I recently had the pleasure of staying at Perla 249 and couldn’t be more satisfied. The location is perfect—situated in a safe area on a highway with convenient access to bus stops. The studio itself is spacious, featuring a large fridge and microwave that made my stay very comfortable. Although I would have appreciated a few more utensils for cooking, this was a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience.A special thanks to Kimberly, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, not only addressing all my requests with a smile but also assisting with the payment process. Her informative and supportive approach made my stay seamless and enjoyable.I highly recommend Perla 249 for its comfort, excellent location, and exceptional management. Thank you, Kimberly, for making my stay so pleasant!

Beautiful short term rental with great amenities. There is wheelchair access to Jacuzzi and pool. Nice workout gym and very clean and safe. Internet and utilities included. Very nice property with renovation going on.

Our experience with management especially Ashlee Wisdom has been nothing fantastically incredible. There are so many wonderful things I could say about Ashlee but just to sum it all up, she was absolutely amazing. She was so welcoming and really made the process of applying super easy. She made everything less stressful than most places we visited. The location looks very well maintained and neat. It lives up to my expectations as cozy luxury. My husband and I are so happy that we are going to be staying here!!!!

The manager Ms.Jessie at the location on 249 Perla went way and beyond to Help me and my son get approved for this beautiful 1bedroom apartment. She’s the kind to get things done and is by far really professional .Thank you for everything you have done . If you are looking for a one bedroom or even a studio this is the place to be and ask for Ms.JessieMs.Candi is a such a sweet person she goes way and beyond for you. Also ask for Ms.Candi she’s the best .

We needed a place to go to and there was no where else so we called manager Jesse at Perla 249 was quick to assist and she helped get us a place to stay. Great customer service and very professional.When we got here the property was gorgeous. Everything was clean and it all looked very nice. 10/10 Would recommend.

Its been 2 months since we arrived here, and we are greatly satisfied with the support that we get from the property manager, Ms Jasbir. She helped us secure our unit even before we arrived at the property. The maintenance staff has been great and responds in a timely manner.Fantastic location. This place is close to everything you need. Supermarkets, malls, and schools are all within 8-12 mins drive. Overall, we are pleased with our apartment.

I like to take the time to let everyone know that the booking process for perla 249 Airbnb went flawlessly. Ms. Jessi was an inspiration and always kept me informed. I stopped by unannounced and Ms. Candie was a delight. She took the time to show me both a one bedroom and a studio apartment. The rooms are very spacious!!! As for turn around time it felt like I blinked and I was on my way to moving in.

I have been here for a couple months now very comfortable and beautiful and the front office has been nothing but accommodating!Manjot was such a huge help when I first came🙌🏽, she moved to the other location and the manager Jasbir has been sooo great! No matter how busy she is she always takes the time to hear whatever questions or issue I may have. She genuinely wants to make sure the stay here at Perla 249 is comfortable. She is the best!

I have lived here since it opened in Mid 2023. The staff, Jassi and her team are always very courteous and cooperative. The place is always kept clean and they have continuously put efforts to enhance the common areas like Deep cleaning hallway carpets and maintaining green spaces.

I love staying at Perla 249! We have free Tesla 🚗🔌🔋 charging stations for me to charge on daily. The property is kept clean and the gym is great! The poolside patio is relaxing and Naturally shaded in the evenings to relax! We also have a free coffee machine in the lobby area a great place for meeting. We also have a secure mail room for packages. Ms Jassi the District Manager is always responsive and takes great care of me! If you need of a great condo apartment to live in with easy access to 249 freeway, Willowbrook mall and Vintage Park shopping come check this place out! Tell Ms Jassi that Mr Pendleton reffered you and she will take great care of you as well.

I have lived here at Perla 249 for a year the are improving as time progress with greatness the staff is wonderful My district manager at Ms Jessi so kind ,considerate and humble.Got back my emergency calls day or night .She is professional and resolved my issues expidetedly.She is the best .Miss Dee is very understanding and friendly as well as Candi Raedean is such a sweetheart everyone here is very professional I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live

As I was unsure when I started looking for another place to live coming from a home to an apartment living again for the 2nd time,, I kept coming across Perla at 249 until I could find somewhere to stay I had intended on doing a Airbnb,, so as I started my journey this was about the first place that I went to but a lot of places that I searched online, to where i was making it almost a job!! so I decided to go and take a look because i was done,, and lo and behold when I came here I knew I had wasted so much time energy and my voice we’re talking on the phone,, the first person that greeted me at the door as I was baffled when I walked in it was something different I heard a cheerful voice saying welcome as she had someone already she made sure that she attended with respect to her already resident, to let me know that she would be right with me so I I sat back and I watched & first saw this beautiful aura she had as well as a beautiful bright smile,, then I learned that this would be Miss Nicole,, I was so ready she took her time with explaining everything step-by-step and made sure that everything that I knew everything that I would need. Well I returned I the next day as I tried to do everything online I wasn’t really able to get anything done correctly so I went back to her the very next day and she took the time with taking me and sitting down with me to figure out what The issues were even using her computer and making sure that everything was implemented right as well as for a third or fourth time she kept showing me the model, by this time I met another wonderful person by the name of Miss Liz as they worked with my annoying time of getting all the information that they needed going back-and-forth because my stuff was complicated, they never cringed not one time and stayed as joyful as if I had no problems at all,, you guys if you ever wanted to feel so welcome before you even move in as already a family member come check out this up coming New way of living meet the beautiful ladies of Perla @ 249 then I found out that they had another location the Perla at 1960 and those ladies as well are beautiful and dedicated to helping you choose either location they both go back-and-forth and when I tell you that they are very dedicated with making you feel happy as we are now I could stay here until i cant do for my own anymore!!!! lol I feel like the best of friends they make sure that all your needs are catered to I’ve never been so more happier than what I am today it’s been two months that I’ve been here and it’s been amazing waiting on the new updates of the property as I have seen how beautiful the one on 1960 is and rest a sure I’m the first one to tell each and everyone come and join our family🫶🏼🙌🏼🔐🤍 I’m there walking talking billboard!!!! Oh and one more added if you have a Tesla they have chargers over here👏🏼🙌🏼😊Thank you once againMiss Nicole and Miss LizSincerely J
