Pleasantly surprised to be treated so well. I’ve visited several communities today and let’s just say not many cared to be in the office today. Micah went above and beyond to discuss my needs, showed me a beautiful unit, and assured me that she would have a unit by my move in date. I’ve already received a follow up email- very impressed.

Alright, now that i’ve lived here for a year i think it’s time i put in my review! this is one of the first apartments i ever toured when i was looking for places to live last year, and i (along with my friend who came to talk some sense into me just in case it was bad) both loved the apartments as well as the property. its clean and quiet and just immediately felt like home. i applied a few weeks later and was accepted almost immediately. during the process, the representative that helped me (i don’t think she works here anymore though) guided me through the whole process and made sure i felt comfortable the whole time. i even got a bottle of wine at move in, and she came to check on me before she left for the day to make sure everything was as i expected.maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. i put in a request new year’s day, and the next morning they were there to fix my issue. a couple months ago i had an emergency request where there was water leaking from my ceiling and they were there within the hour of me calling. they were both the most kind people. hell, everyone i’ve encountered here have been lovely.while i love my apartment and everything about it, there are a few issues that caused me to rate 4 instead of 5 stars.parking. parking. parking. the parking is awful. if you want to have a guaranteed parking spot, you have to pay a monthly fee of $45. 90% of the parking lot is only reserved parking leaving the other 10% for guests/those who don’t pay for parking. which is a little crazy i think. any time my friends or family come over they have to drive around a couple of times just to find one that’s even walking distance to my apartment. i’ve noticed people even parking on the outside of the property on the little side road just so they have somewhere to put their car.the water is always being turned off in my building for them to work on it. i think since i’ve moved in i’ve received an email every other week stating they need to turn the water off due to an issue somewhere. there was even a time i had no hot water for a WEEK. (woke up this morning with no hot water either, woke me up real quick i’ll tell you what) but it’s usually always turned off when i’m at work and on again by the time i get home so it’s never really been an issue for me.other than that i really do love living here. my apartment is lovely, the staff i’ve talked to is lovely, and the rent is very affordable for the amount of space you get.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! Honestly, not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else. Rent is high for an old dirty moldy apartment not to mention the roaches everywhere!!! Don’t let them fool you with the display room. I have had a terrible two years here and not just in 1 unit but 2. I tried to give this apartment a chance but It seems they can never come through. Always make promises to fix what is broken or not working and never do There is always something wrong, they don’t fix anything correctly but just patch it up and expect you to be satisfied. I have gone through 4 major floods that have damaged my belongings left mold and continues to leave mold behind they promised to fix it but was never properly fixed kept flooding and still does, Where there is mold they just paint over it. The maintenance here is terrible. My family and I had to sleep in our living room for more then A month due to the floods they couldn’t fix constantly having to sleep in our living room throughout the year my daughter got sick due to all the mold around us this photos I’m posting are recently we asked for a transfer to a different unit tired from dealing with all this issues only to get to a worse unit filthy not ready to move it not even swept at the very least and FILLED WITH ROACHES!!!! Please don’t waist your money they will have you suffering living in this condition charging you a price for something not worth it at all this is my last year here not renewing my lease!!!! The health department and city has to get involved for this apartment to ever be worth living in!!!! 0/0

I am incredibly happy with my apartment. From the day I came into the office and viewed to the day I moved in, Paul was AMAZING. I came from out of town and he even sent me a list of things to do, places to eat, and cool things that make Texas fun. I am actually checking off the list each week and loving it. We went and toured the property last week, my best friend and I. We are looking for an apartment in the area and the location is perfect. We weren’t very impressed with the apartment, not the condition, or the layout. The floor plan that we were most interested in, isn’t available, but after seeing the other floor plans, this complex is probably not a great fit for us anyway, I think we are looking for something a little nicer, and more updated. That being said, the gentleman that we met with was so awesome and if we were to rent here, he would have been the reason for it. He was hilarious and personable, he was very honest and incredibly helpful, and we would have loved to have him as a neighbor. The community seemed great, nice amenities, and we loved all that was available as far as socializing… apparently there are several d&d games that are played on site with members of the apartment community and that’s awesome! The price is great and the location is perfect for any commute within dfw.

The new manager has brought in a new team who seems positive and supportive. Overall, my apartment is maintained, pest free, complex maintained and pleasant. The area is mostly quiet and enjoyable. These apartments are awesome! Just signed a new lease and moved my family into a new two bedroom. The new updates in our apartments are very nice,and it’s very spacious!I feel 100% comfortable/safe having my baby and wife live here,plus the families around us are super friendly.Any issues we have we can go straight to the office and they’ll have it resolved immediately. I can honestly see myself living here for many years.

Im not really sure where I should start, because Im not the actual tenant my Pops is the tenant. My Pops is in rehab and while in rehab his lease ended and he needed to move. He chose Post Oak Place but he needed me to come down and speak to someone on his behalf. So, I did and I can tell you that from the time I walked in the office I was impressed with the staff professionalism. The staff member that worked with my Pops and me was Davokie or Dee for short. She was very professional and not hard to talk to or explain our situation. Not only did she listen but she understood the seriousness of his situation. My Pops has some physical challenges and she worked her magic to make sure my Pops needs could be met. She kept us in the loop the intire time which was very much appreciated. She was able to send the necessary forms to my Pops electronically and he responded the same. My Pops was able to make a smooth transition from his old place to his new one (score!!!). Dee we just want to tell you that you are awesome. Thanks for a wonderful and painless process and G.B.Y.

Pardon my English and bad grammar as I write this review. But, I need to write this review because these ladies in the leasing office are going above and beyond on helping me set up my documents and paperwork to my new place. First off, the same apartment that I would receive in Dallas is pretty cheap comparing them side by side. The Average Ive seen rent going for about $1,300, while here Im getting it for $927 as of writing this review. Also, the area is pretty and convenient for grocery shopping and restaurant. Now let me talk about the management team, not only do they basics down, they are very courteous, respectful and are extremely patient in my case. Usually when entering another apartment complex, the management team would have, I just work here attitude. However, I am feeling welcome with open arms. Looking forward to living here.

Lived at Post Oak Place Apartments for a couple of years now. This is a great complex. Glad to have our pool opened. I come home to a comfortable and safe environment and I am able to decompress peacefully after long days of work. The staff and new management are also great.

It took a few work orders and a trip to the office for them to fix the a/c but that is our only complaint. The ladies in the office are super nice and so are the maintenance men. I really like Nikki, she is very helpful and sweet.

The people are so nice and helpful here, my neighbors are really nice too. The ladies that work here are so understanding and down to earth. Amanda Gautney was my leasing agent she was so amazingly helpful, nice and very professional. I couldnt ask to live anywhere better than Post Oak Place!

I just recently moved from this apartment complex and wanted to tell the current Post Oak Staff thank you for such a wonderful job that they are doing. Their professionalism and service of these ladies are unparallel. As an American Airlines employee this location is one of the best! And I heard that theyre going to start giving American Airlines employees rental discounts again! 😉This a great place to live. My apartment is very spacious and home to me. The property is nice and quiet. My neighbors are friendly as well. Kieyana and Eveliz in the office are excellent people to deal with. They are very assertive and very pleasant and listen too all my concerns and things get done as asked.

Leasing Agent Davokie is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available units and always let us know as soon as a new one came open! She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other apartments in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Post Oak Apartments and their Super Agent Davokie!!!
