I want to thank this wonderful apartment staff for helping me when I needed it the most. They made me feel like I was at home before I was at home! They went over and beyond with perfection to make sure their tenants were satisfied, and happy. Mrs Devin, I can never thank you enough. You would absolutely love the floor plans and great prices here. I highly recommend anyone to make this your new home, just as I did.

I love my place and I love the budget and the area is awesome and it’s so quiet over here

Joanna & Devin are the best!!! They made my process smooth. They both communicate very very well. Quick responses and understanding. Very flexible with time and dates of when you want to move in.. thank you both for being understanding and human.

Ive lived here before unforntaley moved back to fort worth but returned back just recently, my rent is $640. You do have to pay water which is divided between your building section, and you also pay for your electric luckily I found a cheap service and the most I paid for electric was $40. And you also pay for pest, waste and trash. Luckily I have a sky light so that saves me money for light usage, when I first moved in I did see one roach but the maintenance worker came and filled a hole with foam and sprayed around. When I do place a work order in they fix it immediately! Been here for little over a month and I must say I do enjoy living here, my 6 year old wanted me to include this tell the people they should build a playground so we dont have to drive anywhere. The women in the office I love with all my heart they are very sweet and amazing and they better never leave haha. This is a perfect little spot for my daughter and I but soon would love to move into a 2 bedroom here so my daughter can have her own space. Any single moms with one child hit this place up, Hope this review helps someone out in the world 😊

Shelyn Aikens is really great and understanding to work with. She has helped and been supportive with issues I may have had. Parkwood is a nice and quite place to live. Its affordable and nice area with great employees.

Property is well maintained. Devin is a great manager. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Joanna is kind and prompt at responding back. I highly recommend.

Parkwood Square Estates was my very first apartment and I loved every moment of it. The management there is amazing. They listen to your concerns and if you need maintenance they come same day (in my experience). I lived at my apartment for 3 years and the area has always been pretty quiet. I loved that there were two parks within walking distance that I could go to. I enjoyed living at my apartment, had I not gotten a new job in a different city I would’ve stayed longer.

Love living here. Second floor and up have washer dryer in the apartments. Our area is quiet and all of us and neighbors know each other and we dont tolerate drug dealers, and the office doesnt renew the drug dealers lease. Like I said, its really nice to live here.

The money hungry manager was replaced by a wonderful lady! Very kind. The only thing Id wanna say to renters is be aware that there is a large window and you can hear outside easily. Also the skylight makes the rain very loud. Loved living here once new management came. Never bug problems either

I moved in about 3 months ago. Its really quiet everyone is really nice. You definitely cant believe all of the negative reviews that were posted on here. If I would have went by the reviews I wouldnt have moved in.. I have no roaches and Manager Sheliah hasnt shown me any form of being a racist at all.. If you are looking for an affordable apartment you will love this place.

The office staff here is wonderful! I have lived here a month now and they are the number one reason why I pick parkwood to move i to. They have been on top of everything since I moved in. They are always there to answer any question I may have. Plus the one bed room is super cute and spaced out to where you dont feel like your in a small box w no room. Im happy to call Parkwood home.

I like where i live. I love sheila she is sweet and always helps. I dont have any other problems except my neighbor parks in my spot all the time. But i plan to renew my lease and move in a 2 bedroom :)

Nice quiet complex but if you looking to enjoy the pool dont bother. Everybody pool open but this one as of June 21. I dont understanding why every year there is a delay in opening. We pay faithfully every month...If a new pool is needed, just install/build another one

Lived here for a year, didnt have any issues with management. Maintenence was great. Any time I needed something fixed Luis would visit shortly after calling. Overall I was happy with this property.

My son and I live here. We absolutely enjoy it! It is a peaceful, sweet little home. Management is incredibly sweet and very friendly!
