Great staff and beautiful property! Gladys at the front office is such a joy to be around and takes good care of the residents. Maintenance does a great job with work orders and keeping the grounds clean. The apartment itself was nice and spacious with good appliances, cabinets, flooring, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!

The new management, Gladys and Stephanie, are so sweet and have really helped me out since they took over. It is a night and day difference compared to the old management. I have sincerely noticed a difference in the apartment complex and they have really helped the place feel like home. Don’t let your perception of past management cloud your judgement. They really work their butts off.

Being under new management has made a BIG difference, lots of improvements and they are working to turn just plain apartments into a community. Gladys in the office is always so pleasant and makes an effort to remember tenants, you can tell she cares about the people who reside here.

My experience at Pine Creek was excellent.. Gladys was exceptionally friendly and very helpful..the grounds are very well maintained...and any issues solved quickly...I highly recommend Pine Creek apartments...

The application process was easy. Rachel, the manager, was very helpful and friendly. She is always willing to help. Shout out to the maintenance guy too!The apartment is neat and everything works just fine. The apartment has good ambience, nice pool, a gym and laundry room. It is also quiet. It’s good value for money.

I have just shy of a handful of kids so they feel a lil cramped in the 2 BR when they are with me, but we make it work and overall we really enjoy Pine Creek Apartments. They feel safe here being away from general traffic in a gated community. The place is well maintained and everyone pretty well minds their own business.The playground could use a little expansion, but the smaller one still enjoys it. The swimming pool has a great setup of very shallow platforms which allows him to enjoy the pool without fear.It is not unusual to see people out for a walk, walking their dog, or kids out playing together.

My husband and I only lived here for year (very sad) and would have loved to live here longer. Rachel is honestly the best apartment manager I have ever seen, she is super quick on getting back to you and getting things done! Maintenance was done in a timely manner as well . Neighbors are also fairly quiet! 10/10 would highly recommend making pine creek your next home!

Rachel the manager at pine creek apartments does an amazing job with ensuring prompt action on all requested needed. She has made my experience moving here easy and made me feel like she was someone I could rely on. The apartments are very nice and community is peaceful. Would recommend!

(Update) Since my last review Rachael has gotten her groove and has found her style. She has been great and on top of everything since my last review. Very professional and prompt. Pine creek has been a pleasure to live at since! Keep it up Rachael!Apartments are nice but that’s to be expected being brand new. Maintenance is terrible. They can never keep the maintenance position filled. The one we have has been here for a while but he is lazy and does things Half way. Management does not care about renters and is rarely even in the office during business hours. They rarely return phone calls and if you put in a service request expect no communication and months of waiting to get it completed. I have lived here for 2 years now. My wife and I signed the lease in these apartments before they were finished being built. They do not treat people with respect including their handicapped residents. My wife is disabled and they have been rude to her on more than one occasion Our dishwasher has been out of commission for 10months we put the service request in and 10 months later it still is not useable. The only reason we have not left is we don’t want to move again until our home is done. This place is a joke. Nice facility but Rachel has a very I don’t care attitude and it reflects on pine creek in a negative way.

The apartments are amazing! It’s quiet and peaceful, there’s not a lot of noise and the neighbors are quiet. Shout out to the property manager, Rachel who does her best to engage with the complex, such as having a back to school day with tie die and water balloons. In all, the apartments are amazing, the neighbors are amazing, and in all it’s just amazing!

An amazing place to live with a good community feel!! I had recently written a poor review due to things not being fixed in my apartment, which was a rash decision. At the time I was unaware of all the things that go into a maintenance request and the things that were going on in the community as a whole. I now understand and have more patience and wouldnt want to live anywhere else!!

Lived here for about a year. Anytime I had a problem from my personal washer and dryer to wasps on the porch it was addressed immediately! Management was helpful with any questions I had and was always just a call away; management is very involved in community and can be seen out mingling with residents even after office hours. My only complaint is that residents do not consistently pick up after their pets.

Misty - I love it at pine creek apartments Rachel makes sure everything looks nice and well maintained!! She is a great manager..I highly recommend these apartments to anybody they are so nice and comfortable!!
