Moving here from Michigan I must say, this has been a great experience so far. I love the layout of my place as well as the location. My job is right up the street, as well as so many attractions and activities. My sister moved here about 2 months before me and recommended these apartments. This was my first and only choice. So far so good, any minor issues Ive had has been addressed promptly. I love living here, I feel safe and happy to be a resident.

Never been in, but my kid’s friend’s mom works here. She wouldn’t work at a bum apartment complex. It seems fairly quiet considering the location. Not a lot going on in the parking lot. Seems like a decent place to live from what I can tell. I’d consider relocating here when it’s time for me to move.

I’ve been living here for over a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it’s been an outstanding experience. From the moment we moved in, the staff has been so welcoming and approachable. They’re always happy to help with anything we need, and it’s clear they genuinely care about creating a positive living environment for all the residents.The maintenance team is another highlight. They’re super responsive and efficient—any time we’ve had a maintenance request, they’ve been on it right away and fixed everything perfectly. It’s rare to find such great service, and it really makes a difference in how comfortable and hassle-free life is here.All in all, this community has been such a great place to live. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is top-notch, and it truly feels like a place that’s well cared for. I’m so glad we chose to make this our home and would absolutely recommend it to others!

I should start by saying this review is from the perspective of a first time renter, 24/7 worker, and 2nd floor person. So with that, my time at the Preslee (a year and a half later) has been great. My apartment was ready when I arrived and the staff were really welcoming. All my appliances were in perfect condition.Not only is the office staff really courteous but they do a great job of keeping the community informed and I feel I can always reach them whether thats in person or electronically.I cant speak on maintenance much since my stuff has been working but the times I have called them for minor things have been good experiences. On a side note, this complex has a lot of pet owners so use that information however you like.I can honestly say I feel cozy while Im here at home or coming back after a long day at work.

First, I would just like to appreciate the apartment manager April, she is an amazing person when it came to working with me in this whole process. Before getting out of high school back in March 2024 I found this apartment complex very interesting so I gave a call in first one of the apartment agents Adean answered, and we spoke about how the apartment works. I was still thinking to move into this apartment, but I had so many choices. The process went so smooth even though a stressful time in senior year of high school. I still got it through and I was able to move in this year of 2024 in November. It was an amazing experience already going to the front office gave me light of what Im seeing as finally now an adult. that whole day it was storming, but I could care less about the rain because of how everything went. I wasnt as stressed. Everything just took time and I had to just to be calm. Even April gave me suggestions on which place to buy my furniture from although I just want to say this was an amazing moving experience for a first time only 19 on my own. They were so helpful and patient they even gave me calls on updates if I was still moving in or not even though it did take time I still just appreciate the work and time and effort April and Adean put in.Thank you,

I have lived here for 17 years and love it . The office staff is amazing anytime I have an issue They do all they can to help and the maintenance men have always been so nice and helpful. They have made my stay there so pleasant that is why I have never moved and will continue to stay there. I understand people have issues, but you have to realize they can only do so much and they do Go out of their way to help. So I do want to say thank you to them for everything.

I didnt write a review until I had lived here for several months to ensure I could provide an honest opinion. The truth is, this is the best apartment Ive ever lived in during my time in the DFW area. The location, maintenance, and overall condition of the facilities are excellent. A standout feature of this community is their impressive ZERO ROACHES badge. Initially, I was skeptical due to some negative reviews, but now I can confidently say that the positive ones are more accurate and deserve your trust.I have no complaints whatsoever. Even when it came to maintenance issues, the urgent response service was impressively quick, resolving my problem within a matter of hours—no more long waits for maintenance. Congratulations to the management of this fantastic community!

My boyfriend and I have been living here since May. We stay in the Townhome and we love the space of it etc. It’s very quiet and I feel comfortable walking my dog late night if need be, My decor isn’t taken, and my packages don’t take legs and walk off. Also, I love the fact that everyone picks up after their dog because in my old apartments it was very horrendous. I forgot they young man’s name in the leasing office but one time when I thought my garbage disposal went out he kindly came around here to check it out and it was just some blueberries stuck in there or something . As long as I’ve been renting I’ve never known a leasing agent to do that. It was very nice of him.

Moved and noticed just a few things we didn’t catch before moving in. Maintenance, shout out Robert, got in and fixed what they could, ordered what they needed for the remaining. Didn’t make me wait very long or for the part to arrive for 1/3 fixes I needed. Very attentive and responsive to help make my new apartment feel like home.

I moved in 2023 & Aiden helped me find everything i was pursuing in an apt, now comes 2025 & i’m definitely looking forward to renewing once again. the maintenance is on top of everything with no hesitation… i even had someone come out at 9pm to fix my cold water problem he assured me that he stayed in the complex as well. all in all as my first apt i chose a very good one that puts my safely first & im happy with my decision.

