What an amazing apartment these are. I live here for about 2 years now and I haven’t been any more happy. Super clean , quite well taken care of and plus a wonderful location. Even with the staff , what a wonderful team they have. Especially the front desk lady name Gabby, what a sweetheart she is, always helps and have an excellent customer service. 100% recommend going to her.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful the property Manager Ms.Cicely went out of her way on more than one occasion to assist me with finding the help I needed with an issue I was having when she could have easily said it wasn’t her problem or job to assist me also the the leasing agent Gabby has also been a God send to this community she is making sure that the maintenance issues are being handled in a timely order they in a combine effort, or making our grounds beautiful and I’m loving the new community events. They are coming up with. It’s times that I have called and wasn’t able to reach anyone due to them being on the property or speaking to someone in the office I realize that it’s only two people in the office and sometimes one so if I can’t get a answer over the phone, I’ll make it my business to walk to the front and speak with them in person where they are always welcoming

Gabby helped me get the place I am currently staying in. I couldnt be more thankful and grateful for the help she gave me. This place is the nicest place I have stayed in a while. The location is close to me school and work. Plus there is park near us. And this place has its own parks as well. This couldnt have been a better decision, for me and my family. This is my starting of my 4th week in Houston and she confirmed that this is my new home. Thank you Gabby and bless this place.

I recently moved out of this complex and let me tell you I was sad! this is a hidden gem ! Let me start with the ladies in the front Nikki is the manager and she is a total sweetheart she truly cares about her residence and makes you feel like family you can go to her with anything and shell take care of you same goes with ruby shes the assistant manager and they are truly a perfect team ! The maintenance people are very fast on service the main guy speaks both English and Spanish so no language barrier hes a good guy and will take good care of you same goes for everyone else . The complex is one of the cleanest nicest ones I ever lived in let alone seen so far ! they stay on top of the landscaping it looks better than most people front yards they have 2 large pools that are never crowded a playground a dog park and a picnic area all in this little complex its has a great atmosphere its really really quiet a real sense of community here not just a place to live . I highly recommend you go and take a tour and just walk the property youll be sold in a great location the units are big and spacious I mean the list goes on . I will definitely try to move back here in the future

Ive been living here a few months now. This place is amazing. The apartment itself is nice and roomy. Maintenance is always working hard to keep the community beautiful. The management will definitely work with you. When I had a small issue, they were very patient with me. They are very professional here. Genesis works very hard and helped get me all moved in! The community itself is nice. I feel safe here. Despite the extreme loud noise at the park area (which are mainly children playing all day long :) )I highly recommend this community!

A very nice, quiet, and beautiful apartment complex. My air conditioner got hit and destroyed by unknown driver. I didnt even get it reported and before you know it, they got it fixed with a new set just working perfectly better. But need to improve a little bit more by dispatching our monthly bill quite early. I will rate your performance with a 4 star review.

I went and randomly popped it unannounced with my boyfriend for a tour of these apartments. Mrs. Nikki was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. What I think was the most touching part of the experience was that she took the time to show us several apartments and did not make us feel rushed. She answered all of our questions. When I expressed my fear about the neighborhood she shared with me that it was a safe place and she knew all of her residents. She discussed prices and was just so helpful. When people tour apartments they do not want to feel like a burden and she really was patient. Thank you so much. Even though we went with a different complex, we will remember how welcomed you made us feel :)

They offer regular and upgraded units with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beveled cabinet doors. Some units also have double balconies. They also offer alternative flooring options which was a plus bc I dont like carpet. The leasing terms are also flexible.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for a couple of years now and we love this complex! They are committed to providing great service, cleanliness and nice amenities. From the office staff to the maintenance crew, we greatly appreciate the work they put in to make this complex nice to live in!

Ive lived here at P@B for 10 mos and Im so pleased. My home is remodeled with wooden floors, new kitchen appliances and beautifully laid out. I feel so safe and secure here not to mention Mz Nikki. Shes such a wonderful and Christian woman of God. When I 1st met her we established a friendship and it hasnt changed a bit. The maintenance gentlemen are just awesome. Theyre professional and fix everything right away. I cant say enough about my new family and home.

Living here has been an amazing experience. Office staff is always helpful, maintenance is never a problem they get the job done. And if you do have a problem management will walk the unit and make sure your taken care of. I would highly recommend Parque at Bellaire apartments to my friends and family..

This complex is beautiful. The staff is wonderful, friendly and professional. I LOVE my apartment. The floor plan is big and beautiful. I plan to stay here for a long time. The maintenance is amazing, they keep the complex beautiful. I love it here.

I lived at parque at bellaire for 5 years already ,really loving all changes that this new team has brought to the property since may 2023 , property is always very clean , office staff very helpful , and great communication staff.. gabby is always helping with everything and she make you you feel very welcome when you go to the office , the manager cece is the best manager we had have and very helpful, to great maintenance

I moved to these apartments 4 months ago. Miss Gaby is very attentive to develop her work and looks for a way to help us with any problem we have. She is a lady who is very attentive to her work. That type of person needs to be evaluated in the office.
