Reviews are mixed, but Ive had a great experience since living here. I didnt have any major issues and any issues I did have, they were fixed in a timely manner. Staff is also very friendly and eager to help! Maintenance is very informative about their job. I would recommend to anyone.

The office staff is amazing and always so helpful. The 2 times that my apartment had maintenance requests, the staff put in the request and within the week things were take care of. I couldnt be happier with living here. Its beautiful and quiet and theres lots of space for my son and his emotional support dog to play and be free.Thank you guys for everything!

Ive been living here for almost a year now and originally before they got new owners I hated this place. I constantly was having issues of hot water and pest issues but when the new owners came in it has been a lot better. Their maintenance crew has been amazing, I one time had my fridge break and they were able to give me a new one within 1 day, something the previous owners and maintenance would have never done before. Ive been very impress with the new owners so far and theyve been doing a good job fixing up this place. Theyve given me a brand new A.C. system, new windows, and the water has been so much better.

I am very pleased with the level of professionalism from Larry McKinney the maintenance staff member. Every time he fixes something he goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations every time. I also would like to mention the leasing manager Austin Abbott, anytime I have a problem he is always there in a timely manner to address my issue, and figure out a way to not only satisfy the tenants but strengthen the community relationship within the Pearl community. And all the women in the front office are amazing and professional. They are friendly and always happy to meet the needs of the residents.

Ive lived at the Marc since the beginning of the school year and think that its great. I love the location because it is close to HEB, post oak, and the bus stops. When it was really hot in August and early September the air conditioner froze over twice. The first time the maintenance team was just thawing the air conditioner so we only lacked air conditioning for a few days. The second time it was after a really hot week were we had the AC really low which made it freeze over but I just turned it off for a day or two and when I turned it back on it was fine. We had a problem with our fridge leaking but it was fixed the next day. I often go to the main office to pick up packages and ask questions and always feel like the staff know what they are talking about when it comes to the apartment and maintenance, and are genuinely helpful if they dont know an answer and will at least give you the contact info of the right place. Usually if I have needed to contact someone else its suddenlink or conservice for questions about Internet or electricity.I do see drawbacks to this place in that people dont always pick up after their dogs, but think that has more to do with the people living here. The walls inside the apartments are thin. My roommate and I joke about how if one of us sneezes while we are in our separate rooms, the other can say bless you and not have to raise their voice. Despite this, we have never heard the people next to us. Overall I think it is worth it to live at the Marc, the rent is cheap and its easy to get to school.

Despite what people say, I can honestly say i am pleased with Erica and the staff there. I was unhappy with the apartment assigned to me and they did the right by me by placing me in a nice apartment poolside. They are under new management and everyone deserves a fair chance. They are truly trying to change their reputation and I hand them credit for assuring I was satisfied with my new place.

I moved into Pearl Apartments a few weeks ago and I have to say. It’s a great apartment! The staff is very helpful and if you need anything they are always there. They have taken care of me and I appreciate their business. I definitely recommend Pearl Apartments and if your going to talk to anyone, talk to Alexis. Very sweet gal and very knowledgeable!

We communicated most with Alexis and she has been so nice and made us feel confident going with this complex. Honestly, I was super sketchy about moving here because I read all these terrible past reviews and I heard so many bad things, but it’s definitely nothing like what I’ve read. Antoinette in the office was amazing and made sure I knew everything I needed to know and made my move in process super easy! They’re all friendly and welcoming here! My apartment is spacious and cozy, and it’s super quiet around. I haven’t had any issues and I’m glad I made the decision to move here.

