    I love this place but I saw a woman walking around the property with soiled pants. It wasnt a pretty sight but maybe she just couldnt hold it until she got to her apartment.This community is fantastic and we absolutely love The Vino!!!

    I love living at Paseo! Super close to shopping, great amenities and the staff is super nice. The apartments have such a homey feel to them that you can’t get anywhere else and the storage is an added bonus. Tea was great in helping my move in process go smoothly and answered all my questions.

    Had issues with my washing machine, dishwasher and garbage disposal, I put in a work request and Vino the head maintenance man and tyrel showed up and replaced all three. They were very pleasant, professional and asked if there was anything else they could do? Awesome customer service!

    Ive called Paseo home for a number of years, and cant imagine living anywhere else. Sure, there are problems sometimes, but every complex experiences issues from time to time. Ive always found that my maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner. Overall, Ive been very happy here!Update: My hot water heater had busted, and management jumped to action and dispatched maintenance immediately, who attacked the problem extremely fast & efficient! What a piece of mind to know how considerate they were to get my apartment fixed up quickly, so I wasnt inconvenienced too long! Im really appreciative of the team here! Thank you, Paseo!

    The new staff have made a world of a difference. So many small improvements to the community make the biggest difference. Tea is super helpful in making sure all my service requests are taken care of and helping me with my missing package. I can’t recommend Paseo enough!

    I stopped in office for a tour of a unit. Lobby was clean. Téa the leasing agent was friendly and professional and showed me all the amenities and a unit. She answered all the questions I had, which was nearly 15 because I literally had a list in my notebook.

    I’ve enjoyed my stay so far, the staff in the office are super friendly and the coffee is a nice bonus. The area is pretty well kept aside from some tenants not knowing how to dispose of garbage properly. The gym is convenient and the pool is nice as well.

    Ive lived here a while, and I have only good things to say. The team at Paseo does a great job. They are communicative, friendly, and helpful. All my maintenance requests have been taken care of in a reasonable time frame. The water heater gave up on me one day, and they had it replaced quickly. I wanted to switch units in between leases, and they made the process easy. Ive had an all-around good living experience at this complex. It would be remiss of me to not mention the first set of folks I knew - Mariel, Kari, Anthony, Dylan - who were fantastic, and the current team who are equally wonderful - Morgan, Nate, Angelica, Anthony, and Angel and his maintenance team. Ive interacted with all of them and I can tell they care about the residents, which I truly appreciate.

    Ive been here a few years. 5 stars would mean no room for improvement so take 4 stars as a really good mark from me. Nicest apartment Ive ever had. The weight room is decent, people seem to enjoy the pool. They have optional social events often and sometimes free food. Morgan and Nate at the office are super helpful. I had issues with maintenance in the past, but they have new people now. There are groceries, gas, mechanic, electronic, restaurants, home improvement, and clothing stores within like half a mile. This is the only apartment Ive ever had I would recommend to other people. Have an awesome day!

    I’ve lived at Paseo for almost a year and just renewed my lease for another year. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and helpful. I’ve had no problems with bugs or any other pests. The location can’t be beat. The gym and pool are great. I took off one star just because the exterior doors and windows are ancient and overdue for replacement, pet fees are high - $25/month instead of one-time fee and deposit, and I’m bummed my rent is going up $10/month.

    Just moved in the beginning of October and it has been a great experience from the very start. ( Shout out to Morgan- We had quite a bit apartments picked but the location, scenic hill country views, amenities and the team won us over.) Any hiccups in our move or apartment and Morgan was quick to update, accommodate and give us a call. The whole staff is very friendly and quick at getting you the assistance you need. The property is quiet and there is plenty of parking. Not to mention you are close to literally everything. We are happy to be home!-Alex & Amanda

    Morgan provides outstanding, genuine customer service. The property is beautifully landscaped & is perched up on a hill so the views are equally breathtaking.     I don’t do reviews unless I really have too and I’ve got to say, what a community. This staff that cortland has here is amazing.. they took care of me and my family on multiple occasions and keep this place kept up with and I’ve never met such genuine people, when I was apartment hunting in austin… there were so many options I wanted to go with but then I found this place. Management, maintenance, property, the people here and the accessibility to the shopping and going out is all in one place. Highly recommend leasing here again when I’m in town! Thank you for all the time I spent and the people I met on the way

    We were assisted by a superb leasing team consisting of Tristan, Nathan, and co. They were very personable and helpful throughout the process. They are easy to reach by phone and email. Lastly, they go out of their way to make unique community events for all the residents. Would recommend to anyone in the Bee Cave area.

