In all honesty because that is what reviews are for. There are a lot of upgrades needed in these apartments especially for the amount of rent they charge. But Im here to tell you how great my Manager Christina is... She has been a sweetheart since the day she started working here. When I needed repairs she took good care of me. Parts took a long time but she always came through.I wont rate the apartment complex, but I give Christina a 10.

Ive lived at Pineview Terrace for 5 years. Its an awesome place to live, I never had any problems. Also the apartment manager Mrs. Christina is the best she gets the job done and a all around nice person.

Today I met Christina Stubbs and she was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve met so many property managers in the last month that were exhausting to deal with. She was a breath of fresh air. I would sincerely like to publicly thank her for all her hard work and effort.

I have lived in these apartment for three years and I am so glad that it is under new management (again). The new property manager, I feel bad because I didnt catch her name, is very sweet and dedicated. Shes just taken over the role of property manager here and shes already successfully picking up the pieces that the previous managers left behind. We dont get threatened with having our belongings thrown away or threatened to be evicted because we have an attitude. Again, I missed her name, but she stays on the phone and listens to concerns that you have and has officially opened the office up again instead of the residents having to make an appointment or talk through a window, like the old manager did. Im very excited to have a kind and understanding office manager now. Even the new maintenance man is kind and works fast and we dont have to wait weeks to have something replaced/fixed! I encourage everyone looking to move into this apartment complex to please ignore the previous reviews and give the office a call! Theyre working hard to get everything where it shouldve been all along! Give these apartments a chance, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and is next to some very good schools!

Mrs. Elsie at Pineview Terrace was so awesome and friendly. She help me with the entire process of filling out the application and put me into a apartment I love. The area is totally....... superb. Convenient to so much near and access to I-10. Mrs. Elsie makes me feel as family. Everytime we see each other, she always greets me. Its a family environment at Pineview. Great community.

I have been here for a year now and I must say the manager here Mrs Christina is awesome! She gets things done and she is all about her tenants she is one of the nicest caring managers I have ever had!

My family and I lived there from 2008 to 2016 living there we had a great time it was so much fun playing hide and go seek living in apartment was great and we had some of our best time

Property is very nice! Good place to live. Manager Ana and assistant Veronica are good people. Maintenance is excellent.

The truth is that it is a very nice and very safe place to live, and the staff there are very friendly, especially the morning lady Cristina and José.
