Ive been here for 4 years, Yes, I have had some crappy neighbors, Yes, I have had some kids who bully my daughter, Yes, neighbors can be loud at on their porches late in the evenings, Yes, people drive through all hours of the night sometimes blairing their music.. But really that can happen anywhere you live. Especially when youre in an apartment complex, some people just dont have manors any where you live. However.. No one has ever damaged or stolen any of our property, Management is quick to help when youre having an issue, etc.. and for the majority its quiet and the people are nice. Apartments themselves are roomy, Affordable. Yeah some people have objective opinions about the time theyve spent here.. But for the last 4 years, and changing of management quite a bit, Ive never really had too many issues.. Youre close to shopping, Bus route, etc. Only REAL issue I have.. is if your child is in middle school, They do have to WALK 2 miles to the middle school because buses do NOT come.. because were like 1.8 miles or so.. =/

The new management they have in pine Grove is MUCH better...getting it cleaned up and making it a better place to live...neighbors are good..good area nice size apartments...

Grandmother and mother live here. The maintenance man is nice and helpful. She is disabled and only downfalls to the layout are the size of the bathroom door for her wheelchair.