    The apartment upon moving was cleaned and freshly painted. Everything was and is in working order. I was pleasantly surprised how attentive and organized management and maintenance are. And their customer service is amazing!!!! Mariel is a gem, she has gone above and beyond for us and for sure for all tenants. Every single person we have encountered has been nice and friendly. To give an example, I asked about changing ac filters on Sunday night, the request went through right away and by 10am the next morning maintenance had already replaced it. I think that’s great service! We are between homes and Paseo at Bee Cave apartments has been a life saver, when I researched apartments, many around here had very bad reviews so I was very nervios about not been able to find a great place for us. Well luckily for us we found Paseo and couldn’t be happier.

    The whole process to find a place can be daunting. I went to several that just did not feel quite right. When I got to Paseo at Bee Cave the lobby space was so inviting. I like hanging out there! Lexi was so friendly and very professional. She gave me her time and attention and never tired of answering all my many questions. She helped me with all the paperwork once I made my final decision and worked with me to make my move in extremely easy. Having lived here for a couple of months I would say the entire staff is really good. I had an maintenance issue and it was resolved immediately and everyone is very friendly. The apartment itself has everything I need and I feel safe. I have not used the pool or the gym but they are both really nice. Great place to live.

    We moved into this place after relocating for a new job and we love it! The location is great - right by HEB, Whole Foods and the Galleria mall and we can get downtown in 20 minutes.We worked with Jordan in the leasing office who was super helpful and we have had good experiences with the whole staff.The apartments are newly renovated and spacious which is nice. Management is currently upgrading the pool and work out facilities and I imagine theyll be nice when its all done.Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet community. Its convenient and relatively close to downtown.

    I work with a basketball team and our entire coaching staff and team stay at Paseo. We have nothing but good things to say! Location is great, not far from downtown and airport. The apartments are spacious and up to date. Nakeshia and the office staff do a great job of working with us and keeping us informed of whats going on in the community. They have been a huge help to our entire group. Manuel and the maintenance staff are always prompt when issues arise within the apartments. Highly recommend choosing Paseo as your choice of living!

    I have been living at Paseo for some time now and I will say it is by far the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Mariel in the front office made my application process & move-in effortless. She has also kept in touch after the fact and has proven to be an amazing leader in ensuring the community morale here is always positive. She went above & beyond to make sure I had a garage space in the same building as my unit as well. This was a main factor for me because unlike most people that just toss junk in their garages, I actually use mine and keep it very organized/clean/etc.. Being a car guy this space is just as important to me as the unit itself so I am able to have a secure place for my toys, recreational gear, and tools. Paseo easily has the biggest garage spaces available in the area. Anthony & Manuel with the maintenance staff have also been absolutely astounding as well. Anytime I have had an issue (which has been I think once, maybe twice?) they were on it like white on rice. They have always been professional, punctual, and personable with me. The residents as well have also been great and I have come to find out there are MANY people that have actually lived here for many years which is always a good sign with apartment communities along with the staff being A++. Highly recommend Paseo and I plan to stay living here until I am able to move into the larger home that will come after my time here ends.

I was given a tour by Renee and was impressed with her friendly and courteous service. She was eager to answer all of my questions. She explained all the amenities this place had to offer!     I have enjoyed my stay at Paseo! Quiet, friendly property with fabulous property managers! Mariel Rivera is honest, genuine, and such a sweet lady! When I moved into my unit it was immaculate. Cheers to the management team. I have been told that the property is an older one, but I truly could not notice any signs of age! My friend who has more rental experience than me was also surprised. Which is truly saying a lot about the tenets and upkeep of the property from the management staff over the years. Location, gym, square footage of my unit, and size of the property have been great wins for me. So glad that I chose Paseo.

    We just moved in Paseo apartment a couple of weeks ago. And we had a wonderful experience. It is pretty convenient to rent the apt here. To avoid virus, I requested a virtual tour. Great thanks to Mariel who is so nice and FaceTime with me and guide the tour on a couple of apts I was interested in. The whole process is fast and efficient. My 4.5 year old son loves the swimming pool here and enjoys it very much! Highly recommend!

