    I was greeted by Zuly who was such an inspiration and very detailed in providing me with the information I needed about their community. Although, I didnt get approved, she showed sincere concern and encouraged me to keep going! I definitely recommend this community to 55+ people looking for a safe, clean and quiet place to call home.

    Elizabeth was extremely kind, professional, and able to answer all questions we had about the apartments! She gave us a tour that really displayed how excellent the apartment and its amenities were. My mom ask her questions in regards to the property and maintenance and she explained everything so well with details. The pool and the property looked clean and well maintained.I ran into Victor who was at the time cleaning the pool and asked him questions in regards to urgent request on AC problems or other request and he was able to explain how everything works and they try their best to get it fixed urgently. My mom definitely looks forward into moving here.

    My experience at Pinnacle on Wilcrest was an amazing place. I walked in an Zuly welcomed me with a smile an a positive attitude. To the respect that I received from the assistant manager Elizabeth greeted me with a welcoming smile an was very informative regarding property matters. I also want to thank Michelle the property manager for a gift bag full of treats an a positive attitude. The team here is exceptionally wonderful. This is a highly recommended property.

    As residents of the Pinnacle for over 15 years, my wife and I feel very fortunate and blessed to live here. With the change in seasons, our AC needed an overall checkup. Both Victor and Supervisor Oscar looked over our AC both inside and outside and adjusted pressure and connections to maximum benefit. They both did a great 👍 job and we are ready for winter time thanks to these guys! Thank you Oscar and Victor!

    The property is well maintain, staff is very responsive and resourceful. Oscar (Maintenance Supervisor) and his crew members are always on top of everything and going above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. I highly recommend getting a tour of the property.

    Walking into this establishment with my grandfather our first impression was everything and we owe that special thanks to Ms. Latoya Thorns. From the moment we stepped one door into the leasing office she greeted us and made us feel right at home. She catered to us so we didn’t have to sit around and wait, she allowed us to ask a range of questions and she answered every single question. Her personal Ora made my grandfather feel so comfortable he started to speak for himself. Ms.Thorns really did a great job without her helping hand I’m not sure if that comfort be there she just made us feel so at home l am beyond thankful for her service. Ms. Thorns was customer service skills was through the roof and I thank her for the experience.

    Thanks to God for answering my prayers for guidance. Since moving into Pinnacle of Wilcrest two years ago and counting so far so good living here. For the most Ive had no major complaints..Office staff is very helpful, respectful, and professional whenever I have a concern.Ms Michelle (manager) and Ms Elizabeth (assistant manager) are awesome to have as a management team.They care about the residents welfare showing concern. For the residents enjoyment each month calendars with weekly activities are sent out. Maintenance (Oscar lead maintenance) team is on point with my work orders. Cant leave out Ms Lytavia the front desk secretary. Shes just as sweet with a beautiful smile to greet you. My review is sincere and true because I live here. I can only speak on what I see not what I heard. You pay for what you get. Apartment living will always have its pros and cons. A word from the wise I have six months to mind my own business and six months to stay out of other folks business. 😳😊

    I am a resident at the Pinnacle on Wilcrest and I have been very pleased and privileged to live here. The staff is impeccable. Mr.Marquis.Mc.Carter is a GOD send he has helped in many ways including getting financial assistance for my utilities as well as many other things, hes always there to help with problems we may have and is always very nice and friendly. He deserves to be recognized and appreciated. I love this young man he is excellent at his job.

    I spoke to a very lovely young lady on the phone named Lytavia. I had a litany of questions for her, and she patiently let me ask all of them, and she efficiently answered everyone of them. after we finished talking, and we discovered that I probably did not qualify to live there, she gave me options. Those options were really helpful, and she emailed me a waiting list just in case things changed. She was very friendly, and extremely outgoing. If the phone staff is like that, then I can only imagine just how pleasant it is to live there. Thank you so much, lovely young lady!

    I love the community that I àm living in. To the unit, the outside upkeep also to the staff. This property has its issues like every property but the staff handles everything in a timely manner. Lytavia the leasing consultant is great she provides great customer service an a wonderful person to talk to. The two women that work in the back are awesome they stay having me laugh an just being happy with the energy. Elizabeth and Michelle u guys are wonderful thanks for all of your help.

