I really enjoyed my tour today. Liz was extremely knowledgeable of the property. She asked probing questions to gain insight on exactly what we were looking for. The apartment we saw was nice (it could have used a few upgrades). But overall we love the location because of the proximity of our jobs. I think we just may lease here.

I just finished my move in. And I can say this is the smoothest most easiest and reliable apartment complex that I have experienced so far. Nancy was my leasing agent and I can say that she has very good communication skills. She also has a lot of patience because I did call a lot prior to even moving in. She answered all my questions and even made sure that I was set and ready to go for move the apartment that I did move into, great condition It was spacious clean and it just feels like home! I have been with this apartment complex for almost 3yrs. I have never had a problem with them.If I put in a work order , they come in a promptly matter. Ms. Liz and Silva has always been pleasant and very understanding in which I’m very grateful. I actually referred my god son whom stays by the office. So I would definitely recommend Prescott place for you and your family.

I will preface this by saying I do not live here. I toured this property and many others with my best friend who is moving to Dallas- this was in the top two of most professional and thorough viewings. Nancy made us feel so heard and included throughout the entire tour. The property is well maintained and the prices are reasonable for the Dallas market. We ran into several residents on the tour who sang their praises about the property and our wonderful leasing consultant Nancy. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel like you’re already home.

Me and my boyfriend visited yesterday for a tour, nancy showed us around and we fell completely in love. Beautiful views, beautiful pool, beautiful layout of the apartment we looked at. We were trying to get the apartment we were informed about, but when it came to selecting the apartment, it showed unavailable. But overall, we still plan to make this our new home. Thanks Nancy for being awesome!

I would love to give 5 stars because Nancy and Elizabeth are the nicest people with great customer services skills. The apartment is pretty nice and they worked with my wife and I with our move-in date. It’s just a couple things that stopped me giving this place 5 stars. Thanks to Nancy for the great service and patience. My only issue is I have nets in my place other then that it’s good.

I moved to Prescott Place in August of last year. I have been very happy with my apartment. It is not one of the remodeled units but it is still spacious. The complex is very quiet and my neighbors have all been friendly. When I have called maintenance for any issues they have completed the work quickly and have always come when I have needed pest control.My main concerns have been over visitor parking and having my car towed. I had read review and some of my neighbors complained about getting towed all the time. I have not had any problems with this since I have been here so I have to say if you dont obey the rules things happen. I do not like that if I do have visitors, I have to register their tag number even if they are only staying for an hour or two.I would have given them 4 stars except that I think the pools need to be updated and some added pool loungers and the hours extended. During the summer the pool closes at 8 and that is not enough time to get home and get to the pool to swim.

My father who is elderly lives at Prescott place apartments. Back at the end of October my father had some series challenges and we became closer so that I could assist him. I live in California and he has been in Texas for many years and wants to stay there. I have to say if it wasn’t for Sylvia Manager, Elizabeth and Nancy I am not sure we would not have overcome many obstacles my father has ran into. They always have been very kind, helpful, professional and caring. They have been true angels this is not just a job for them they truly care about their residents. We just recently moved from Prescott Place and it was a great experience, quiet area, the maintenance were very prompt with fixing any issues we had, as well as Sheila and John were truly nice and courteous! Everybody that worked in the office was friendly, it almost seemed like family.The only complaint That I ever had was my neighbor making too much noise, but the office handled that quickly. The only reason we moved was because we had a baby and needed bigger space and needed to save some money, the apartments are literally located by everything! The mall, the shopping centers, restaurants etc.

I am selling my home and was a little nervous looking for an apartment. Prescott Place was recommended by previous tenants. I spoke to Irma over the phone and in the conversation we had, her tone of her voice spoke truth to me. I proceeded to apply then drove there to give my deposit. The surroundings were calm. I entered and met Irma. She was super knowledgeable and reassured me I would have a safe home here upon approval. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I left feeling like I made the best decision. I called Irma a few times after with questions and not once did I hear any frustration in the tone of her voice. She even sent me pictures of the apartment since I am impatient and wanted to see it. She called me Tuesday and it looks like Prescott Place will be my new home soon. Ive read the reviews and I am going with my first impression that Irma left me with and joining this community. Walked in to gather information for apartment and Nancy assisted me. She was so sweet and courteous. She acknowledged my arrival and asked if I could give her a minute as she was finishing up assisting somoene else that had arrived before me. She explained all the amenities and differences in apartment costs. Her thoroughness and patience to explain to me was very much appreciated. Will definately be coming back as soon as my lease is up at my current apartment.