The staff is extremely friendly and the residents are always very cordial; its the perfect place to live if youre looking for a family friendly, fun, clean environment. The maintenance team is extremely efficient and if I had any issues, it was fixed the same day. I would highly recommend this apartment complex! Plus, its in a great location!

    My family and I enjoy living at Paseo at Bee Cave. The staff is friendly and are always updating its residents on anything and everything having to do with the apartment complex whether it be an upcoming event, changes to the office hours or construction areas to avoid. They also host several great neighborhood events to help their residents get to know one another. The maintenance staff are also great. They respond to maintenance requests fast and fix the problems in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend anyone thinking about making the move here to definitely schedule a tour with one of our wonderful staff members.

    My water heater busted and within minutes my apartment was flooded. Thankfully I was home when it happened. The Maintenance Service Manager- Dylan responded quickly, getting the water off in minutes. He contacted the water extraction team immediately! All on a Saturday morning. Thank you Dylan.The Manager- Angelica and Maintenance Supervisor - Ezra scheduled the restoration and I was able to move back into my apartment within 6 days!!!Thanks everyone for following up my emergency situation.

    This is an amazing property - out in the hill country of Austin with great views and beautiful surroundings. What I found to be also great was that the prices were very reasonable. You have Austin properties that are much older like 20 years plus that have not updated and do not have nice finishes yet are charging high rent for just a one bedroom. I’ll pay rent but the unit has to be nice inside with nice finishes and all. Who would pay high rent for units that are old and need updating.Anne Marie has been fantastic, explaining and detailing all my questions I had. Jordan too in their office has been great. This is definitely welcoming since moving is not fun.All around - I find this property great and I visited quite a few to compare. They’ve done a great job with decor and the landscaping too.

    We have lived at Paseo 3.5 months now. We love the location! Everything you need is right here! The neighbors are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The apartments are nice and many of them, if not all, are being renovated/updated. The kitchens have granite counters and tiled backsplashes. I’m in a two bedroom and it is quite spacious. My kitchen is bigger than my sister’s kitchen in her townhouse! We love the office staff. They are all friendly and try their best to make living here comfortable and enjoyable. Cortland, the management company, regularly plans social activities to bring the Paseo community together.

    I have been staying in Paseo apartments from last 5 years. This has been a wonderful location closer to almost all daily necessities. With new Management Court lands there has been many changes and improved services. They respond very quickly to our requests and try to fix issues as soon as possible. Very friendly folks in office, always greets with smile. Package arrivals are properly notified either my email or text.Frequent Yoga, Breakfast and other social activities are conducted for building better neighborhood.

    I have lived here for the better part of two years. Overall, I would recommend. You have your typical apartment complaints, but thats what to expect with renting an apartment. I will say, the absolute best thing about this place is the location.- Conveniently located to the Galleria, across the street from an HEB.- Easily access Austin but arent too close to the craziness.- Nice amenities, not new but nicer than most in the area that we toured.- Pool is nice with a great patio/grill area.- Gym is nice, but not often kept clean. Toilet is almost never clean.- I havent had much interaction with the front office, but no complaints.- The maintenance team is fantastic & always answer in a timely manner.- The dog park is convenient, but is essentially dirt. Definitely could be better, but you are not too far away from Bee Cave Dog Park.The biggest complaint I have always had about this place is lighting and safety. For the entire time we have been here, there have been multiple car break-ins, and we had someone tried to get into our apartment shortly after COVID started. While the break-ins are in no way the apartments fault, there is a huge need for increased lighting around the entire complex. For how much rent is at the complex, I just expect more safety on the premises. I brought up the same issue with the old leasing staff and got the typical we understand, we care about your safety and we are going to fix it, but nothing was ever done.The other big downside is rent for my specific unit is going for nearly $700 more than my current lease. Thats more than 66% increase for a one bed, one bath apartment in less than a year. We will be paying the same amount in Dallas for a 2 bed, 2 bath that was build last year. Luckily, we are relocating to a different part of Texas, but even if we werent we would have to find another apartment due to the insane price jump.

    The team at Paseo is one of the most helpful, organized, and motivated I have ever seen (I have seen my fair share of unorganized and very rude office personnel in Austin). Any time I walk into their newly renovated office I feel right at home - the whole crew of Mariel, Lexi, Nakeshia, Manuel and Phoenix are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in even the most stressful situation. On top of being one of the cleanest and newest properties in town with a great staff, the apartments are well-designed for space and comfort. This property really should have 6 stars!