First off this is a honest review. This could also be a 5 star review. But here is my story.We first looked at these apartments everything shown to us was exactly what we wanted. This place looked really nice it might of be slightly smaller then where we are coming from but it was cheaper and all bills paid. So we got everything in order and did everything we were asked plus more. Now you are probably wondering what could they mean by plus more. Well I have a cat who is a service animal. Has a license card and everything. But I dont have a letter from the Doctor since the doctor was in Illinois. So I told my wife and future room mate that it doesnt matter this place is worth I dont mind paying for the pet deposit.We paid everything a few months early and not only that had credit left over. Everything was going awesome. The place even called and said hey yall want to move in early and at no charge. We were like sure. Well complications came up after that. The place we were going to be moving into had a A/C problem and we were asked if we wanted to switch to another apartment. At this time my future roomate was getting a little worried and I talked him into and said hey the place is still great we are still moving in early. But then the move in date changed to 2 weeks later then the early move date which was still early at the time. After looking over the new lease a lot of things were wrong. Pet deposits were wrong other charges and credits were wrong. So we notified them right away and they fixed the majority of the issues except the Pet monthly rate which was double the normal. So we contacted Pearl again along with issues the new apartment was having. These were the issues. Outside lights didnt work, back door seal was completely gone and when it rained you knew it. Water was flooding underneath and coming through the side of the door. Our ceiling fans barely worked one you cant even leave on it makes an awful squeaking sound. A/C barely even worked. So after some time maintenance did come and fix some of the things. At this point my roommate and wife were furious of this place. Reason because all the things we asked to be fixed only half of them were done and some of them were only half done.Now Let me speed up to date. I have contacted management and the lease office multiple times a week. They have started to ignore all my request.The bedroom fan still squeeks like crazy. Our A/C will never go below 70 and is constantly blowing. The excuse they give me is because its so hot outside. So I took pictures of our old place which has the same size unit as this place and not only that is quite large then this place. It keeps the place at a nice 60 degrees all the time with NO fans. Our place now which is currently 77 degrees at 11:30 pm with 7 fans running. Black out curtains on all our windows. lights and tvs are all off during the day. My maintenance request has been up for over 3 weeks we have been here over 3 months and nothing has been done.The reason for the 1 star. They get 1 star at least cause it does seem the people in the office are nice. But what is keeping them from 3 stars and 5 stars is management and maintenance. When we go to the office Management wouldnt even meet us. They just hid in their office. Maintenance I dont even think is trained properly or know what they are doing. They come out and say yep its fixed and then leaves and close the tickets and tells the office they fixed everything. I didnt want to give this place a 1 star review because I kept telling myself this was a good place and they will come around and fix our issues but after 3 months I have lost hope. This is my story and a honest one. If someone wants to disagree I have kept every copy of communication and lack of communication documented and pictures that are taken.EDIT: Update. Management was able to get ahold of me and provided us with a window unit. Now with the window unit we are hitting temperatures that make us feel comfortable and actually enjoy being home now. All of us are able to to sleep peacefully.

Our family have lived at The Pearl for almost 1 year. We have had a wonderful experience with our apt. home. I would like to thank and recognize Antionette for her excellent customer service and the care she puts into attending to any needs or requests from our family. Austin, Alexa, and Rosie are wonderful as well. We appreciate the entire staff for their assistance in making this the place we call home.

Im a grad student here at Texas A&M. Wanted a quiet, nice place to live at a decent price and Campus View fit the bill. I havent had any reasons to complain so far. The staff is friendly and usually quick to take care of any issues. My neighbors are generally very nice and considerate. And the pool and gym are above average. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I had a tour of the Marc just the other day, and it was an absolutely great experience. Our leasing consultant was extremely sweet and helpful. I do not have anything negative to say about it at all. But I am still waiting for my welcome e-mail ☺️. Anyways, the community looked very well taken care of and the aminities seem great! I am super excited to become part of the Marc community!

Alexis was great throughout the move-in process. She was very professional even when we had a little misunderstanding. She is very attentive and quick to greet you by name when walking around the complex which you don’t see happening at other places. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. We really like the area since is very close to restaurants, the mall, Texas A&M and everything is at walking distance. The only thing I would recommend is installing cameras around the pool area due to a few unsupervised kids that keep that area messy and have broken a few things already. So far the maintenance crew has been very efficient by responding to our requests within 48 hours and are very friendly. In all, this is a really nice place to live.

