    Plaza square hands down best place i stayed at. Management was great, maintainence was always on top of everything.I would say my only issue was my A/C not working here and there but they did fix it.Overall if I could stay here again I definitely would.

    We just moved here but we chose this place because of the other great reviews. We were not able to preview an apartment before moving here because we were moving from 3 hrs away. So I relied solely on their pictures of the apartment/complex and I have to say for the most part it was accurate. So heres our issue at the moment.Were having some urine odors and when I brought it up to management they were/are very understanding and theyre doing theyre best to remedy the situation. Which is all we can ask for. Everyone in the office seem to really care about their tenants and reply to all communication in a timely manner. Theyve been nothing but great to us. Some of the move in process was a bit of a headache but it all worked out in time for us to move in. When we moved in our apartment looked great, some minor things were wrong but Im sure everything will get taken care of. Erica has been a life saver for us, shes so great! Overall 8/10 would recommend!

    I loved living here! I lived here for 6 years. The only reason I moved was due to the rent going up every year. I was told when I moved in that it wouldnt go up & yeah it did. The only year it didnt was the year that COVID came & they werent allowed to. It went up another $100 if I was to do a 12 month lease. Thats ridiculous for a one bedroom apartment! I could afford it but by next year when they go up on rent again I wouldnt be able to so I chose to go ahead & move. I found multiple places here that will not go up in rent & I know this cause of the friends I have that have lived in these places for years & their rent has never gone up. I understand that prices go up but this is ridiculous! & Its not right to treat good tenants this way! However the staff there are amazing & very helpful! They cant help what the people above them do! The staff are amazing! Even though the higher-ups raise the rent every year this is still an awesome place to live if youre not looking for a forever home.

    Ive lived here for a little over two years and I can say that its a great place to live! I love that they have a dog park! its perfect for my dogs. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. If you have any issues or concerns, they are quick to help and make improvements when possible. The property and amenities are very well maintained.

    Maintenance is very polite and efficient. Notices are easy to read and clear to the point. The grounds stay pretty clean. The few times Ive interacted with the staff,they are always pleasant. Not much has changed from my initial statement

    I lived at plaza square for about 5 years, and I must say I was a really great place to live. The staff is super friendly and helpful with what ever you need. 2 beautiful pool areas, 2 laundry rooms, and 2 dog parks for our furry friends. If your looking for a nice, affordable place to live plaza square will not let you down.

    I LOVE living here! For it being my very first apartment, I could not have chose a better place. Staff is super friendly and helpful, maintenance always fixes things as fast as they can, and the huge plus is how pet friendly they are! We have a pit bull, and I love that there are no breed or weight restrictions. Definitely recommend!!

    Since my last post this complex has greatly improved in all areas of concern. There are some things i still have concern about however, overall this is a complex that does their best to serve those who reside there. It was pleasant being here.

    I would recommend Plaza Square if you have taken a detailed tour and still like the property...Property - Convenient parking for units in the middle of the property is difficult. Ingress and egress off Sunset drive is difficult as well. The Interior on my 1b1b was stylistically dated but structurally adaquate. Asbestos notice is given with lease do to the propertys age. There are 2 on site laundry facilities and 2 pools were nice amenities. For the rent price, the property is good.Management - Personally, I never had any problems with management. Office staff and maintenance were professional, fairly prompt, and never rude.Neighborhood - For those unfamiliar with this area, the college hills neighborhood is respected, centrally located, and moderately safe. Keep in mind that the major streets next to Plaza Square will flood with heavy rain. (Problematic about 15 days annually).

    Plaza square apartment was a great place to live at. I stayed here for about 8 months (the only reason I moved out was because I got a job offer in a different city). The neighborhood is quiet. Everyone who work at the office were nice and helpful. The only thing negative was every time I would come back to my apartment it would smell like cigarettes and I don’t smoke.

    So far my experience been really good. My request for maintenance was very timely and was done well. Staff has been friendly and only had a couple minor repairs needed when I moved it, I have had no issues so far.

    We moved from Houston to San Angelo and staying in plaza square has been an awesome moment for me and my family. And their services is the best,also have my favorite Valerie cuz she’s always happy to help us with whatever we needed at that time(she’s so wonderful)and to all other management of the apartment the manager and assistant we love you. I recommend Plaza Square apartment San Angelo it’s d bless place to be.😍💕💕❤️❤️

    Great people , friendly staff, always serving you with a smile. Have nice little get together in the office for residents to come to around a holiday. Really nice apartments for what u pay for, i would recommend these to anyone.

    I spent days apartment hunting. At the end of it I chose plaza square and the experience with them has been outstanding, great and friendly staff, along with amazing rooms. The community is welcoming and they are perfectly placed within San Angelo where everything’s only a few minutes away. Hopefully this helps make your decision

    Love Plaza Square! They love all their tenants and it shows. They always do appreciation days and even national fun days, like Taco day. On taco day they gave out tacos for everyone. The staff is all so nice and professional. Any issue is taken care of immediately. And they are always finding ways to improve. No complaints.#plazasquareapartments

    I have lived here for 4 years and hands down they are the best apartments in San Angelo. For the first 3 years here i didnt have a car, and due to location am within walking distance to resteraunts, UPS store, Planet Fitness, Celebration Church, Market Street, CVS and many other stores. Maintainance Requests are taken care of right away, emails are sent if I have packages or other issues that I need to know about. The Office Staff is top of the line, and will assist you with anything you may need. The apartments themselves are well maintained and as a bonus the carpets are cleaned for free when signing a new lease.

    I love these apartments! I have a one bedroom with my husband. The staff is very attentive to the residents. Ive had a few problems but maintenance was here the day I called and had it fixed. Parking is only bad if you try to park after 10pm.

    Loved living there the staff was great. My only complaint was that our air conditioner was not working when we moved in and it took a couple months to get it completely fixed!

    First complex I have lived in and I have enjoyed every bit of it, the staff is always helpful and is always there when you have any problems or concerns. They are always willing to work with you and have made my experience worth the time being. I am still living here and plan on doing so for a while, I definitely recommend this complex for anyone who is looking!

    I highly recommend plaza square! Valerie is awesome and made my apartment search and leasing super easy and stress free. She accommodated all my needs when it came to finding an apartment and are pretty reasonably priced. If your on the market for an apartment go see Valerie at plaza square.

    This is the best complex to live at in San Angelo, they work with you and make you feel at home with their amazing staff. They’re prompt on fixing issues within 24 hours and they’re always having fun parties in the office for all the residents, it’s a really great place to bring your family to.