I moved here back at the end of march. I have a studio apartment and with this being my first apartment, the staff was nice with the applying process. Everything is pretty good to me. Some things we cant control, i dont have any issues other than my neighbors above me. Everyone else around me stays to themselves. my surrounding neighbors are quiet. For it to be my first apartment my overall experience is great besides the neighbors

I have lived here almost 2 years and have never really had a problem. I communicate with the manager often and she is very helpful and always quick to respond. Maintenance is great, very fast and trustworthy. Austin in the front office is always the first person to answer the phone and usually the first person to greet me when I enter the office. My complaints are not with the office or management. My complaints are disrespectful neighbors and tenants as well as the trash all around the grounds of the community. People really can’t expect maintenance to pick up all their trash AND be able to service their apartment in a timely manner.

I lived in Prescott Place for a year, it was my very first apartment and I had a fantastic experience!! My unit was newly updated with new appliances. I had not a single issue with bugs, parking, deposit or anything else mentioned in these other reviews. Work orders were completed usually the next day, all staff was kind and professional. I will definitely recommend Prescott to others who want a well priced apartment in the area!! Thank you guys for making such a scary experience so easy for me!

I have lived here since September and have not had any issues whatsoever! Sheila helped me through the moving process which moved extremely quickly and she took into consideration everything I wanted. This is my first apartment and I couldn’t be more happier. The manager Richard, and the other ladies in the office are extremely courteous when I come around. The neighbors are very friendly and the maintence man came when I wanted between the times I wanted and even went the extra mile when he came as well! Keep up the good work Prescott!

I dont normally do reviews. But cant understand all the negative ones ! Ive been living here for over two years and find the customer service here to be top notch. Anytime Ive had a maintenance issue, it was addressed professionaly and in a timely manner, and theyve always worked with me on any late rent issues, as long as Ive given them the courtesy to communicate in advance. Ive never had any extra fees for not following the guidelines set in my lease, because I read my lease, and follow the guidelines. Pretty simple. And so far all Ive seen is continued property improvements. Including a state of the art work out center. Great job Prescott place. Keep up the great work!!

I went to view the apartments and the leasing agent Silvia was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the location of the apartments as they are right by shopping centers and grocery stores. Wow. I am so shocked after reading all the bad reviews. I am not yet a resident but I went by this complex today to inquire about some apartments. I viewed an apartment with Shelia and she was so nice and professional.Thank you so much Sheila. You rock in my eyes. I did not read any reviews prior to my visit. However, I am glad I looked at them before I decide to lease as I see there are several concerns about towing and strict rules. I do have small kids and I am hoping they are understanding when it comes to this as there may be times they might leave something on the balcony or damage the blinds but I dont feel like I should be charged 300 for something like this as I can always replace the blinds myself when I can. As long as the apartment looks they way it did when you moved in at move out, should you not be charged for anything while you are a tenant in my opinion. I have not yet met Richard and I can not base my decision of other people experiences solely. Their experiences with the office staff may not be the same for me. I am a firm believer that you treat people with respect and you will get the same respect in return. If however, that is not the case, you can always respectful address your concerns in hopes to receive a positive resolve. I will update my reviews once I decide to move in or not. But I just want to say, sometimes, you cant always believe everything another person says. Use your own judgement based off you own experiences.

What????I have only been here two months but I find the office to be one of the most helpful, fun group of professionals I have ever dealt with! My Move In was seamless, the unit EXACTLY what I was promised and I find the cost to be very reasonable compared to others in the area. While I only know the manager briefly, he has been very nice and helpful. He also remembers my name and that cannot be easy with so many units.Do not believe these Haters! This is a great place to live!