    I have lived here for two, almost three years and do not have one complaint. Maintenance is on top of any work order I put in, the staff I have noticed, remembers so many names and apartment numbers of tenants, and the location cant be beat. The office is staff is super polite and seems to be fair when they dont have to be, which I like a lot. Not many people post positive reviews nowadays so I felt I should. Keep it up Paseo! Thanks!

    My daughter and I moved here from Minnesota and we couldnt have picked a better place to live. Paseo at Bee Cave is an absolute beautiful property. Very safe, close to everything, and quiet. The staff is exceptional... from management to maintenance. Everyone is so kind and friendly. This was a HUGE move for my daughter and I, and we just love this area.

    I’ve been living at Paseo going on 3 years now and was here when Greystar managed the property. Every since Cortland took over this property, my experience at Paseo has been excellent. I must say that Mariel and the rest of the team has been such a great help to me. Towards the end of my lease I expressed to Mariel that I probably wouldn’t renew because of personal reasons and she immediately gave me some alternatives in regards to transferring to another unit that would best fit my needs. She didn’t throw a sales pitch or try to guilt me into staying like most people at other properties I’ve lived at but she went above and beyond helping me with the process. She’s such a great help, a positive person, and thankful that she’s on the Cortland team.

    Im a thorough apartment hunter. I usually see between 20-25 communities before deciding where to lease. I visited Paseo and Mariel and the team there made my decision on where to live incredibly easy. They were kind, attentive, and patient with my myriad of questions.During my search, I visited the property about half a dozen times and spoke to every member of the leasing team. Each was knowledgeable and genuinely excited to help me find a place. I did have the misfortune to move-in while it was raining. Mariel was there with a move-in team, working at nearly 9pm to ensure that my transition to Paseo was as smooth as possible. She even grabbed me dinner and a card as a surprise welcome home gift.There are many communities that simply cash the check each month once the lease is signed. The ladies at Paseo treat the residents like good friends and are genuinely happy to see us whenever we run into one another. Sometimes, I just go to the office to chat with them. Theyre always willing to spare some time and even better, offer snacks and laughs. I couldnt have picked a better place to live.

    I absolutely love living here! Ann Marie Cox is absolutely fabulous and the reason I chose to lease and make my home here. From initially touring me and being very knowledgeable and attentive to my smooth move in, I knew I had made the right choice. She knows residents by name and makes you feel like you truly are a valued resident. I highly recommend this property, you will not be dissapointed.     Hands down favorite property ever! The property is lovely and the office staff is curtious, knowledgeable and truly make you feel valued. Anne Marie and Jordan are always so helpful. You can’t beat he location either, shopping, food, groceries all near by. I only have positive things to say about this place. Maintenance is outstanding as well, request are always completed super quick and the property has never looked better, the new maintenance guy has turned this place around! Highly recommend!👍🏼

    I have lived at this property for 2 years and I just signed a new lease for another year. It’s in a perfect location only 15-20 from downtown and 25 minutes from the Domain. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue. They are currently doing several improvements and I’m super excited about it! Stormy, Haley, Jessica and Kim are the hardest working staff with terrific attitudes!!

    Ive been a resident for 3 years now. When I first moved in, the management was great. I can only speak for myself. If any maintenance was needed, it was taken care of the next day. New management came in this year and they seem to pick up where the prior staff left off. I dont have any complaints. They have been extremely helpful and are very friendly. They just upgraded all the apartments so that was a big plus. I have great neighbors and its very peaceful where Im located. I definitely plan on going for a 4th year.     My boyfriend and I have lived at Paseo for about 2 months now. We love it and have experienced exceptional customer service from the front office on a daily basis. Today, Neal went above and beyond and delivered extremely heavy and fragile shipments to my front door. I really appreciate his efforts, quick responses, and friendliness day in and day out. The same goes for the rest of the staff as well, cant think of a negative thing to say!

    I was looking for my first apartment. Something that can be very very stressful. I made a appointment for a walk through and was met with nothing but smiles and a very great attitude staff.Lexi helped me with everything that goes into buying a apartment, a very professional and knowledgeable walkthrough and she answered every question I needed. When I had more after I left she was swift with replies.Manuel helped me at 0300 (3:00am) in the morning when my dog locked me out and he was there in 20 minutes to get me back in. Beyond professional and a really cool guy.Now for community, at least 2-3 times a month their is something being held at the main office for all residents to meet hangout and make friends. Something sadly I don’t take part of but something I thing is awesome to have! Every one I have met has been really nice, the Dog Park is great to meet neighbors and always just enjoy having your pup run around silly.10/10 recommend.

