My family and I recently moved out of Plantation West after 4 years. If they had 3 bedroom units there’s no doubt that we would have stayed longer. Nancy and Jimmy are amazing people! Very professional and kind. They are very easy to reach and you will always find them in the office. The landscaping and cleanliness of the apartments are very well maintained. I constantly saw maintenance picking up trash and cleaning up the dumpster area. We only had a roach infestation once for a small period of time , pest control was called and the issue was resolved. Overall, we are going to miss this great community and we wish them the absolute best!

This is a great family-friendly community right around the corner from Hurst Hill Elementary. The Hurst police department keeps everyone feeling safe and secure. There is limitless parking with no predatory towing. The staff is always present during posted hours and quickly respond to any inquiries. Administrators, Nancy & Jimmy, are very friendly and put maximum effort in communicating any messages regarding the neighborhood effectively. The maintenance staff, Roberto & Eric, are very respectful of individuals needs (pets, children, disabilities) and super professional in their work. I have enjoyed my experience here more than any other apartment before. It takes a team and a lot of work to build a community, and we have one here where you can get to know your neighbors. High regards and recommendations for Plantation West!

I have lived here going on six years. Whenever my lease was up and I needed to upgrade for space I always chose to stay here. What some of the tenants are saying is true. We have had a change in staff at least 3 times since I’ve been here which is not bad because most complex change staff every three months. I only remember one management staff not being good at all and they were here for 30 days. The previous management staff was great and friendly. I have found that this management staff is kind and helpful as well. There are things that have been delayed in repair and this started after the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic things were repaired in a very timely manner. Many people know of shortages in food items at restaurants and in grocery stores. The management team explained the situation and the problem was solved. Thank you for getting me a new ice maker. I really appreciate it.

I absolutely loved living in the Plantation West community! Everything about staying there was amazing! Any maintenance issues were handled asap, and the community is kept up! I lived in the townhouse and the apartments are updated, wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs! If I werent moving out of state Id definitely still be there, lived there for over a year and was super sad to leave! Go to the office get a tour and youll absolutely love it!!

Will and Lenora are fantastic. They both took time to get to know me as an individual. They addressed all my questions and concerns. The unit I was shown was fully updated to perfection with new carpet throughout, fresh paint, and new appliances. It was pristine. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a very well-maintained property with high-quality, professional staff.

Overall Great place to stay. I have lived there for 4 years. Moving only to be closer to work in Dallas. Will and Lenora are wonderful people who try their best to work with you. Community feel, kid friendly, neighborhood safe. Apartments themselves are being renovated nicely and they have a variety of different floorplans some with yard space. Hope this helps!

I just wanna share this,Ive lived here four years,& Im so happy being here,good location good neighbors, & the management from the office personnel to the maintenance men,always there and ready to help or fix whatever is needed to be done,in a fast timely manner no problem, & it doesnt matter if its day or night time they r there for you. So I have no problem giving them five stars there well worth it....to me they have earned there stars 🤗 thank you so much.Merry Christmas

This review is more about the person that gave me a tour than it is the complex itself. I toured these apartments about a week ago with Will. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed me exactly the unit I asked about. I had 2 options, a house and the apartment. I chose the house because I wanted a garage and more storage. However if you do go tour ask for Will. He is super nice and will answer any questions you have.

I recently chose Plantation West as my new home. Will was so pleasant when I first inquired 2 months ago. He did not have anything available and gave me a time frame to call back. I waited and continued my search. I called Will back and he had a unit come available. Will and leonra was so awesome. They helped me through the process and kept me informed. I love the location and I love my apartment. Thank you guys again! Nice units and quiet at night. I am glad I chooe this as my home. Thank you!

Thank you so much to Nancy (manager) for the great support and availability of time, from day one she was always looking out for us with kindness, availability and charisma, we are very happy to live here. I thank you for everything you did for us for the great help as a manager and person, I give you more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it is a great quality of human being, thank you for the speed in which you took our requests also to the maintenance department for leaving the apartment in very good condition and extremely fast. If you are thinking of living here, I absolutely recommend it. You will be very happy, just like my family and I.