We moved here in 6 months ago. In the beginning it was a horrible dream for me and my family. As we waited patiently for a miracle Amanda went above and beyond to make sure all of our problems had been solved as best as she could. Time has past and it has became home for us. Perfectly located to every thing. We are considering staying another 12 months.

I am moving out of my apartment at Campus View now that Ive graduated. I want to say thank you to the management for a couple of great years! I must say that I got off to a bad start when i first moved two years ago. My unit hadnt been repainted and cleaned up on the day of my move-in. Since then, though, my opinion of the management has improved dramatically for the better. The staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance has been very quick when I’ve needed them. Campus View has great management in my opinion. Thank you Pam. I will miss you guys!

They have a great staff of leasing agents that always help you find a solution. One in particular Austin. Been here 2yrs now and the old management was horrible... Rude staff, nothing worked, no hot water, no ac, no work orders completed and cops were here almost everyday, which probably explains some previous bad reviews. But ever since this new management has taken over it’s been a joy staying here. Wonderful friendly staff Ms. Antoinette is super friendly and helpful. They remodeled the place fixed it up completely. Any work orders I put in were done the same day if not the next. I’m glad I stayed and witnessed the change.. Wish I could give more stars!!!

Well I moved in here about a week ago an the staff are very helpful, an the maintaince response is very quick. The apt i moved into is a sublet but over all very clean , the dog poo is annoying cause the residents dont clean up after there pets, but everything else is ok. An the staff an the manager are down to earth people. The rent is cheap an the ammenties well I am not sure about all that. But over all its been a good experience for me.

I moved to the marc apts with a friend a year before i even signed a lease with them i loved them and the area so much i went on to get my own apt.The staff are nice courteous and welcoming and the maintenance has improved and will fix anything as quick as they can. i have had other places and these people are the easiest i have ever dealt with and will do anything too help if they can. I wouldnt choose any other place too live.

I have been living her for over a year now in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I will say over all its been great. The location and the fact that all bills paid is Whats Up! Sometimes the ac in my home can get a little loud but that is really my only complaint.

I went to visit some family who lives in the Pearl apartments and I was completely overwhelmed with how nice they are I strolled around the large complex and enjoyed the enitre scenery as I noticed a nice fenced in pet park with cool pet toys than I seen a basketball court thar was also very appealing the time I was there the residents where friendly and so I went into the office and was immediately and professionally greeted by the office staff the manager Austin who said Hi Im Austin with a smile on his face welcome to the Pearl how may I assist you, I we conversed and he offered to show me a apartment show I went on and when I first walked in I seen how nice it was just like my familys who lives there was so nice well he informed me that the apartments was all bills paid and high speed wifi included along with a new gym coming soon to go with its 2 nice resort style pools and professional grade outdoor grilling and BBQ area and on duty security guard these apartments was so appealing to me that they was the first apartments I stopped at and I already made my mind up that there was no use looking anywhere else this is by far the best deal I will get. I dont give a perfect 5 star review very often at all and as you can see my review eating level is vert high so my opinion matters so I without a doubt encourage anyone seeking residence in college station tx stop here first round save gas and time because I truly believe you will be very satisfied. It is under new ownership so I have seen a drastic upgrade. God bless you God bless the Pearl and God bless America.

Under New Management! Are you familiar with Asset Management? If not they are the same people that manage The Lofts, The Heights, The Cambridge, and Crossing Place. This is VERY excited for people interested in living at Campus View Apartments because they are doing $1 million dollars in renovations this summer and will continue to update to give Campus View some TLC... Rates will remain low and the ALL BILLS PAID feature will really make Campus View a value!!

It’s really hard to get in contact with the staff they never answer the phone, they hardly respond to emails and they have a roach problem. On top of that I mentioned two months ago I couldn’t get my resident login to work no one ever got back with me about that. The internet always going out and when it does happen they never send out email telling you what’s going on, when it’s gonna be fixed, etc you shouldn’t have to always walk to the office when they have phones and computers smhUPDATE : Alexis was kind enough to call back and address each of my concerns and even get my resident portal set up which is something I had been waiting to get done,
