I moved into Patriot Forest Apartments right after Hurricane Beryl hit. All of the ladies in the leasing office guided me through my application process, cuz Im not a very tech savvy person. Really appreciate their patience! Recently Ive had some issues with my apartment. The maintenance men came out and did an awesome job in correcting those issues! Peaceful community and friendly neighbors as well. If you need a place to stay, then come on down to Patriot Forest!

I have lived here since April 2017. I never had issues here until the freeze! After the freeze we have had a lot of issues the worst during 2022 to 2023. The new management company today is really really trying very hard to make living here pleasant again and slowly they are getting there. It will take more time but I recently renewed my lease for another year because I believe in what they are doing and have faith they will achieve it!

As being fairly new to the apartments the new manager is working hard to make this place a better living situation for others and working with her higher ups to repair and get this place up to date. We have a lot of work to do, taking this place off the hands of previous poor management is no small feat. There is astronomical work to be done and will not be done in the course of a day. The new manager has only been here 5 or 6 months and we are trying to resolve most the concerns I have read from the comments below. Sorry for the inconveniences just know we are trying our best.

I’ve been living here since 1989 and I’m currently in a newer model apartment and I can say it is very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend people to live here because the community is nice and management always takes care of me. Nothing like waking up and hearing the beautiful birds in trees!

These apartments are remodeled inside and under new management. Every since new management came in (especially Amber Bell) this place has made a complete 180. She’s cleaned up the place drastically , she’s on top of maintenance and is very good at what she does. The Manager lives on site and cares about te community. Give this place a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Ive lived here for almost seven years now and,l have enjoyed my stay here! We have new management now and, The few issues that, Have upset a few tenants in the past have been corrective with the new management ! Im sharing my experiences because I have been a resident here since 2012. I have seen over 5 or able more managements but in spite of it all. I have not had any major problems . So this is my home for the time being.

I love my apartment. I just moved in and there were very few issues, but Rocio was excellent. She made sure all of my concerns and issues were addressed immediately. She has been very professional and attentive. She ensured that my apartment was perfect as if it was hers.

So this is my first apartment and honestly, so far I’ve had a good experience with people at the office and my neighbors nobody here is a bother but if you do need a hand people will help out. It’s also a good area with lots of stuff close by. Im happy that its going well so far.

Hello, I live in these Apartments and I have never seen a difference in the property since Emilio was here and when he left everything went down. But now that Rocio is there as assistant manager, Im starting to see good results. I hope she never goes away. Its a shame that the company doesnt know how to appreciate its best employees.