I would like to talk about my experience at Preslee Apartments. Whenever we have a problem in the apartment, they solve it immediately. We have never had a problem. The people in the office are always willing to help if we have any questions or concerns. The neighbors are very calm every time. Whoever is doing their thing, no one bothers you about parking, there are always available, there are never any battles, thats why I speak with my own experience of 4 years living here, almost 5. The Preslee community has been so helpful for me since 2023. I love the staff & how they know me by name whenever I’m just either walking around the neighborhood, or coming into the office. This is a thriving apartment community. It’s recently been renovated. I’ve been here for just about a year. There are some things that have needed attention The maintenance crew is so wonderful kind helpful they tended to it immediately, I even had a situation where I didn’t have my house key, My daughter had it in the maintenance man came in the middle of the night at 2 AM and open my door. He was wonderful not to mention how wonderful the leasing staff is, I have had to pay rent late, several times do to unforeseen occurrences. They have been so kind and patient, They even waive the late fee for me one time which I thought was very loving. It was around the Holidays. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and if you give this place a chance it can help you even improve your credit, and can help you get back on your feet. They gave one months free rent and it really helped me. It’s a really good community. You have to look at the positives, There’s so many more positives than negatives and nothing is perfect. I think this is absolutely a great place to stay and it’s convenient to two major highways and there’s so many options food choices around. It’s a really good place to stay😁👌🏾

My husband and I have lived here 7 months at this time, everything has been fine in that time. They are pretty dog friendly. The best thing so far has been that there are absolutely NO ROACHES!!! This is a huge deal to me, because it seems like every apartment complex has them no matter how clean you are, and The Preslee does not, so far in my experience. This is a generally clean property and we feel comfortable as residents here. The biggest issue that has really become apparent is that the maintenance team leaves something to be desired. When we first moved in, the few maintenance requests here and there seemed to be taken care of pretty quickly and correctly. In the last few months the maintenance team has been inconsistent, and has no sense of urgency or communication skills. They have not been quick to come out, when they do finally come, they don’t fix stuff the right way the first time. They do some “temporary” fix, and then never come back to actually correctly fix or replace the source of the problem. They leave a mess when they’re done, and don’t communicate well at all. Honestly they could really step it up… Overall though, we like living here. It’s affordable and generally nice.

Wow! I literally just read all of the reviews and I must say I have never had a bad experience here. I am going on my 2 year here and the changes are a lot better than what they used to be. I’ve lived in a house and apartments and have had worse experiences. I have never had one single problem. I guess I’m more understanding and patient. Why do people Leave a bad review but never a good one? I love Preslee and the Staff. I think the price is great. I’m in the largest one bedroom and I love it. The neighbors are really friendly and the office has stuff for the residents. I have met one or two unfriendly people and they the ones who probably complaining. Preslee is the best apartment I live at and I recommend it to everyone.

I only have good things to say about living at Preslee apartments. I really like my apartment and the location. As a single female that has lived here for over a year, I feel safe. I have never experienced anything to make me feel insecure about my surroundings. Any maintenance issue that I have is always dealt with in a timely manner. All of the office personnel have been absolutely wonderful people to me. I truly appreciate their kindness and support during this pandemic. I highly recommend Preslee apartments!

I had a issue with my kitchen light, called the office sent they maintenance man (Jesse) out the next day to replace the fixture. He was very polite and helpful. He not only replaced the fixture he took care of some other things I was having problems with. Just want to say thank you to the staff and maintenance for taking care of this in such a timely matter. Everyone was very polite and made sure everything was taken care of. Thanks again.

I think the new Management has come a long way. They do more interacting with the Tenants. They started Spruce to clean your apartment, and Flex to help pay your rent. Both come in handy. I did have a problem when my kitchen lightbulbs went out. Maintenance wanted me to pay for them to replace the lightbulbs. This is something that should be done anyway by the Complex. They did do it for free after I told them the bulbs had been here since the day I moved in three years ago, and it was time for them to be changed.Management is doing a lot better and seem to really care about the Tenants.

The staff here is phenomenal. They are extremely involved and host various social events. This place is quiet and peaceful. Yes, you do need to lock your car doors so people wont get in, its like that everywhere. Also, paying online is extremely convenient.

Just recently moved into these lovely apartments & let me yell you I loveeeee it ‘ the approval process was very quick & management is very nice .. upon move in I recieved some housecleaning gifts in a fancy gift box that said “Welcome home” . Maintenance is also quick as well I’ve had to call twice on minor issues and it was fixed within less than a hour . Thanks for allowing me as a resident here ‘ I absolutely love it ❗️