    I went to see an apartment today with my mom. I never had anyone to be so helpful before. The manager helped us and she was so friendly. Although my mom income was not enough, Michelle called around to other senior complexes that was cheaper in order to help. She shared a list of companies that help the elderly with rent and light bill. Not only that she invited us to come back to a food bank her complex is hosting in February. Everyone in the office was busy but just as nice. I would feel so good if my mom could afford to live there. We are going to do all we can to make this happen. I loved this place, everything looked so nice. A beautiful complex, especially the pool!!

    GRATITUDE WHERE IT WAS DUE:Given that we forgot to thank Mr. Marquis during our second visit on Friday 18th August 2023 to Pinnacle on Wilcrest, we deemed it necessary to accord him our heartfelt gratitude for his extraordinary service toward my wife and me during our very first visit in March 2023. Consequently, it was on that note that I called the main office line today 21st August 2023 for that singular purpose. To my astonishment, I am told that Mr.Marquis is no longer with them which truly shocked me to my cord. Even though we were pleasantly attended to by Ms. Michelle Myr on Friday, it is pertinent to commend the sterling efforts of Mr. Marquis to the extent that Ms.Michelle Myr instantly remembered everything about us in her memory. Kudos to her and Mr. Marquis who was simply marvelous in his mental approach coupled with his sagaciousness, remarkable humility, tenderness, reciprocal respect, and patience in his service to humanity and above all, fear of God. He treated us like we have known him for a long time and particularly in making us feel at home.I am not sure if he is being transferred to another branch whatsoever but Mr. Marquis will remain an asset to the company with enormous potential for the future. There is something about him that is very special. I pray that God will continue to endow him with the wherewithal in his endeavors. My warm regards to a very delightful man.More grease to his elbow !!

    I had been searching for an apartment for my mom and thankfully they had one open! Veronica was beyond helpful, informative, and patient with me, my mom, and the process. She continued to reassure me of my mom’s safety. It was pleasant to see her interact with a couple of the residents it showed how much she cares and builds a rapport with the residents. It means a lot, because you can see she’s passionate and it’s appreciated.

    I, Ni, moved here in 2006 when this complex was established. Michelle, the current manager at the Pinnacle on Wilcrest is the best manager Ive seen. She fixes many issues and makes it more appealing to the eye. Such as putting street lights, gardens, and rapidly responding to requests and complaints, very creative and people friendly.Leasing consultant Ly’Tavia here at the Pnnacle is very helpful, very kind hearted person. She is always helping and showing care to residents. She is willing to listen and give very good advices, very patient with the residents.

    The office staff is amazing ! My stay here before the new manager has not always been so great, to say the least. The new manager Mrs. Michelle, she cares and it shows. There hasn’t been any power washing done here since I moved in. Mrs. Michelle has done that and so much more since she’s been here. She gets stuff done. Every time I go to the offfice, the staff is always pleasant the office always smells so good. I surely hope she is here to stay because as long as she is here, I will be a resident.M.Brown

    An Active Living Community, I would let my Aunt live here. The apartments are spacious, patios to sit out on. The storage option is an extreme bonus. I recommend requesting the wood flooring it makes it look amazing. They have a pool & elevators. Only suggestion is paint & maintenance handled more often and faster.

    This is my second move to Pinnacle. I had a stroke and bypass surgery, so i went to stay with family. But now i am healthy and back in an apt. I really like all the ladies in the office and the maintenance staff is wonderful. I hv bn in other complexes but this is the best so far. Grounds are neat and clean and a great pool. I think my return to Pinnacle says it all.

    Over the weekend, one of the pipes in my bathroom broke loose and flooded the bathroom, hallway, dining room and bedrooms. The water quickly seeped into the carpet in the hallway and bedrooms. I called the emergency into the Pinnacle. Oscar and his team came immediately. They used the machine to vacuum the water up and went to work on the carpet and lining. I was very pleased with their work and the final results.
