Me and my husband were warmly greeted as soon as we entered the leasing office. Maribel helped us out and she was excellent in so many ways! Shes professional yet funny and makes you feel like youre wanted there. We got there close to closing hours and she still attended us, gave us a tour while still showing so much energy and enthusiasm. She really was great and made a great first impression.

I have had a wonderful experience coming for information at Pinnacle Ridge. The staff, especially the office leasing agent Maribel , is incredibly friendly and responsive to any Questions I had about this beautiful property, when I came in I was looking around to see how the property looks and all the grounds looked clean! And not to mention their office is overall beautiful from inside and out 🤩That’s was a plus for me ☺️, and the pool area looked like great place to relax on hot days. The location is perfect for me, close to both work and public transportation. I’m highly excited to move in soon to this beautiful complex 😃 thank you Maribel for answering all my questions!

What a treat to live an apartment complex for a year and a half and have such a supportive and responsive staff. Whenever weve had any issues whether related to trash pickup, valet, or any maintenance issues, the staff has made it a priority to provide us with the necessary information and take care of the problems.We love the quiet community and the lovely landscaping too!

Ruth has been amazing during the move in process! She has been so helpful and informative with everything. She’s been so nice and pleasant through the whole process. Has answered all my questions during the process and has been a great help with walking me through everything. The area is very nice and near lots of stores and restaurants. Great looking apartments for good prices!! So far the staff has been nothing but helpful and quick with answering right away! I did bring up the reviews regarding car break ins and was informed it was due to the front gate not working for a few days. That was my only concern. Everything else seems to be amazing!

Went here today and toured. Did not have to wait for someone to assist me with information or tour. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and approached. That immediately made me happy, the rep Lindsey, ask me what I was looking for in a home and listened to all of my concerns and answered all my question and made the experience so easy. We toured a 1 bedroom and she didn’t try to “sell” it like agents usually do. She cared about my opinion. We then looked at one more floor plan and went back to talk paperwork. I ended up signing and now have a new home that I feel comfortable in! Thank you Lindsey! You are the best!

I just moved in on the 8th an the process was very fast. The staff is very professional and caring! Trent and Robert has assisted me with everything! The best management I’ve ran across since I’ve been old enough to get apartments. Maintenance is quick I made a call and 5mins later they was at my door. I’m so in love with my apartment and they made this experience the best one thus far. The full staff is here for any needs and they are super friendly with kids I felt at home right away couldn’t ask for a better team!! You guys are nothing short of amazing! Anyone who is looking into these apartments I highly recommend it. Thank you guys for my surprise gift that was inside my apartment that was a first no apartments have ever shown that amount of love!

Ive been here since August of 2019 and I absolutely love it! Beginning with the neighbors to management and the maintenance team. Everyone that works on this property is friendly and more than willing to meet the needs of the renters. This community is welcoming and I recommend to anyone thats big on customer service to live here! Trent is great to work with so ask for him. Also the community is watched by DPD nightly and a few emergency workers live in this community so I feel extremely safe. Did I mention that I love it here?!!

The office staff and maintenance crew are great as well. Tamika have done a great job helping me whenever I have any questions or need assistance. I recommend Pinnacle Ridge Apartments, its the best in the area hands down!

I have lived in these apartments for about a year and four months now. I can say from moving in, I’ve seen improvements from the leasing office staff from when I first moved in here. The previous staff was really not accommodating to many needs of the residents, but since management has changed the office has been a lot better Robert and Trent are great in the office and very accommodating and helping with everything that you need. Also when I first moved in the parking was a really really bad issue, my solution was to get a carport which helped out a lot, after a certain time parking is still a little bit hard but that just comes with apartment living.Some things that I really love about this apartment complex is it is very convenient to everywhere in the DFW, our maintenance staff is really really good with handling all your maintenance request in a very timely manner (maintenance staff is also very nice), the office personnel is very nice towards me every time I come into the office, our gym has all the necessities that you need for a good work out, I wish our bathrooms were open 24 hours but that’s the only con there. Also I’m always getting deliveries and I very rarely have an issue with deliveries as they get sent to the office and then they notify you when your delivery is there if the service provider does drop it off there. Very clean property as well.My only cons with the property is with me being here for a year and a half our valet trash is not the best they don’t always come or just take the trash, that has been pretty consistent, that’s minor for me and my needs though.All In all, I like my apartment complex and I have had very very little issues living here. When it is time for me to move out I just pray I don’t have the departing/deposit issues that are presented across pass reviews as I’ve never had an issue with such before.Thanks Pinnacle Ridge Apartment’s.

I’m happy to have chosen to live here at Pinnacle Ridge. I have some of the best views of downtown Dallas skyline. Plus all the shopping centers are less than a mile away! Everything is very conveniently located. The new management is certainly doing a better job than the last. Although I believe management called the city on me because of my semi truck being in property for a few hours at a time. also they could use or update their night lighting overall, which would create a safer environment.

My wife and I moved to Pinnacle Ridge Apartment Homes in September, 2016. We love it here. We live on a hilltop and from the patio of our cozy apartment we have a great view of the Downtown Dallas skyline, six miles east.The landscaping throughout the complex is superb and well cared for. When I take the dogs out for our one mile walk, it’s like strolling through a beautiful park. We love it here. It’s very peaceful.The staff is wonderful. They are very professional and responsive. Whether the maintenance crew is fixing a clogged drain in the kitchen, or management is arranging for pothole repairs in the parking lot, you can tell the entire staff really cares.I’d like to give a shoutout to Maura, our new community director. She’s been on the job for only two or three months but she’s made a big impression and proven impactful. What I especially like about Maura is that she’s a fighter.You see, my wife is handicapped and we are having issues over unauthorized use of designated parking spots. When my wife explained the situation to Maura, we were awestruck by her reaction. She grabbed that issue with a passion and said she’d take care of it right away. The way she said it made me think of a mama bear protecting her cubs. My wife and I were most impressed and very relieved to know we are in such good hands, especially with the great team she has backing her up.I’m 68 and I can see living here for the rest of my days.

