Awesome Location, There is a neighborhood, Walmart and a Kroger opposite sides of the street but less than a mile away from this wonderful place. Great neighbors , pet friendly, great location.. Bars, grocery shopping, family entertainment, restaurants all just about 5 to 10 min drive.The new management and owners have started to expand the pool areas and put in nice grills at both pool sites. Also apartments have been redone.The gym was expanded with new workout equipment. Management has put together a pet friendly meet and greet with the neighbors, brought in a groomer for the dogs. Get back to having everyone knowing everyone environment. Kyoshi, Nat, and the manager Jeanie are great very friendly and always wanting to help.been here 4 plus years and so far this has been the best management experience we have had.

I must say that my experience here is ALOT better than most places...No apt complex is perfect, but I can tell the staff really does try and do a really good job to be honest. Kioshyi has been great and my family loves her and her bubbly personality. She cares and thats what matters most. The family enjoys our walks around the property. Plus there are really cool arcade and trampoline places around, so it makes it fun to be close to these places for my family...!

She was so friendly, and really made me feel like I my twins and I were her main concern. filled out my paperwork, gave her everything she asked for I am just anxious to move in.

Recently toured this property as my husband and I are looking to move soon and it was a great experience. Kioshyi was amazing she was very knowledgeable about the property the surrounding area and answered all the questions I had and then some. We have a few more properties to consider but if Kioshyi is an example of the great service we can look forward to from the office staff Pecan Creek just made the top of our list.

Ive lived here for the past 5 months and have been very pleased to have chosen this place to live in. At first I was a bit hesitant because of the low star rating, but after reading through the bad comments from previous renters, they were not relevant to what we were looking for so we opted to give it a chance. My family and I have been very happy since day one as most of the people around are very nice and respectful. The front office personnel are very welcoming and helpful which has helped make this a great place to be in. For the most part the areas are kept clean and now that the pools are open they are also pretty nice as well as the grilling areas are well kept which is very enjoying if you like grilling while your family cools down in the pool. I like that they are not crowded and the Gym is also available most of the time. What we also like is that its pretty centric and can get pretty much anywhere in a just a few minutes (shopping centers, grocery shopping, food, movies, live music / bars, etc).

I just moved in and since then I love my apartment that me and my fiance share! Its the perfect size for two, its so quiet, no kids running around making loud noise, everyone has been super SUPER nice. Applying for this place was super easy as well and the management are very understanding when setting up your place! They also make you feel very comfortable when staying here. :) Honestly I felt i was living at a resort for the first couple of days. They had made our apartment spotless. Nothing was wrong to begin with. Which was a stress reliever (:

I moved in back in July and I love it here. The grounds are very well kept and clean. The office staff are the best! They are very friendly and take care of any issues promptly. For example, I told them that the light was out by my front door and it was fixed the very same day. Other issues Ive had were also taken care within the following day after notifying them. My friends have told me that my apartment is very cozy. The street name is appropriate too because the apartment complex is centrally located. Everything I need is so close by. I plan on staying here for quite a while.

I enjoy living here the affordable rent and quiet for the most part . I love the point system and the gym! The pools are awesome too! The gym and the pools were just renovated and I enjoy using them! I do not like that the gym closes at 11 some of us still have energy that time of night!

I just left this property was greeted by Kioshyi Moses she was very welcoming and gave me a big hug. I move in on Friday and was showed a new unit which has been renovated and the unit was beautiful. I’m excited to be calling this place my new home.

UPDATE #2: there is, yet another, new management company running the property. Everyone in the office seems nice. But Ive already had several issues while trying to finalize my move out. To which I get a reply of Ill call you back by the end of the day. That call never came. Even when I physically went into the office, Id still get the same well call you by the end of the day. Also, on my final bill they charged me an extra $80 in late fees for....reasons. It took 5 days to finally talk to the manager (the only person that could do anything about it apparently). Now, at the time of this post I am still waiting on an $80 refund check from them.In all honesty, other than the few hiccups with the office, I had very issues in the two year Ive lived here. I would have definitely renewed my lease if I didnt move into a house.UPDATE: I am not happy with the new management. Some of the new staff members are rude and short with people. There was a problem with water bills with the new management took over and they became two months behind. The new resident website does NOT I I itemize all charges (i.e. Water, trash, ect.). So instead of telling anyone, they just added two water bills to our rent one month. When I went to talk to someone about it I was told that they tried to communicate with all the residents about the problem but I never once received an email, phone call, or even a letter at my door about the situation. She also got very frustrated with me and told another staff member to deal with this guy and that she couldnt explain it any other way. They open the office late and leave early. Their have been several time when I had a package left there so I could pick it up when I got home from work, only to show up at 4:40 (when they close at 5) to a locked and empty office. Also, they fired the original maintenance staff and the new crew they have are slow and generally dont care. They literally park the golf cart in front of the office door to block it so they can charge the cart up.ORIGINAL POST:Im not a robot. Im not being paid. I love this place! The staff is very nice and they work very hard. I wasnt home when a package was delivered, so FedEx left it at the office. I was going out of town the next day and i really needed the Package, so they stayed open for over an hour just for me. And all the maintenance staff do great work and in a very timely manner. I bought a screen door for my patio and they came and installed it for me the very same day!The complex itself is very clean and quite. My apartment faces one of the pools and it was never overly packed or loud, even when people were having barbecues or birthday parties. They do apartment maintenance regularly(change air filters, check light). My one little gripe is that there is only one mail box in the middle of the property. Not a big deal.My apartment itself is good. It is on the older side so you wont find the higher end amenities such as Ethernet or cable jacks in all the rooms or wood floors. My apartment only has one cable jack in it, but thats all i need. I rarely hear my neighbors and if i do its a cabinet closing hard or something like that.Ive lived in $1,400 apartments and $450 apartments and this one by far is my favorite!

I am recanting my review. I had originally given a three star due to frustrations with little things in the apartment and nosey neighbors, but overall I am thankful for the time here.I was recently blessed when the maintenance crew went above and beyond in a simple repair and really took a load off my mind.The staffing has changed some and all are super helpful and understanding. I appreciate the value of what I am getting and for a reasonable price. The only thing I don’t appreciate is the trash fee bc I don’t even use the service.

I hesitate to write another glowing review about this place out of fear that people will discover this little gem. The maintenence is amazing and the office staff are incredible! When I first arrived the older building turned me off but the inside of the apartment is nicer than apartments I have rented at double the price. Tenants here are super friendly because we are a community with a small town feel. I hope to stay here as long as possible.

I have been very pleased with my experience at Pecan Creek Apartments. I signed my third lease in December. What prompted me to post was the way Dustan handled my AC problem. I went to the office to let them know my AC was not functioning. He stated that it would be looked at today. This was about 3pm. At 5:30 Dustan and Javier appeared at my door with the news that the compressor was shot. They also had a portable AC unit to tide me over until new unit arrived. I have COPD and cannot handle the heat. Grateful needless to say.All of my needs and issues have been handled in a timely manner since I moved here in 2015. Night or day. I relocated to another apartment within the complex in December of last year. While the remodeling was not impressive, the office staff handled the many issues promptly and pleasantly. I believe that if you treat people as you wish to be treated your life will be, for the most part, a pleasant experience. Thanks to Dustan and the staff for making my Pecan Creek experience great. Hears to more years here. Would however like to note that the pool situation is disgusting. It is one of the features covered in the new additional community fee. Please help getting them fixed.
