    I’ve been really impressed with the staff at Preserve at Copperleaf especially Eli Torres. He consistently does an excellent job maintaining the common areas, from the hallways to the laundry room and lobby. The entire property feels fresh and well-kept thanks to their attention to detail.Eli is always professional and courteous, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He ensure that everything is spotless, from wiping down surfaces to vacuuming carpets regularly. The bathrooms in shared spaces are cleaned thoroughly and frequently, which I really appreciate.Additionally, they are proactive in addressing any messes or issues that arise and are quick to respond when something needs extra attention. Overall, Eli does an outstanding job, and it definitely contributes to making this apartment complex feel like a clean, comfortable place to live.Highly recommend their services!

    I’ve been staying at this complex almost 3 years now and have 0 complaints. The manager Heather is always on top of everything and her team is hard working. We experienced all new staff at one point and everyone was having issues. The owner brought back the original manager and staff rest assured. Just goes to show how important having a good team is and a great leader in Heather. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who enjoys a clean environment and prioritize safety peace

    Preserve at Copperleaf is a great community. The office team are very professional and down to earth. Kallista was amazing during my tour, she answered all of my questions and was super friendly. Elizabeth and Heather were super helpful when I had a few questions that came to mind. The pool feels like youre at a resort and the fitness center has top of the line equipment. Location is awesome as well. Highly recommend!

    Luis is an amazing asset to the team! Under his leadership, the trust was restored with the complex after a disastrous transition from Cortland to Preserve. His team keeps the grounds looking amazing, our maintenance concerns resolved swiftly, and most importantly the pool isn’t looking like a swamp. He is so amazing with the kids of the community.

    I recently toured the Preserve at Cooperleaf, and I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful the community is! The landscaping is immaculate, with lush greenery and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces that make the whole place feel serene and inviting. The amenities are impressive and really give the community a luxurious vibe.What stood out the most was how welcoming and helpful the staff were during my visit. They were so friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel like I’d be in great hands if I lived there. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community.If you’re looking for a gorgeous, well-maintained place to call home with an amazing team behind it, I highly recommend checking out Preserve at Cooperleaf!

    I have lived in this complex for quite a while. The management team is awesome! They go over and beyond to insure your needs are met.I recently had to relocate my 91 year old mother to Houston. I needed a larger place. Carrisa assisted me in viewing a 3bdrm unit and completed the application process with me to transfer to a new unit.The move would be very difficult as I had to be in California while the move was to occur. The manager Heather took the time to sit with me prior to me leaving for California and explained the financial information in detail and oversaw the process until it was completed.The assistant manager Elizabeth is always so patient with me. She even worked to give the movers access to the property when they were locked out. She gave her time after hours, which was greatly appreciated.When I arrived back from California with my mom. I felt such relief. Elizabeth met with me to review all the documents and made sure everything was explained and reconciled properly.This team has provided me excellent service. I also must mention how great the maintenance team are. I have lived here a long time. Preserve at Copperleaf is now home for my mom, daughter, grandson, new grandson coming soon and myself.

    Update August 2024,The new owner got the previous management team back to the property and everything is back to normal!!!The swimming pool is now open, the property is clean, and I have a lot more to say!!PLEASE DON’T LET THEM GO AGAIN!!!!Having Heather and Elizabeth back is the best decision, now It’s home again!After 16 years we were not going to renew our lease contract but now we will do and the reason is them.****************Update, July 2024,The property has new owners.We had the worst experience with the new management team and maintenance staff, everything went down.*********************************Today I would like to share my experience as a Cortland Copperleaf resident with everyone who is looking for a place to live.This is home, we have a great community, we have the best staff, our management team is always there for all the residents and they keep the property safe and beautiful. I like my apartment, the upgrades are beautiful, we have garages in here and we like to BBQ and spend some time outside with our children.I like to mention Elizabeth is amazing! She is bilingual, she is very knowledgeable in the area, every time I have a question about anything from decorations permitted to the gym activities she is always ready to answer and help, she is very kind and is always nice to stop by the office to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea depending on the time of the day.This is the right place to call home!

    I decided to delete my first review cause theyre doing their best to fix orders.The cortland team are back in the office. So happy to see Elizabeth and the manager of cortland.Now,when you ask for something they only take 1 or 2 days to came and fix it.My washer wasnt work they changed it and give me a new one in 2 days after my request.No trash everywhere,the pool is functional and clean, the communities is clean.Inside of the appartments are very nice I like the cabinets, the fridge, the oven,everything look pretty.If you keep your home clean no roaches.If I have to do another year here before I buy my house I will do it aigain and aigain.Thanks God the Cortland team are back.

    I recently just moved into these apartments and I’m in love!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the gym is to died for, it literally has everything. My puppy also enjoys walks at the dog park area so he can run freely. The appliances are really good up to date appliances for an apartment which is also a big plus!💚

    I went to view a unit today, the property is very nice, well kept and nice upgrades. Natalia couldn’t have been any better, she answered all my questions even those I hadn’t asked. If I didn’t know any better I’d swear she was the manager. If she is an example of the management team then any tenant or future tenant is in great hands. I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets an opportunity to be manager at one of Cortlands properties. Great job!

    I love living at this apartment community, the customer service we have received since day one has been phenomenal. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of and maintenance is very friendly too! The amenities are beautiful especially the pool area, my kids love it!     Leasing agent Natalia was able to help get me into an apartment in two days! She was communicative, helpful and informative. So far the front office staff in general is responsive and have good customer service. The apartments are updated, comfortable and are in a good neighborhood.

