    Amanda is a very good manager. She has been on the property for 5 years. She always makes sure things gets fixed in our apartment. She ordered us a new dishwasher. She has been the longest manager on the property since we have moved in. Kimberly is very nice and she works very hard. The ladies makes sure the property is very well taken care of. The ladies also make sure the tenants are well taken care of. It is a pleasure to live in Preston Valley Apartments.

    I have no complaints whatsoever maintenance will take care of you ASAP (24 hours) they make sure your apartment needs are solved. Amanda the manager she’s very professional and always has as solution does not let’s you down. And not to mentioned property is very well organized.

    Im an African American Veteran who chose to live here. I can personally attest to the effectiveness of the property management. The office staff is great and amazing. Every issue I had was taken care of swiftly and efficiently. Some of the air conditioners wont cool your apt is true, so keep that in mind when applying. When I had air conditioning issues the maintenance crew were swift and came immediately. The office manager Even responded herself when I had issues after hours. Even after hours they send someone out to take care of your air-conditioning issues and they go as far as to give window units to some residents with these issues. I cant speak for anyone else but I havent experienced any racism at all and the Hispanics here are friendly. Make your own assessment but I can attest to the management and maintenance crew. They do their best and work really hard. This is a great place to live.

    I been here 20 plus years and the management is great I have never needed anything.they are awesome. Amanda is a great apartment manger I called her after hours and shes has fixed every situation

    I moved here in the middle of December 2019, I havent really cared for apartments given Ive always, had a, house. But this is, an entire different adventure for me. The ladies in the leasing office are great! Any issues, they try hard to do their best to address all concerns for each tenant. And the maintenance be on top of it as well! I want to say thank you for giving me a home again!!!

    The maintenance men are totally awesome. They come and fix the things promptly and do it right. Before they leave they make sure if you need anything else and are super friendly. They are always walking thru the apartments picking up trash and greeting the residents.

    I stay here now and I love this Place. The Property Management and staff made sure that I was taken care of. Anytime I have a maintenance request they hop on it right away. The staff make me feel like family. I encourage anyone if you are looking for a place to call home, Come check Peston Valley Apartments out you want be disappointed at all. Im living Proof I think it safe to now say DALLAS, TEXAS IS MY NEW HOME.

    This is an old building which needs constant maintenance request with a lack of staff. I always keep in contact with Amanda, Kim, and Thalia. I had an electrical shortage and Marco came out today and fixed everything and then some. The staff is super friendly and they relate to each resident on a personal and compassionate level!πŸ’œ

    GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!!! I have had my issues but i wouldnt want to live anywhere else! Office has always been helpful all the time! Maintenance is fast and get everything done! Schools stores and workforce nearby everything you need is literally walking distance! They do tow(WHICH IS GOOD OTHERWISE WE WOULDNT HAVE PARKING SPOTS NEAR OUR DOORS) so get your PARKING STICKER! Thanks for reading! ❀

    Its a good place to live its quiet and peaceful they have wonderful people in the office now yayyyyy!!!😁. And they come fix stuff when it need fixing. So yall are doing great job in the office keep up the great work may God bless yall to do so.

    I have been staying in these apartments for 4 years now they are some great Apartments to stay in very quiet the staff are very helpful to me special the assistant manager Aetna when I asked for a work order she gets right on it there are to be more assistant manager like this get the job done in my neighbors we are like family

    Love it here my kids love it, right when you walk in the office treats you like family and they are really really understanding and will work with you no matter what. I would recommend my family and friends to live here...
