    Such a cute place! I loved watching the BEAUTIFUL sunset by the bay—it was absolutely breathtaking! The pool area feels like a luxury resort, complete with cabanas and that stunning bay view, which I just couldn’t get enough of. The BBQ grill area is a great touch, especially with the drop-down projection screens for outdoor movies—such a fun and unique feature! The clubhouse is spacious with a full kitchen, making it perfect for hosting gatherings. I also appreciate the little details, like the kayak launch station, kayak racks, and boat garages. This place is truly a treasure!

    I’ve had a fantastic experience at Pirates Landing Apartments in Seabrook! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and always eager to help. The leasing and maintenance teams are responsive and truly care about the residents.The community itself is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and plenty of amenities to enjoy. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the fitness center is a great convenience.     I had a wonderful experience touring apartments with Isabella. She showed me a beautiful property with an amazing water view and made the process easy and enjoyable. Isabella was very helpful, answering all my questions and providing clear information about the apartments and amenities. Her positive attitude and excellent client service stood out, making the tour a pleasant experience. Highly recommend working with her!

    Overall, I enjoy living here. I’ve lived here about a year and just re-signed my lease. I live here with my girlfriend in a two bedroom two bath and we got a third story ocean view. I highly recommend an ocean view. The office staff is great. Normally we deal with Brittany and Chelsea. Maintenance is very prompt and efficient and normally arrive same day or next day. I would definitely recommend getting a tour if you’re looking for a place.

    Update 09/29/24The pool which is one of my favorite places has finally been maintained properly for the last few months. The new grounds amenities are looking beautiful. I have always loved my apartment for the nine years here now I love the outside too. Thank you for the upgrades to the property.

    The inviting atmosphere and picturesque surroundings make this place truly special. Isabella did an excellent job showing me around the property. I was very impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. She provided a great overview, and I got an excellent impression of the area. Overall, I was very pleased.

    I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.     We have lived here for 6 years now, started in a 1 bedroom and upgraded to a 2 bedroom! Been through several staff/maintenance changes, Brittney and current staff is very helpful and it has been overall the best complex I have lived in, in Seabrook!

    Went on a tour with Kyra and she was awesome! Great energy and was helpful answering any questions I had.She took me to see the newly renovated clubhouse and the fishing pier. They also just installed a kayak drop which is a great plus!

    Pirates Landing is a beautiful property with an AMAZING view of the water!!! Brittany has ALWAYS been very helpful and really goes above and beyond. She really does care about the property and the residents. I will recommend anyone to ask for Brittany when they come to Pirates Landing! The maintenance staff is also great and quick to respond to any issues. They really get the job done. The property is very clean and well kept. The staff really does a great job!!!!

    All new renovations make it so amazing. The pool overlooks the lake so during the summers you have a perfect view of the kemah fireworks! Granite counter tops, wood flooring, and there’s even kayak storage!! Nothing beats the views this property has honestly and the prices

    Love this place me and the wife moved in about 3 months ago verry quiet place.We love the new trails/volleyball court that was added recently, and if we ever have any problems they are handled relatively swiftly thx to the amazing office staff especially Amarissa she is always going above and beyond for us .

    My mom lives here and she absolutely loves it ! She has been here over a year now. If she needs help with things and Brittney and Chelsea always willing to help and also contact me when needed. The pool is wonderful and her favorite part and she loves the community friendly feel of all the residents. When maintenance is needed it is done. Wonderful views of the lake and great place to live.

    I moved to Pirates Landing because its an amazing waterfront property conveniently located in safe quite community just 30 minutes from downtown Houston or beaches of Galveston. Its convenient location also provides local entertainment, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Property is well kept, safe, pet friendly, has many amenities for residents, and of course waterfront view. Apartment is clean, freshly renovated with all new appliances, paint - love the color, laminate hardwood floors, cabinets, counter tops, and blinds. Assigned covered parking is available for small monthly fee, but I highly recommend.Brittany goes above and beyond making you feel welcomed, choosing the right floor plan, and most importantly you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. She cares for residents of Pirates Landing and everyone in the community speaks highly of her. She answered all my annoying questions, and worked hard to accommodate all my needs.

    Chelsea and Britney do such a phenomenal job running the front office and in assisting you to the best that they can. They always have a positive attitude, no matter what the circumstances may be. They thrive to achieve excellent quality service. It’s because of these gals we plan to renew our lease. Love our apartment and the beautiful view. 100% better from the previous place we moved from!

    Let me start by saying that Brittney is amazing!!!! I had been shopping around for just the right apartment for a while now. I came in here and she just glowed. She answered every question I had. (Which seem to be a lot for others) She told me about each apartment I was looking at renting. When none of those worked she found the exact one on her property. That is the kind of service so many other complexes lack. I was able to do everything online and that helped with my schedule. I was able to move in that week. Had a few things that needed to get done in the apartment and she was right on it!!! I couldnt ask for better service!!!! If I could give just her 10 stars I would. Beaufort view of the lake. Couldnt be a happier tenant.

