I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Presidium Waterford Apartments! The location is unbeatable—just 5 minutes from The Domain and 10 minutes from downtown Austin, making it the perfect spot for both work and leisure. The amenities are top-notch, and the community is vibrant and welcoming.A special shoutout to Natasha and Blanca for their outstanding customer service. They are both incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy. I had a tour with the AMAZING RACHEL! She is so professional and friendly and had the patience to show me the three different models. New property and friendly staff is overpriced for my budget, but is Austin and the rent is expected especially new apartment complex, but I really hope they dont raise my rent after the 15 month lease to keep calling Presidium Waterford my sweet home !

Cassidy Krischke helped me find my rental here and I absolutely love this place! As an office staff, she was extremely helpful, insightful, and made sure we were heard so all of our needs were met. She helped us get settled in a timely manner and was clear on all expectations. We have everything we need! Thank you so much! This apartment complex is wonderful and we would recommend anyone to find a place to live here.

Are you ready for an astonishingly well-appointed living space? I know I was. Ive seen many mundane, cookie-cutter communities. Presidium Waterford offers the upscale resident an outrageously brilliantly planned oasis in a desert of mediocrity.It doesnt take a genius level IQ to see that the management has delved deep and hard into what exists in this market and they have decided then and there that they can do exponentially better.The staff is spot-on-the-beam; they resolve issues with lightning speed and effortless efficiency. This resident is glad beyond words for choosing Presidium Waterford as the astounding place to call home.

She was very humble, enthusiastic to ensure our tour experience was satisfied and complete. I cant thank enough for her efforts put to show us the property. Although I found my apartment in some other property due to my personal preferences I have not experienced such amazing and extended help from any leasing professional, who has the patience and perseverance to do the best at her role while helping client find a perfect home. I’ve been working with Blanca at Presidium Waterford since spring on preleasing a 2 bedroom. She has been the most helpful and attentive leasing agent I’ve ever worked with. I finally decided on a B1 floor plan overlooking the pools. The finishes at Presidium Waterford are very nice. The B1 checks all the boxes for me. Everything from the coat closet, mud room fixture, built in desk, huge closets, biggest balcony in the development and the wine fridge will be handy. The apartments are aggressively priced and are a better deal than other nearby new developments. Have Blanca show you a B1 for your very own. Can’t wait to move in on the 30th!

The management team, Blanca in particular is super helpful. This is a brand new community offering top of the class amenities and well designed spacious apartments. The rent prices are a notch on the higher side which is the only downside I can mention.

OMG I’m a coffee lover and this property have a Big coffee machine and they have FREE COFFEE!!Unlimited free coffee, place is beautiful and the personnel’s are so nice, they make you feel home.Nice gym they have all tipes of machines

I can only give this place 4 stars because I ended up not moving in. But due to excellent customer service and truly beautiful amenities and finishes I had to leave a review. Blanca, the leasing manager, was exceptional and kind, but unfortunately due to timing and construction delays I was not able to make this my home. However, based off of what I saw and how I was treated, I would definitely give them a try especially if you have a lot of flexibility with your move in date.

I recently got the opportunity to tour the beautiful resort style Presidium Waterford, and it did not disappoint!The location, the trendy amenities, high ceilings, huge kitchens and bathrooms, and amazing use of windows and natural lighting, make these gorgeous units so inviting! They look like they are just waiting to entertain guests!I recommend you book your tour as soon as you can! Ask for the ever so helpful Natausha Yoachum, and experience what real professionalism and hospitality feel like! I cant say enough great things about this property OR this company!

I wish this property was available when I was relocating to Austin, but I now know where I will be leasing next. Luxury apartments, for a good price is hard to find.