    This is a wonderful property with a great management staff. It’s equipped with a nice workout room and pool area.I play for the San Antonio Spurs G League team and that’s a huge benefit for my development and recovery by having those amenities there to use. Also it’s around a ton of foods places, shopping mall and etc. Also the neighbors are pretty friendly too. The property is always clean and well maintained.

    This is the best property I have ever lived at! The maintenance is absolutely amazing. I believe the Maintenence guy’s name was John, he always goes above and beyond for us! In my opinion Maintenace guys can either build the property up or tear it down and it makes a huge difference in making residents happy! If you’re thinking of making this place your new home, you will not regret it!

    Absolutely enjoying my home here. The staff here are just the best! I experienced a water leak at my apartment that flooded my bedroom and dining room. A leak that was of my causing. The maintenance staff came out after hours and took care of it promptly and within a few days the carpet and wall was fixed. I could not believe how nice and calm they were about the whole situation. Thank you to all the staff.

    At the beginning of my apartment search from north Austin to Beecave I looked into these apartments and from the beginning Mariel Serrano Rivera was the first person of contact she was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I moved in late summer 2020 and I’ve really enjoyed the facility and location. Clean area outside and in. Best location in north west Austin area the complex is right across from grocery store, gas station, restaurants. I would definitely recommend Paseo in Beecave to family and friends.

    Ive lived here for almost a year. Its a great place. The staff is very friendly and very responsive to my needs. Its in a great location and very safe. No complaints here other than its a bit pricey, but everything in Austin is expensive. However, you do get what you pay for. All the nice fixtures, space, etc. I definitely recommend living here. :)

    I had to edit my review.. I had given it a 2 last summer, but since then, their service has been a lot better. I had written that their garbage disposal was picked up only once a week, and they made it better by contracting a 3rd party company that picks up the garbage (outside the apartment doors- Sun-Thursday (this way people wont fill up the disposal). Their maintenance crew was changed and they are now up to their game. We are so happy to live here, that we renewed our contract one more year.

The team there is attentive and they stay involved with their residents making sure that all their needs are met, giving the residents at PASEO a sense of community.     Lexi is the absolute best person to handle anything you need to be addressed. I had a leak in my bathroom and speaking with the staff Mariel Phoenix and Nakeshia all responded with great concern and fixed our issues immediately: I have lived at Paseo for 2.5 years and wouldn’t ever consider living anywhere else. The private drive to the shops at the galleria is just the best thing I could ever imagine. Paseo is the only apartment complex to be at!!

    My husband and I had viewed these apartments 3 years ago when we had to relocate for his job and it wasn’t as great as it is now. We recently moved here about a year ago and the 2 bedrooms are much more spacious than the townhome we came from! The office staff is nice and much more attentive than expected. The management is quick to respond to any problems we have and we’re also loving the upgrades! It’s worth the price being close the galleria. It’s conveniently close to literally everything lol. I recommend everyone looking into this place.

    Paseo has an amazing location. The property sits right next door to the Hill Country Galleria AND the Shops at The Galleria. Its also across the street from H-E-B. As a former resident, I loved how beautiful and quiet the community was. This is the best place to live for anyone considering relocating to the area.     This is my first apartment living and I was very apprehensive. Especially since I had to do everything online since I was relocating from NC. After much searching I narrowed it down to 3 different apt complexes. Of the 3, Mariel at Paseo at Bee Cave was the most helpful. She was very responsive to all my concerns and questions, so I decided this was the right one. I moved in 2 months ago and have no regrets. The location, staff, and residents are wonderful. I wont lie and say all is perfect but nothing ever is...lol. I would definitely recommend Paseo at Bee Cave and Mariel Serrano Rivera.

    The Lake Travis area has many apartment complexes new and older. Paseo by Cortland in Bee Cave stands out from the masses. It has many nice and spacious apartments with smart layouts. The greenbelt views are calming. The grounds are nice to walk and/or bike around. Neighbors are friendly and watchful. The Cortland staff is responsive and truly cares. Since taking over the property a couple of years ago, Cortland continues improvements from remodeling the clubhouse to adding more community activities. One of the best benefits of living in PASEO is location location location. Its home to the best school district in Austin, Lake Travis ISD.
