The staff are great. They do their best to fix everything that they are permitted to fix. The rent is not great but not too bad. I am on a fixed income and over 60. But it is an older apartment. The apartment needs a new roof. The exterior doors are hollow and need to be replaced with solid doors. My windows do not have screens and are drafty. But if everything was fixed then the rent would go up and I could not afford to live here. This is an honest review.

Living here is so nice the area is quiet and neighbors are nice. My unit is nice but most of all Ms. Jenny is the best she is always concerned about her tenants and is a great listener. Maintenance is great always available to fix any problem GO NIX! I love living here with them

Older apartments that experience issues with the age. Communication with property manager Jenny is easy and clear. Maintenance is run about as well as it could be with one person overseeing maintenance. I never experienced any prolonged or dangerous maintenance issue not being repaired quickly. Overall it is a solid property to rent from with a fair market price, just understand the apartments are older. Never felt pressured to sign a lease or sign anything I was not aware of or didn’t understand. This property would greatly benefit from owners investing into updates.

Honestly, I signed a one year lease here and I had no issues or complaints. The staff and landlord were all very friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves were definitely older, but very well maintained and taken care of. The maintenance workers were also very quick and responsive to any issue, big or small, that came up. Overall, great place to live if youre ok with dated, but well taken care of units and staff that are willing to do whatever it takes to make their tenants happy.

Very clean apartments in a quiet neighborhood. Awesome maintenance team! They answer all my request for maintenance fast and the manager here does an amazing job communicating with residents. Definitely give them a 5 star!

I have lived here for about three weeks and so far it has been a great place to live. Maintenance has helped me fix a few things and Jenny has helped with anything I have needed with very little wait or response time.

This place is FANTASTIC! The rent is affordable and the staff are on top of everything that needs done. I enjoyed coming in to pay my rent because I got a chance to talk with everyone in a comfortable setting. Loved it!

This is the best apartment i have ever lived in i have lived here about 1 1/2 years and me and my family loves it here i dont think we could have picked anything better. It is also pretty cheap

Simply the nicest , cleanest apartments in Plainview, grounds are always clean , any issues are resolved very quickly and Jenny in the office is easily the best Manager this property has ever had , always friendly and willing to listen and assist us ,,Highly recommend checking this place out!
