    As a first-time renter, I wasnā€™t sure what to expect, but from the moment I walked into the community, I was greeted by such a friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was ready to help, making me feel at ease right away. I had the pleasure of touring with Alicia, and she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to walk me through all the details, answer my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable with everything. While the apartment is a little out of my price range, the outstanding customer service Alicia provided truly made a lasting impression. Iā€™m seriously considering leasing here, all thanks to the wonderful experience I had with her.     I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alicia at Prairie Gate Community, and I canā€™t recommend her enough! From the moment I reached out, Alicia was incredibly responsive, friendly, and attentive to my needs. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, from touring the apartments to also letting me know about The Gibson I havenā€™t had the opportunity to tour yet, but if they are as friendly as she is it would be hard to choose where to live. Her knowledge of the property, amenities, and the neighborhood really helped me make an informed decision. Alicia went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way.     We just signed a lease and are so excited to be living here! We had such a great experience with our application, and Alicia took such amazing care of us! You could really tell that she was passionate about getting us through the process! She was very much appreciated. The community is beautiful and very transparent about the fees that you can expect! We are looking so forward to moving in.

    I would like to personally thank the property manager Ms. Zephi for outstanding customer service she has provided me on numerous occasions. She made me feel so much at home and welcomed to be a new resident. I didnā€™t feel like another number to her. She took time out of her busy schedule to get to know me personally. To me that shows she truly cares about her residents. I would recommend living at the Prairie Gate Community Gate to anyone and everyone.

    Where do I start? From the first impression I knew that Prairie Gate Community was a professionally managed and well maintained apartment complex after meeting with Zephi the property manager. 1 month in and I have been shown nothing but attentiveness, care and world class hospitality. Do not look any further, this is the only complex you need to lease at, trust me!

    When I came to this community for a tour I knew instantly it was going to be my new home. My leasing agent Alicia was fantastic. Sheā€™s efficient, welcoming and overall great at her job. The managers are understanding and helpful. Even though theyā€™re busy they still make time for us and try to assist in anyway. Maintenance is top tier as well. My apartment is luxurious and even more beautiful in person. I literally have no complaints! I look forward to being here for years to comeāœØ

    I am a returning customer. I moved about a year ago and now that my lease is over, Iā€™ve decided to return back. I didnā€™t think I could miss a property so much until I moved. I loved the way that the property managers interacted with the community and how the groundsmen up kept the property. So, I stopped in to see Azia and Alicia. They had such inviting energy, which made me feel right at home. Itā€™s safe to say that my return was a good decision!

    In love with this community. Been living here for a fews years now. Ive never had a problem. Everyone is so helpful and the staff goes above and beyond to help. I love what the Nicolas foundation stands for (organ donation). The new property manager, Zephi is the absolute best. I wont be moving out anytime soon!

    I love it here! My move in last year was so fast for me to have to find somewhere to move in a matter of a few short weeks! Perla was very helpful in answering my questions, move in was easy, maintenance is quick they fixed my problem in two days, no bug problems and so much more! The only bad thing I can say is sometimes I can hear my annoying big mouth, loud neighbors every now and again but other than that no complaints!

    Jasmin is amazing she has gone above and beyond in helping. Staff here is really good the one bedroom is actually pretty big. I know that it has washer and dryer in unit. Even though I dont have a pet it is a pet friendly its a very nice place people stay to themselves most of the time. And I recommend it.

    I love this community and most of all the staff. From the leasing agents to the property manager/assistant property manager. All of them are very professional and they make you feel welcomed. I honestly wanted to live downtown but the customer service Latasha gave was outstanding. Not to mention Phase 1 has a really home vibe. The living room is huge and welcoming. Maintenance reacts fast when it comes to an issue. The price of the apartments are awesome. These days itā€™s hard to find an apartment under 2400 for a two bedroom. Overall these apartments are quiet and there isnā€™t trash all over the place.

    Love it here! The apartments are new, updated, and beautiful. The community is peaceful and parking is no longer an issue.     I really love living here. The apartments are beautiful inside & spacious. The lighting inside is impeccable and energy saving. Beautiful sealed granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms! The kitchens are huge! The staff are amazing, Jessie made the whole moving in process for me and my husband easy, just a great guy! And The few conversations Iā€™ve had with heather have also been pleasant sheā€™s beyond nice & warming & breaks things down to make sure you understand any confusions. The people who live here are quiet, no noise, no loitering, no drama.. my one neighbor on my floor is very friendly. They have valet trash that come to your door. A great gym, dog park, a great walking trail, and of course a beautiful pool. The parking isnā€™t bad I have no complaints thereā€™s plenty of it on our side. Love that itā€™s gated so strangers canā€™t just randomly come in. If you can afford it i highly recommend this community we love it and itā€™s our first month 1/2 in.. youā€™ll love this community itā€™s hard not to :)

    Highly recommend these folks! We moved here from out of state so our entire application process was done through email and phone. We worked with Jesse and he made the process totally smooth. He was quick to respond to all our questions and emails and made us feel important and welcome. We arrived a day early after driving across the country and decided to stop by to turn in the rest of our paperwork. Again, it was organized and smooth. Afterwards Jesse spoke with Judy the property manager about getting the keys to show us our new place. (Maintenance was still finishing up a few things) She came out and greeted us and spoke with maintenance and her and Jesse were excited to get us the keys that day so we didnt have to spend the extra money on a hotel that night. We started moving a few things in while maintenance was still there and the maintenance guy was very respectful and super personable. Its been an excellent experience so far the few days weve been here. Everyone weve met has been over the top friendly. Aside from the awesome people weve worked with, the complex has a safe and secure feel with it being gated. I was also worried about the freeway being super loud since were fairly close to it but you cant even hear it. Very nice place, amenities, and feel. Highly recommend all around.

