I really love this complex and couldn’t say enough about Sherry, Savannah and Abigail. They made my application process super smooth when I chose this as my home earlier this year. Maintenance team is über responsive, too. Any issues I may have run into were addressed promptly. The complex itself is quite quiet for the most part and very peaceful. I’m looking into a larger unit for the next year as I grossly underestimated how much I space I would need. Thank you all very much!

I’d like to recommend Preston Bend Apartments to people who’s looking for a place to live. I suggest you visit Sherry Evans, leasing manager, to help you with your leasing needs, Sherry is a great and kind lady, she helped me with the rental process, I like that she’s very patient and listens carefully, Sherry is very helpful. She has an amazing customer service, that’s why I live here because of her kindness, and also she has a beautiful smile, maintenance team is great as well and quick to fix anything at your request. Its a quiet community despite families with young kids here. Theres a playground area with a basketball court and tennis court. The pool is always clean and inviting. Although the Bush Turnpike is nearby, you rarely hear traffic noises. Crime is practically nonexistent, and I feel quite safe walking my dog at night, or just going to my car for that matter. The apartment has a nice layout, though the kitchen is a tad small, it is still quite functional. Ive had no issues with any of the appliances, and the fireplace is a nice bonus to keeping the heating bill down in the winter. Important for us Texans is the fact that the electric grid here seems quite reliable. Only had 3 outages that lasted no longer than a couple of hours. The balconies/patios have a railing thats tall enough to give you some privacy when youre sitting out there. Theyre also big enough for some mid-sized furniture. Overall, Ive very much enjoyed my living here.

I have lived here since March 2022 and I really like it here so far. The area around the apartments is very clean and well kept (I see staff picking up trash daily and the lawn is well cared for). I love how quiet it is here and the neighbors I have met here so far have all been extremely friendly. I never have to fight for a parking spot, which was something I had noticed was an issue at many other apartments. Preston Bend is in the middle of everything, it doesn’t take me more than 30 minutes to get to any place i want to go to in Dallas. I also feel extremely safe here! If there is a problem that’s needs fixed by maintenance, it’s fixed within 24 hours and is usually it’s fixed in the same day. The office staff is helpful and I’ve always had positive interactions with them. The pool is nice, I do wish the gym was a bit bigger but otherwise this place is perfect!

I never write reviews, but I had to take time to tell about my experience at Preston Bend. I moved to these apartments sight unseen from another state. Abigail was so accommodating and patient with me. Everything was exactly how it was promised. The neighborhood is great. You’ll see people out walking their dogs or running simply because we all felt so safe. My son and I spent the whole year in the hot tub. I never had any issues with any neighbors. Any maintenance request was resolved next day or sometimes same day. I really only left because I needed a 3 bedroom. So thank you again Sherry, Abigail, and the whole maintenance team at Preston Bend. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Lived here for 4 years and overall it was a good experience. Maintenance was fast and staff was nice & friendly. The few complaints my partner & I have, is that over the years the area started getting a little bit more dangerous. They stole my partners Cadillac converter a few months before moving out from there. Also theres loud cars and crazy drivers at times. A couple months before moving out, our apartment started to smell like weed everyday from Im assuming one of our neighbors. Someone did report it and they stopped smoking weed for about a week but then they started doing it again. Dog owners dont pick up their dogs poop sometimes. A lot of these things are out of their control but yeah. We are thankful for everything they were able to help us with!

I really loved living here. I always felt safe no matter the time. I lived here for almost 3 years and the only reason I moved out was because I left town. The staff was always very kind and helpful. If I moved back to the area I would definitely choose Preston Bend again. The location was great as well! They have been renovating all the apartments, inside and out, and it was coming along very nicely before I left. This is a family apartment complex. Very safe and comforting.

Almost done with my moving time, and Im incredibly grateful to have called this place home for over 3 years. The office staff has always been exceptionally attentive. Abigail, in particular, is excellent – she responds promptly and assists with any request as quickly as possible. The maintenance team is friendly and never takes a day to help us with our requirements.Im genuinely thankful for what has been my home all this time. I highly recommend it. Its clean, beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great prices. Thank you.

Aside from what would be a regular review of my experience with the apartment complex, which has been great, I want to write about how management is like. Management really makes or do a lease decision after all (if you dont, you need to start) .Recently with the winter storm, the office has consistently been providing their tenants with information and updates. They were on top of things, as usual. We werent left in the dark about anything. They also put out signs to remind the tenants to keep water running. Its a basic thing that everybody should know but some dont and its great that they took that measure.This is the type of place where if you have an issue with an appliance, the maintenance guy will be called to help same day or next day. Ive never needed to wait an undesired amount of time.This place is also more affordable than others so you get to save some money and know you have people that will care.*Cough cough* Bel Air Willow Bend did the opposite.