    I purely just loved the welcoming feeling you get from management. Now, ive toured these apartments before I decided to move in. Our friend and current resident Myna, gave us a tour of the apartment and I was just in sheer awe. The apartment was just kept so clean and everything about the apartment just felt and smelled like home. The lady we spoke to about the apartment is so polite and respectful towards potential residents. She went by Ruth and we just loved her hospitality and care for us. She provided us with everything we needed to know starting from amenities, the community, and especially the apartment floor plans. We appreciate the welcoming feeling and pure idolized hospitality.

    I would like to thank God for Brittany! I will be moving to this area next month but I had a few issues. I explained my situation to her and from day one she fought for me to get everything squared away. Not only is this property in the perfect location,its beautiful and the staff is excellent. I cant thank her enough so I will start by bringing them lunch when I make it down there. Thanks again to Brittany and the Pirates Landing leasing staff! Yall deserve a raise. Im truly blessed and grateful for this opportunity. 🙏

    I moved into this complex in 2018 into a 1 bedroom. Then last year I moved into the 2 bedrooms with partial water view. Ive never really had a problem with the apartments and only had to call maintenance once for something small. Never seen a bug at all. Old apartment staff was great and the new apartment staff is even better! Always been treated great by the staff here. They are awesome! For the square footage and the price, you really cant beat the deal here!

The maintenance guys are all competent in their work, and last but not the least the property is well-kept, beautifully green and clean.     I love living here. I have been here 14 months and will be renewing my lease. All the staff at the office are friendly, and very helpful. Since the new staff has come aboard there has been much improvement to our property. Maintenance is also much faster.

    Overall very good experience. Lots of improvements made since I moved in 13 years ago. Maintenance has been excellent. No complex in the area is kept up with like Pirates Landing. Good place to live.

    I am on my 3rd lease at Pirates Landing, I enjoy living here. The management staff are pretty great. It is an older, updated property but the rent is very reasonable for the location and views. The apartments are large and kept up fairly well. My first apartment in the 11 building was a struggle due to not being able to get rid of the roaches. I moved to a waterview unit and did not have any roach issues or any other issues in this unit, building 10. I would suggest paying for a parking spot. I feel the gym could use more equipment and a fenced in dog area would be great!!

    I have been living here since September and have been blown away of how nice the place is and the management. If you need help with anything they are always on top of it and willing to help. The new management have definitely made this place a lot more enjoyable with updating a lot of the units and getting problems fixed fast. Just signed on for another year to live at pirates and couldn’t be happier.

    I love this place. I have been living here for 6 months now in a one bedroom. I have had no experience with roaches or spiders. They have a routine extermination in place. My apartment has been exterminated once so far. The buildings are on continous rotation. My appliances are old. For $100 extra a month, I cant get all new black appliances and wood floors and new cabinets with granite counter tops in kitchen and bathroom. No, thank you. I will pass. I am too cheap for that. Parking spots are limited. It is best to pay for a spot. I pay for mine. I dont want to park along the curb or far from my building if I get in really late. I love the lake view. Nice quiet community. I will be here until I buy a condo on the lake.

    I really love this place! After moving from a bad area, I feel safe walking to my car at night which is such a plus for me. The staff here is very kind, and got everything done quickly with my move-in 4-5 months ago. I love that I can walk to cabo, and walk right back home and not have to drive. The only down side is the parking.. I wish we had parking passes. I have to park by the office and lately that is full and Im having to search 30 min for a parking space. I also believe the gym could use some more equipment. Other than that, this place is amazing!!

    I have only been at Pirates Landing for 2 weeks. My apartment is beautiful and I love my lake view! I had some a/c issues the first week but Maintenance has COMPLETELY taken care of everything. I love the staff and I love my apartment. My son and I will call Pirates Landing home for a VERY long time! We are so happy!!!

    David, the new maintenance guy, did a great job fixing our stove. He was the fourth person to look at it and had it figured out within 15 minutes. Even showed up with a replacement ac filter at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon. I hope management realizes what an asset he is and compensates him well because his talents are definitely needed on this 35 year old property.

    5-Star Rating to your staff-David & JulieWe would like to give a personal and professional SHOUT OUT to two of the many helpful people here at Pirates Landing.That would be David and Julie who created the perfect synergy of Admin and Maintenance to resolve a serious issue without getting into the details, we developed a hole in the ceiling of a bathroom that we thought would take days or even several ....yet, even in the way of short notice and to our pleasant surprise, Julie and Davids team work and skill sets and efforts.. Quickly resolved everything with a 5-STAR RATING.Our situation was addressed immediately with Julie as in-house and follow up etc. and David doing his job exceptionally well, which was paramount in helping to make the best of an unfortunate circumstance.Our HATS OFF--to the whole staff.We thank you for your services and professionalism.

    This is the best place Ive ever lived in my life. Ive lived in a ton of apartments, Ive never seen a community like this that pulls together, the view from the pool to the lake is astonishing, management is the most helpful Ive ever seen in my life and the price is more than fair and maintenance staff top notch and dedicated.