    Our family has been enjoying the atmosphere for a month now. The management has been very great. I have had the pleasure to work with Judy, Kassy, and Stephanie. They all were very friendly, helpful, and informative. I have had minor maintenance issues but they were fixed immediately.The apartments are a good size, very modern with stainless steel appliances, and a lot of cool/fun updates. Weve enjoyed having the playground, pool, and gym walking distance!!

    Okay first of all! I LOVE THIS PLACE! Its exactly how it looked online. The staff were so sweet and the community was peaceful and safe like let me just give you a BRIEF view of what they offer: AMAZING closet space, washer and dryers, internet, cable, spacious, wonderful floors, garages, car ports, business centers where you dont have to pay for printing or computers and they offer coffee along with the fitness center, a dog park, 3 pools, kids park, oh Lord I forgot to see if they had swings!!! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery, balconies and patios, like I cant wait to move here! Not only was that shown, we sat down and discussed prices and she didnt give me the run around. She told me everything that I would have to pay for. Like no surprise payments or anything! Dont be scared of the price yall. ITS WORTH IT! ITS WORTH IT!!

    Beautiful apartments. All inclusive and for a decent price. The concept of the apartments was to assist single moms and I love that. I was not motivated to move it just because i did not want to have to deal with the rude woman in the office. She is a handful. Canā€™t remember her name but she has pink hair and had a broken foot or leg. She never followed up and never returned calls. She had a bad attitude and was the main person working....no thanks! Everyone else was very sweet. Safe community and great location.

    My boyfriend and I have lived here for two years now and have loved it. Kassy has been the most attentive, respectful and understanding property manger Ive ever interacted with. The community is safe and extremely peaceful. I wouldve given it five star but the new front office staff lacks professionalism, respect and just all around work ethic. The phones frequently go to voicemail when you call during the times they are supposed to be there. The in person interactions are far from inviting. Also Dustin is the worst person they have hired if I am being honest. He speaks to adults as if the are toddlers, hes far from helpful or respectful, nor does he pay attention to when matters are handled. He is a piss poor assistant manager. I really do miss the old staff that worked in the office. They made people feel like family, were all around easy going and respectable. Even the notices have change and become more aggressive and urgent. I do wish that Kassy could come back but I am glad that she got the promotion she deserved. Hopefully the new manager is just as amazing as she was!

    This is the best place weā€™ve lived in Texas! The apartments are really nice (like legit nice, not faux finished ā€œremodelsā€ like most of the other places), the management is helpful and attends to things quickly, and the grounds are lovely. For the most part, the place is very quiet and the valet trash is just super helpful. I was starting to wonder if renting in Texas was just bound to be a terrible experience, but these folks have changed my mind on that.I also really appreciate the communication of the management- they call, text, email and even have a community board they post on. Itā€™s so different from other places Iā€™ve lived, and it is very helpful to know what is happening in your home and community. You can tell they planned this community very thoughtfully and paid attention to many details that other places may not have. The smart thermostat is handy, the amazon hub is great, and the layouts of the apartments are relaxing. Definitely would recommend living here.

    We did EXTENSIVE research on twelve apartment communities before choosing Prairie Gate. Our priorities were safety, cleanliness, modern, facilities (pool, playground, dog walk, etc.), pricing, and staff support. Hands down, this community was the best. The apartments are brand new, the living spaces are massive, the pricing is consistent or better than other communities built within the last 5 years, and of course, the location is superb.     I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and have never had any issue that wasnt taken care of in a timely manner. When my dryer broke, they brought me a different dryer because they had to wait for a part to come in. The new part finally came in after a couple of months and they fixed the dryer and brought it back and took the older one back. The staff is great to work with and always does what they can to accommodate your needs.

    We are about to wrap up our first month at Prairie Gate Community and so far so good. The application process was all completed online, so that is a convenience for anyone that does not live in close proximity. We mostly corresponded with Judy (Community Manager) and she was very patient and responsive to any questions we had throughout the application process. Her attentiveness definitely left a positive impression as we decided from amongst the various apartment complexes we visited throughout our search.The only cons are a lack of balcony closet storage (though this amenity is available in two-bedroom units and separately via garages) and the occasional resident/guest/staff member parking in our (paid) assigned-covered spot (though recently this seems to have been resolved).If you are looking for a new apartment complex with easy access to I-20, considerate management, and useful amenities/features (i.e. washer/dryer in unit, community wi-fi, and community cable) make sure to consider this place.Pro tip: Dont forget to ask for senior, military, and/or educator discounts. Good luck!
