    It’s been so peaceful living here, everyone is super nice and things get done here when you need fixing. I love the monthly activities, workshops and after school snacks for the kids my niece loves getting a snack and saying hi to Shelby.

    Great maintenance nice and friendly office staff. Clean grounds. Spoke with the maintenance man Bobby Davis he was polite courteous and very helpful.

    The blonde maintenance guy that I always see working is fantastic! He works very hard to get the pool clean for us and tries his hardest to keep the property to a high standard. The office ladies are great as well! I would recommend this place due to the people that work there.

    Among the apartments in this small town, these are the most impressive. The staff exhibits outstanding dedication, from the maintenance team, including the individual in the blue truck who consistently goes above and beyond despite needing more support, to the office personnel. Shelby stands out as an exceptional assistant manager, leasing agent, and tech support specialist, while Mari works equally hard and provides support in Spanish. The maintenance expert in the blue truck is particularly skilled in HVAC system maintenance and installation. If you are looking for a living environment where the on-site staff genuinely cares, this is the ideal choice. I rate the on-site staff a five and upper management a three; I recommend checking them out today.

    My Friend that lives there and every time I go to visit her the place is really nice. I wouldn’t mind living there myself I went into the office with her one day and the girls in the office and we’re all nice and she talked to a young girl name, Shelby, Malcolm that was helping her with her problems and everything was handled very professionally and nice by Shelby. I really liked that girl.

    I had the best experience with the leasing staff. Mari was amazing at answering my questions and making it super easy for me. Would definitely recommend to others!

    I love living here. The staff is just amazing. They always go above and beyond to make sure the property is well maintained. If there are any issues inside of the house they are very quick to get them fixed. They genuinely care about their tenants and you don’t find that a lot anymore so I really appreciate all of their hard work !shout out to the office staff Mari and Shelby for being awesome and staying on top of everything ! Also, the maintenance men as they are super nice and efficient!!!

    Definitely a great complex to move into. Ive never had any issues with the front desk or maintenance. The apartments are very well kept together. Very spacious big enough for a family. Im staying in a three-bedroom two-bath and I have been very comfortable since Ive moved in definitely recommended to my friends and family. And prices are great as well.

    Shelby and Mari are very helpful and kind so it’s easy to go to them for any questions. Maintenance is also great, they’re very fast and they always have a good attitude when coming to help. Portside Villas also is really peaceful we’ve never had any problems with any neighbors everyone’s nice and respectful.

    Hats off to Shelby and Mari, they make my job with BugPro super duper easy 👍 Always ready with keys, notes and any additional requests needed by their tenants. They have great Customer Service and effectiveness in the office, and their maintenance lead, is Johnny on the spot 💪 Ty and we look forward to business with you in 2024 🎉

    Office and maintenance are awesome! The amenities are good and the space in a one bedroom is great. I would try to get an apartment towards the back due to the noise on TX-361.

    Great place to live , pretty much peaceful and safe, apartments are great, newer place, love the price per month, close to everything. Lots of decent amenities. Im going on 2 years here already, Ive read some of the negative reviews, all I can say about now is Im pretty sure all the bad seeds who cause trouble are gone, left on their own or evicted. Lol....throughout the complex the neighbors are pretty much friendly and respectful. 😊👍

    The Maintenance man Mr. Guerrera with Portside Villas in Ingleside was very helpful. My dishwasher was holding water and not draining. I made a maintenance call to the office and it was taken care of the same day. Mr. Guerrera called me to insure a good time and if I had any pets. He was able to go in and complete the job. Once I got home everything was fixed.
