Helpful office personnel! Repairs happen promptly when necessary. Well built and quiet apartments. Appliances are in good condition and repaired promptly if needed. In walking distance of many wonderful shops and shady neighborhood. Good parking. Storage spaces available if needed. Nice large pool, well maintained. Secure mailroom and building entrances. My husband and I have lived here for ten years and have been very pleased and happy here.

Bryan did a good job trying to repair a problem with the refrigerator, which had also happened 2 years before, by placing a new fan and another part in a few days apart.. However, neither part resolved the issue, so our manager decided to replace the refrigerator which is working great and keeping our food from spoiling..

Location location location!!! The leasing agents are great and the maintenance is exceptionally quick to respond. An easy safe place to live with walkability to everything in Inwood Village.

The property is a great community and the staff are responsive. If you are considering Pavillion TownPlace be aware that the 3rd party Concierge service will take advantage of new residents by not being transparent in providing energy and internet options. I did it on my own and saved $150 up front and a lower KW rate. The concierge is not looking out for the resident.

I renewed my lease for another year and very happy with my unit, the property overall and location can’t be beat. Neighbors are great- respectful and no noise and overall I feel safe. Management team has been prompt to any maintenance issues- I’ve only had one- and have followed up after. Happy to call this my home.

The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is due to a neighbor who was kind of loud. I was probably loud as well with my early morning prayers and evening prayers 😊. Pavilion in itself was a great place overall. Zach the manager was a great manager he really worked with me since the beginning of my stay.Rae the Assistant manager was great as well, very welcoming every time I came to the front office which was a lot because I enjoyed saying hello quite often.As for the space of the units; no complaints at all. Very well kept and the neighborhood was overall quiet which is a major plus in my case.I thank Zach and Rea both for service

I recently moved into the Pavilion and it has been great so far! Super safe area, right next to the Tollway, and wonderful community. Rae was our leasing agent who showed us around and she was super helpful. We love it!

Now that I have lived at the Pavilion for one year and have had the full experience of moving in, living, and now moving out (always supposed to be temporary), I am updating my review to reiterate the strong positive experience I have had. Zachary and Rae are fantastic managers, very professional and easy to work with. They make things happen and ensure things are done right through a very capable maintenance staff. The value of the experience, factoring in rental costs and a nice, safe, well-located, and, most importantly, well-managed place to live was excellent. I could not have selected a better place. Heres my previous review: I have moved to Pavilion recently as I commute back and forth from home to Dallas where our office is. Pavilion Town Place is professionally and competently run, with responsive managers and maintenance staff. When I have had questions or, in one case, to make a small repair, the responses have been immediate. The grounds are clean and everything seems to work just fine. The other tenants are professional and respectful. Quiet. I have enjoyed the simplicity of walking to Trader Joes, Etzis, CVS, and several restaurants.

I’ve lived all over Dallas, and by far the best place I’ve ever lived is at the Pavilion Townplace apartments. Everyone is so kind and helpful! Anytime I put a work order in it gets fixed within three hours anytime I have an issue I can call management and they fix it immediately. I highly recommend moving to the Pavilion Townplace if you would like a civilized, and elegant environment.

We lived here 2 years as we were transitioning into our home and it was a wonderful place to stay. As others mentioned, the location is fantastic, we loved the pool (most of the time it was empty which is unbelievable), and we felt safe. At the end of our time, the apartments were being renovated. If the opportunity ever presented itself, we would return.

I lived here for almost 3 years and if circumstances were different, I’d still be here. This felt like home. The quiet neighborhood feel. “Walking” my errands (the best) and then the care I would be given when expressing a concern or needing something handled. From management to maintenance they took care of me and I’m pretty opinionated:). I’ll be back.

I lived at Pavillion Townplace temporarily between homes and had a fantastic experience. Marquon Riley, Leasing and Cara Horn, Property Manager were awesome. They went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable and painless experience. The convenience, quality, and accessibility of the property are second to none. Pavillion Townplace should be at the top of anyones list when considering an apartment community.
