    Very clean and apartments are quiet! I’ve been here less than a month and made some new friends with the tenants. Ms. Angie is very nice and very helpful and I can see myself renewing my lease a couple times.

    Great apartments! Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I am late to absolutely everything (unfortunately) and Angela has literally waited last minute on me to make sure that I had everything I needed before moving in. Would definitely recommend!

    Ms. Angie was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help my mom get into an apartment the day after her application! She truly is an amazing person!I would like the add Ms. Angie creates community in the complex by having things such as Halloween decorating contests, friendly staff as well as residents, there’s also people of all ages in the complex, loving it so far!

    I want to start off by saying that the property manager Angie is amazing at her job. We come together as a community throughout the year to get to know your neighbors and we all have a good time. What I love about this place is if you have any issues they strive to correct it promptly.

    This is my second year with Pine Hollow and this has been the most peaceful experience when dealing with an apartment complex.Angie the manager really does work with you on things if you need it and does so many activities for the apartments. Jerry the maintenance man is super fast when you need him and is also polite.I have really enjoyed staying here and don’t have a reason to leave any time soon!

    First, I have to give my compliments to the apartment manager Angie. She is absolutely wonderful and such a nice person. She was so helpful with getting me approved and all setup with all the information I needed to be prepared for my move in date. Ive lived here 2 different times in the past, once in the early 90s and again in 2001. Angie is by far the best and coolest manager Ive ever met here. She is very friendly, professional and is really good at what she does. It honestly felt like I was talking with a friend that really cares and wants whats best for the residents here. I am very much looking forward to calling Pine Hollow home once again and I am thankful for everything. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

    Angela is amazing to work with. She made my moving experience such a smooth transition, in a less than fortunate situation. I highly recommend going to see her if you are thinking about getting an apt.

    Angie is great. She helped me get in a place relatively quickly than the other complexes in the area. Everything was transparent and up front. I let her know that I had packages being delivered while I was at work and she made sure i got them. The complex is very friendly and clean. Any maintenance issues are dealt with properly. I highly recommend this complex. Pet friendly.

    Reasonable rent; Apartments were clean, freshly painted with new carpet at time of move in. Staff is incredibly responsive to maintenance requests. Management is friendly and helpful. Close to schools and several businesses

    Ever since I have moved into these apartments last year, my experience has been nothing but great. The apartment manager Angie has been very easy to talk to and has worked with us on everything. Weve recently transferred apartments and Angie made the process easy. The prices are some of the best in the area as well and maintenance has been quick to fix any problems that have come up. We’re all grateful for their hard work!!

    Pine Hollow Apartments is my very first apartment complex I have been too and I am so happy I made the choice to live here! Right from the beginning management has made sure everything is kept up with and im taken care of! I enjoy the style of the apartments and how affordable it is! And the pool is always clean and ready to swim! The lawn is always kept up with. Angie is such a sweetheart! I enjoy our conversations and I love that she is always hosting get togethers! I cant wait for the christmas one with hot coco and cookies! She also keeps everything running smoothly. I admire her work ethic and managment skills! And our maintenance man is so kind and quick! Literally same day same hour service! Im very happy with living here, im always reccomending people to live here!

    We love it here at pine hollow, the manger is so amazing and always on top of everything! She is super friendly and understanding if u have any problems or need something she’s on top of it!. It’s so nice and peaceful here half the time I forget I even live in apartment’s because it’s so quiet lol everyone here is super nice! If your thinking about joining the pine hollow family I promise u won’t regret it!!

    The property Manger Angie, is awesome and so easy to communicate with. She and her staff, stay on top of any issues that come up. This is a good place to live and they really take care of their residents.

    After owning my own home and forced to relocate to an apartment after a natural disaster, I was nervous and very anxious. I do not feel that way any longer. Management has been nothing but attentive and caring at every turn. For a staff of only two keeping up with a 5 building complex and maintaining a safe and clean environment is not an easy task but they do so day in and day out. I feel safe knowing they live on site and are always looking out. I am glad that I can call my apartment home and be proud of it! Keep doing what you do!

    I have lived here for 3 Years and love it. I have not had any issuses with neighbors, management or pest. Management responds quickly. Mainatence lives on site. Angie (landlord) is easy to talk to about issues, if any, with my unit and communicates any updates.

    Ive been a resident here now for the better part of 5 years. I moved in after Harvey actually by mistake. I mistook their office for Sleepy Hollows office next door. I wasnt disappointed when I heard the pricing and decided to move in. I dont have many complaints overall the place is well kept / maintained, and Ive never had a Matintinance issue go over 24 hours without repair usually. Terminex sprays religiously every month and I can honestly say Ive never had a bug problem. A couple complaints that I would say that I have are that when I moved in I was informed by the office mind you this was 2017 when I moved in That the rent usually would only increase every two years... so far that has not been true. Ive had an increase in rent every year that Ive been here. Secondly is now water and sewer are now the responsibility of the tenant which isnt a huge issue but was kind of sprung on us out of the blue after having only paid electrical for the past 5 years. Lastly is the parking issue. Ive noticed this issue since Ive lived here. Parking in front of the building you live in can be a challenge. Ive noticed in the evening there are cars with visitors tags, cars with no stickers at all, and residents who refuse to abide by the rules and double park. This makes it difficult to park and you wind up parking in the visitors lot in the back. Ive brought this issue up to both of the managers that have been here since lived here and yes they send letters out and it may stop for a bit but its not consistent and they go right back to doing it again. We were told there was a possibility of assigned parking which I think would be great, but that has not happened yet. What would be nice is to see a towing company enforcing the no sticker vehicles and removing them which would free up some space. Other than that I feel this is a very peaceful and quiet community and have gotten along with everyone that I have met here so far which tells me the office vets tenants rather well since there arent many issue here that Im aware of.

    We absolutely love it here! The manger is amazing and is always on top of everything anytime I need something it’s always done the same day! It’s so nice and quite here, if you are thinking about moving here just do it you won’t be disappointed!!!

    This complex has 5 buildings, a seasonal pool, soda machine, laundry room and field to walk your pets.It is affordable and any issues are fixed swiftly.No over flowing trash cans and parking is monitored (resident sticker or visitors tag only).

    I have lived here since july of this year. I have had zero problems and the office manager is awesome! As long as you are respectful of others, all will respect you. This is a safe place to be in cleveland!
