First and foremost, I wanna give a shout out to Lane. Throughout the process of me moving in has been great especially with the people working in there. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to finish out helping me finish, but put me with a beautiful soul. Her name is Kayla. She made that experience so easy for me to move in. Thank you! Also, thank you to Angela for making everything happen as great as well. The staff are amazing in their each, and one of them are willing to help you with no hesitation. I love the apartment. The amenities. Etc. trust me when I tell you you will have no regrets moving in here. I’ve been loving it so far. Thank you for all your help guys. You guys are doing an amazing job.

We like to say we love it here at Potranco Commons it’s so beautiful out here. Amazing sky view of surrounding of the city. Kayla did an amazing job helping us transition into our home. Kept us informed about our next steps in the process. Angela is also great property manager as well. Best property manager I have came in contact with. They both need a bonus or raise. The location is amazing located near a lot of great places and easy access to the highway. Thank you Potranco Commons staff and yes we are home!!! I had an amazing experience moving here, you won’t find a nicer apartment than this in San Antonio. The complex it self is beautiful and the amenities you get are the definition of luxury. The apartments themselves are enough reason to live here, they are designed great and are some of the most quality I’ve seen. Also another big thing was the management/leasing staff they were absolutely amazing and were nothing but helpful and friendly. Our leasing manager Kayla was honestly the best person ever, she made the experience amazing for me and my girlfriend, who ever is in charge of hiring picked a perfect person to do the job, she deserves all of the praise, and she was also a huge reason we chose these apartments she was nothing but professional and sweet. You’re not gonna find a better management staff and apartment than this place.

I had the absolute pleasure of being cared for by Kayla, and I cant say enough about how amazing she was. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Kayla truly took the best care of me, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making my experience exceptional.What really stood out was her willingness to go out of her way—nothing was too much trouble for her. She anticipated my needs and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I absolutely love my apartment and continue to fall in love with it everyday. Kayla was a great help in this process! Though the days were pushed back from time to time I would say it was worth every wait as the apartment exceeded the standards! I absolutely recommend this apartment! It looks so gorgeous at night! Nevertheless, none of this could have been possible without the assistance & constant reassurance of my leasing consultant, Kayla!

I cannot thank enough Kayla for all her hard work in helping me in moving from Florida all the way to here. She is a phenomenal employee and everything works perfect since day first until day I moved in. Today Kayla still making sure everything is working perfect in my apartment. Apartments are beyond beautiful and outstanding, but lets be honest without a great welcome and great staff you wont stay there. And potranco commons did the right and brought us Elizabeth. She was outstanding throughout the whole process she guided us and make sure all of our questions were answered. Now we can proudly say we are part of the family and we love it. Big shoutout to the whole staff and to Elizabeth who was our agent and was always available for us no matter what.

I just want to say Kayla is the best leasing agent I ever worked with. She was very professional and kind. She told me exactly what I needed for my move in. I just moved here from Kentucky and Kayla walked me through everything. I felt like I was in good hands I had no worries she really is the best. I hope she stays with your company because we need more people like her. I would recommend this apartment to whomever is interested.

This apartment complex is beautiful. Staff are friendly and nice. The pool is absolutely stunning, and the internet looks to be Fiber to the Home with 2 LAN ports around the apartment. Kayla is very sweet and friendly. Offered us answers to any questions we had. She gave us the fee list, trash schedule, and some brochures. The tour was very nice and in depth.Edit: Changing to 5 star because Kayla was reviewing everything and she reached out to me!

I had the pleasure of being cared for by Eric & Kayla and I honestly can’t thank them enough from helping me with my paperwork to actually go into the unit and cleaning it and doing a great job at that with a positive attitude, i recently moved from California to Texas and they’ve this experience truly amazing and I can’t thank them enough. If you need a place to call home go to Eric or Kayla and they’ll be more than happy to help you and make your move smooth.Glad to call Potranco Commons home!

This place is amazing, Ive checked out several apartments in the San Antonio area and by far potranco has them beat. The location , you got every store literally less then half a mile away , the apt I got really spacious and affordable and really nice appliances . I was very fortunate to have worked with Elizabeth who made the process super smooth and guided me through the transition of living in the dorms to having my own apartment out here in Texas . Elizabeth answered all my questions and also went above and beyond to protect the security of my information. The entire staff here are very kind and helpful , even the builders where really kind and gave updates about projected completion of the things they were working on . I am happy and blessed to have secured this apartment, thanks Elizabeth!