I lived 3 years in this complex and I only can share good experiences!!! the management team is always very helpful and take care of your concerns promptly, they take an excellent care of the complex.Thank you Abigail and Sherry for the well care of the tenants and of the property!!! Maintenance was awesome!!! and always so quick in fixing things.I was sad to leave this complex, because the care they take is not seeing everywhere.

My boyfriend and I just recently moved into these apartments. We have moved into the smallest floor plan the have available. The application process was a breeze, and the office staff was extremely patient and courteous with any questions. Fast forward, we have signed our lease, weve moved in for the most part, time to turn in our 48-hour inspection. I dont want to be charged for anything I didnt do, so I meticulously went through and marked everything I could find. Chipped paint, to a dingey shower head plate, to some holes in the window screens, and some water damage to the ceiling from the previous tenants. I wasnt there when my boyfriend turned in the sheet, but he told me the office staff was appalled. I dont blame them, considering how amazing everything else was. Brand new carpeting, brand new fridge, dishwasher, and oven.. they probably thought they hit the nail on the head. However, when I came home from my second job, I was happy to find every single item I had listed on the 48-hour inspection had been addressed. Brand new window screens, every paint scratch touched up or entirely repainted.. dryer lint collector replaced... I mentioned a lot of things, but they managed to fix everything I had put on the sheet. Overall my first few days in these apartments has been amazing. Very attentive; I feel well taken care of. I would recommend these apartments to friends or anyone looking.UPDATE: 9/22/18It has been a year, and we have officially renewed our lease. The previous year had been pleasant. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars. Of course no place is perfect, but every time something is wrong and we make a maintenance request they come that day if not the next. Weve had two major issues, both immediately taken care of. Once our washers load capacitor had begun to melt (fortunately we were home) and had begun to fill our apartment with smoke. We turned off the machine and I went straight to the office and told them. It wasnt 10 minutes before the head of maintenance was here tending to our needs. The other happened today. Our A/C went out while we slept. I was prepared for the worst, because I have always heard horror stories of how some people have to go over a week without A/C in Texas heat. We went to the office and informed them of the issue and went to breakfast. By the time we came back they were already working to fix it. We left again to run errands and when we came home our apartment was freezing. It amazes me how quickly they took care of us. We informed them around 12 PM, and by 5 PM it was fixed. They staff is always polite, we have never had any bugs, they are always contacting us after requests to make sure everything has been taken care of, the environment is very relaxed, people always walking, children outside playing, no issues with neighbors or loud music, and you cant beat the quality for the price. So while they arent perfect, because who can be? They come pretty close to me. I highly suggest these apartments to anyone.

This place has well maintained grounds, nice recreational facilities, even a free car wash and vacuum. My only pet peeve is the noisy neighbors above me. I’ve knocked on their door twice but nothing as worked. They allow their little girl to run and drop toys, the adults walk hard and slam doors, and when their washing machine is uneven, good luck trying to work from home. It’s 11:49PM as I write this but they are still making the same noise as they did when it started at 6PM.

Great location. You can get most anywhere in the metroplex in 30 minutes or less. Tons of conveniences. Great amenities included in below market rental rates. Peaceful & quiet. Approachable -no gate & pet & child friendly. Feels safe; many people walk jog or run around the neighborhood at all hours. Full-sized non-stacked washer & dryer included. Ample greenery. Beautiful pool area. Competent staff. Ongoing community improvements. etc

Abigail was super helpful through the entire process of finalizing the move to Preston Bend, the apartment itself is was cleaned well when we first moved, its cozy and the maintenance responded quickly to our request to fix a few nails that were sticking up in the entrance way. I would definitely recommend Preston Bend to my friends.

Nice place!!! Everything is clean, maintenance crew and office staff are very nice, I love to see the manager on site walking thrue the property, Im on vacations visiting to my cousin and considering get a job in Dallas, of course I would like to rent in this property, Im hispanic person and my color is dark too and I had never received a racist expression or coment from the office staff and neighbors!!

This apartment was built relatively early. The advantage is that it is relatively mature in all aspects. The office staff are very professional and friendly, the maintenance is also on time, and the environment is relatively comfortable and shaded by green trees. The disadvantages are that the house and equipment are relatively old, the air conditioner is very noisy and the cooling and heating effect is not good, the sink is clogged, and the roof is very low. Overall, its a pretty good place to live. The environment is comfortable but Im worried about the interior.
