maintenance team . I chose this community because it was close to my work and its so much more its like a extended family. The community has so many wonderful amenities to offer its residence which is a plus .I would give them perfect 10 if it was an option .Resident in building 2

    Love love love Preston Village apartments. Paying rent is easy and they always are responding to your needs. I feel safe here and the apartments look great. Maintenance request are also easy to do and they respond fast. I love Preston Village!

    I called and ask was available they show me the apartment i wanted to see the one that i was going to been in advise me to call back so i could see it and the staff there have been very good to me and i sign an 2 yrs lease it very quite and plenty of parking love Cassie and Cassidy very help at all times