I moved to Texas with my son and wanted to find my own place. I looked this complex up and when I saw the reviews my first thought was “ No Way “ ! I went to the complex anyway and was was greeted by the sweetest lady ever.....Sheila ! She treated me like I was already a tenant. She showed me a unit and after our conversation I agreed to make this my home. The approval process was fair and quick even though my credit isn’t perfect due to becoming suddenly disabled. This is a great place to stay. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful. Anything that needed to be fixed got done immediately. I have no complaints about living here. I am currently living here, I have no complaints about this place. Richard, the office women and the maintenance are all very nice people. They are always quick to greet you when they see you. The complex is nice and quiet, and maintenance is pretty efficient on fixing problems. I do agree the rent is a little high now since the change, but it costs to live in a nice place. Thank you!

**Only giving five stars so yall will see this.** DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The office staff are rude and stuck up. Roach infestation!!! And I would tell them I need pest control and they would tell me that I need to clean my house. I kept it clean. I had the blinds half way and they told me I couldnt do that so that the dog could see outside and he wouldnt mess up the blinds. Then one day I was still laying in bed and the pest control guy just walks in without knocking or anything so I ask him to leave so I can get proper clothing on, he lets my dog out on his way out and then goes and tells the office I pulled a gun on him. I didnt even own a gun. Not to mention the ton of dirty letters we got from the office that they would just sit by the front door! And they are all the time charging for anything like pest control, the matinance guy to come! This is a horrible living experience!!

I have lived at Prescott Place Apts for a year, and I have enjoyed it since day 1. Ms. Olague and the leasing staff truly go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. Throughout my whole year living at Prescott Place Apts, the only issue I had was my shower acting up one night, which was immediately fixed by the on-call maintenance staff. I have lived at other properties and no matter where I live, there are always some issues... but to me the important part is how quickly and efficiently they are fixed. That is why I am in no rush to leave Prescott Apts, where they have a leasing staff and maintenance staff that go the extra mile to make my stay here the best.

I have nothing bad to say about these apartments, when ever I need service they come with in 15 mins, they are nice and always try to help me, Silvia is always helping with services and making sure everything is running smoothly with my apartment, I love it 💕

Been liveing here 10+ years never really had an issue only issues i have ever had only minorly effected me and they do keep me from giveing a full 5 stars i will list them so that if mabe it is seen than mabe they can be adressed and they are as folow .1 the cutting down of somany trees and unfinished landscapeing worksReason. All of the work and money seems to have a bad effect on the place there is the trees helped keep homes cooler in summer as the and kept the sun out (im photo senitive so that was nice) but more to the point there is a giant dirt mound that was left over from a project years ago that is now growing grass there are stumps from the trees still in the ground2 really old stovesThis is more of a question of why are the stoves so old they are eletric coil stoves that have much more upkeep and work to use them than it would take for the tenets to need to buy new ones. I just think that new people comeing in and old tenets would aprove of something reletivly modern.3 no blinders aloudThis one strikes me as odd as i cant atuly see in my bed room for a good part of the day as the light is so bright i would love to block out the sun so i can see betterNow i hope that this is taken as a chance to look at some things and ask why is that atuly happning or why cant we change that so people feel better about our place our home giveing that little bit of luxury to the. Out side and inside may cost something in the short run but in the long run it quite possably will make the world of difrance better tennents lasting longer people seeing the seenry of the place as something to want to see.The benches and BBQ pits that are placed here go un used and the wood ones are starting to falk apart i wish that was not the case i wish i could invite my friends over and say wana hang out here for a bit but its just not the caseI say all of this out of love for this place. I might just not know what im talking about so i gess just take it with a grain of salt.

I HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST 11mos AND MY STAY HERE HAVE BEEN ROCKY AT SOME POINTS BUT OVERALL ITS BEEN GREAT I WILL SAY THE APARTMENTS ARE QUIET AND ROOMY. ME AND MY DAUGHTER FELT SAFE HERE AND I WILL GIVE 5stars for maintenance and Richard because when there is a problem he will get it straight right away im not renewing my lease because i need to move closer to my daughter school BUT IF YOU PLAN ON MOVING HERE YOU WOULD LOVE IT ESPECIALLY the office staff they are amazing and by this being my first apartment they made my move in REALLY EASY FOR ME SHELIA AND JULENE ARE REALLY HELPFUL THANKS PRESCOTT PLACE

I absolutely love this place....we had to relocate here because of the tornadoes that hit Dallas in October 2019....and transition was smooth thanks to Cherri in the office....she was very thorough throughout the whole application process....and she has been nothing but polite and kind every since...and Austin has a good personality and customer service too...