Overall I love these apartments. They are very nice and the grounds are kept up well. Daisy is awesome! Ive recently had some issues with my plumbing where every time I turn on the water in the bathroom there is a stench (similar to sewage) coming from the sink. I have placed about four work orders and they finally decided to send out a plumber. The issue still wasnt really resolved. Also parking sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was towed twice withing 3 months of working there!!! Once for being too much on the white line which I only did because the car next to me was also parked on the line and so on and so forth. The spots are so small!!!! Only a fiat could fit comfortably. But overall they are a good place to live

Although I havent applied yet this community is nice, apartments were spacious and clean. Smell was refreshing, and I LITERALLY heard no noise the entire time I was there. So I give them a 5 star. For cleanliness, customer service, quality, and appearance and especially to TRENT for going above and beyond!

He made my experience here GREAT, from the 1st day of a tour til the move in date Trent was there and READY! I’ve lived here for 3 yrs, at least three diff management teams so far, but Robert and his team are setting the example. I personally appreciate the help and support from the maintenance team Juan is awesome. I haven’t had issues with any of my two units, however I would recommend a better parking system maybe assigned by buildings/area.... night time is a nightmare to park. Other than that I highly recommend the complex. Great location, easy access to everything.

Good morning guys,On May14,2021 I just recently moved here. I have to give Stephanie 5 stars ⭐️ She’s the best, when it came down to answer all my question, also she guide me on what to do step-by-step just to move in, they made me feel comfortable also the apartments are very nice. I’m 46 and never Lived in an apartment complex and I will tell you it’s nice and cozy, and the people are nice. The only thing that I Dislike are the 2 pot hole that are on the street, I actually took the time to post a review which I never do, thanks for making everything easy👍

I really enjoy living at this apartment community. The management and maintenance staff are so responsive to any questions or problems you may have. The landscaping of mature trees provides lots of shade and is unusual in an apartment complex of this size. I would recommend Pinnacle Ridge to anyone looking for a quiet, steady place to live.

It’s always tough moving from a house to a complex. There’s always a learning curve to adjust to. Upon moving in my vehicle was towed two times. I suggest anyone that plans to move here get a covered space or garage. With that said, I was fortunate to have Stephanie as a leasing agent and assist us with those resolving those headaches. She is great asset to this community.

I’ve been living here for 6 months and the new management is great, always tend to your needs at a drop of a dimeStaff is very friendly and very dog friendly.. renovated apartments are really nice and new office is very modern!! No bug problems at all and I live next to the brush scenery!! Please ask for Daisy Ortiz she is great and will help with you with anything!!! She’s the best!!

Their community is the nicest in the area! Plus its the only one on a hill. I really enjoy the gym & scenery of the exterior here. The office staff is always nice and helpful when I need something.

I want to share my experience living at pinnacle ridge apartments I’ve lived here for about three years with my family and I just move to another bigger unit I have seen a big difference having the new management team, Robert been the leader is bringing lot of experience and expertise to the table, this management team is easy to work with either by emails or by direct line, they made a Lot of changes in reference to update inside unit and Maintaining the property in and out.I had an option to chose to move out when my lease ended but I decided to stay and go a three bedroom unit the price is reasonable and always have specials going on for everyone, this area is close to everything, downtown 10 mins, shops, restaurants and super markets around. I couldn’t resist to Sign in for another year.For anyone who Is looking to move to this complex I will highly recommend it.

I’ve recently moved in and Trent was very helpful and always went the extra mile rather we spoke over the phone or I came in the office literally went out of his way to find me the perfect apartment & details within the interior that I requested I was very picky lol but his patience made my decision very easy. I absolutely love my apartment for me & my daughter and not only Trent but the entire office staff is always nice.

Good people in the office. The housing is relatively new so I dont really see any bug problems like roaches and such. Parking is the worst- if you wanna have a party... Visitor parking is scarce. Also, if you like fast internet look elsewhere. DSL for back half of the complex, the front half have cable options. They negate to tell you this at signing of course. I still enjoyed the place overall though. Would recommend it for friends.

I’ve lived here for a while. The neighbors are nice for the most part, it’s clean. Close to downtown. Maintenance is always quick and friendly. Stephanie in the office is always friendly and willing to help. Anytime I’ve had a problem she’s went out of her way to fix things.

So far my best experience living in apartments is here, Already had been living in several other complex but nothing compared to this place, was living here first time 5 years ago and move out because work but a soon I came back to Dallas area returned to live here, is a very quiet and friendly community to live, they have controlled access gate and roads and green areas are always clean, office assistants and maintenance guys are very friendly and fast response for issues , their assistants always smiling and willing to help to the residents, the assistant manager Daisy is very understanding and gives a very professional and kind costumer service, she always is in a good humor as rest of team office, I love that they loan movies cause Im a movie lover!I like the easy acces to Anyplace I want go like Downtown Dallas or Cowboys Stadium in Arlington is only 10 mins driving both just have to choose left or right accessing I-30W depending on my mood :)I have Super Markets and restaurants just 2 mins driving, even I can go walking n less than 5 mins, everything is so easy living around of all this big stores and restaurants that I have everything I have in a Radio of 5 mins without had to go so far :) IIn general really nice place to make home , I highly recommend this place to live.