    The leasing process was smooth and Elizabeth was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns from the time my application was submitted to the time I got my keys. Everyone in the office was nice as well as the maintenance crew on the grounds who greeted me as I drove through. To top it off my apartment is exactly like the model I was showed(which can be rare) and I love it!The only area where I see room for improvement would be to have the stairwells pressure washed periodically to ensure they meet the same standards as everything else in the complex.But if you’re looking for a place check Cortland Copperleaf out!

    We moved here over a year ago and we like this apartment complex. I will give high rating because of the quality of maintenance service Mario has provided.Maintenance Service:Mario has been fantastic, responsive to the service tickets we put in and skilled to do the work!If it is for service I would put a 5/5 star review.The complex:There are nice spaces to walk here, lots of birds and a nice community.The office:The lease renewal process was not smooth, the office doesn’t respond or get back to calls, that definitely can take a lot of improvement. The answer was always that they are understaffed. Understaffed is no good reason to not call back and follow up on voicemails.I would give the office a 2/5 star review.

    GRATEFUL FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY NATHALIA:I just had a great experience with Nathalia. I was a former tenant at Cortland Copperleaf and mistakenly had my package delivered to the apartment. I got a delivery email from UPS and visited the management office on todays date in order to retrieve the package. I met Nathalia. She was very courteous, understanding, and willing to investigate/verify the claim of my package being delivered to the apartment by mistake. She went above and beyond without any delays. After verifying my identity through a government issued identification provided by me, with whats on the package, as well as verifying the current occupant through their system, she proceeded to hand it over to me.     I just recently moved into one of their Remodeled Apartment Homes back in January. The application and approval process was quick and exceeded my expectations. My experience living here has been Great!!! The Office Staff are very friendly, helpful, understanding, and really care about their Residents. I am enjoying living here with my two boys!!! I would definitely recommend this Community as the best value for your money to live in a Luxury Remodeled Apartment and for their Outstanding Customer Service!!!

    My husband and I were waiting and waiting for another apartment to contact us back. Since we will be moving soon, we decided to contact Cortland Copperleaf, even though it was a bit far from our workplaces.The tour scheduling was booked in less than 5 minutes, when we got to the apartments, Natalia Crespo welcomed us in and answered all out questions. She explained their pricings, discounts, floor plans thoroughly and made sure our concerns were addressed.The application process was smooth and very easy. Any questions I had after our tour, they answered through e-mail and phone very quickly.Heather Beasley was also very kind and replied to all of my e-mails really fast and answered any questions I had with detail.So far, the management is excellent.The neighborhood is quiet and gated. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and has upgraded appliances.I am so excited to move into our new apartment!

    I absolutely love my new apartment, very cozy. Desmond in the leasing office is the absolute BEST, his mannerism is top notch. So far maintenance and all other staff have been a pleasure to interact with. My one minor complaint is the smell of skunk weed around me, I thought this was a smoke free community. Other than that, I would highly recommend living here. Excellent job to all the Staff and Cortland.

    First walk in, I was amazed. The serves and greeting was on point. Made me feel like I was already living there. New management...speechless. They are all about improving and making the residents happy and comfortable. The tour was amazing also. Nice quiet comfortable environment. Shout out to Desmond. That was our tour man of the day. He always had a smile on his face and was great. Can’t wait to move in

    We were here for a year and I will say we loved the apartment complex. One of the great things is that its not a huge complex only 7 building total so that was a big deal for us. Whenever I had issues or concerns I contacted Heather (community manager) directly and she was always so quick about handling all my concerns. Heather made me feel comfortable every time I needed help with something or just needed to voice my concerns. My move in experience was not that great because of who I was working with at the time ( She no longer works there) but once I spoke to Heather she made everything right and really made us happy choosing Cortland Copperleaf our home! We didnt renew our lease only because we are moving into a house. The complex is great and very family oriented and for the most part quite. I do suggest getting a parking spot or garage! Thank Heather for taking such good care of us and always making us feel at home.

    I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I have lived in Cortland properties for quite some time and I will never change that. Their properties are always beautiful, new, and up to date with the latest trends and utilities. They also always have the best of the best staff. Desmond is THEE best leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with here at my new home. He gets everything done and knows how to make you feel right at home. The man deserves a raise, a reward, and a promotion all at once. Also, I will post some pictures of my newly reborenov apartment since there arent any currently.

    First appearance of the apartments were absolutely gorgeous very spacious and luxurious. The apartment was not to far from my work place. I love the staff as they greeted me with warm welcomes as I came into the office especially the staff member I think his name was Desmond

    Moved in about two weeks ago. First day viewing the property we met the manager ShaNele who was professional as they come and extremely helpful with getting us into a unit ASAP. I could never say enough good things about MY leasing professional Mr. Desmond. This man went above and beyond for me and my family. Customer service is something that only a select few can pull off with as much class and kindness as Desmond was able to do. One of the nicest communities I have ever lived in.

    The staff is not helpful, Mary just told me that they do not review application to ensure they are complete before they are submitted. My application was submitted missing income information, and No one contacted me about my application status as promised. I called twice to get more information and the girl answering stated that she would call me back twice which she failed to do. The next day I called and speak to her, and the answer I received was that she was not knowledgeable about the process or procedures.I am not sure why they felt they had to treat me like a threat because I disagree with them. No one could look me in my face when speaking to me, business is business if you feel you have not wronged me anyway why not look me in my face? However, I have to say this experience has taught me a costly lesson in professionalism. I would advise anyone unless your homeless, to keep looking.VERY POOR SERVICE!
