New property manager Jaime and maintenance man Wendell have stayed on top of things for us. I can not compliment them enough for catering to our complaints and needs in a timely manner. We worried about move in at first due to poor communication with a previous property manager, but Jaime arrived shortly after our move in date. She has always picked up the phone and returned emails. 🙏🏻 The main reason we wanted in these rentals were 1) the price 2) the location 3) acceptance of pets- which seems to be hard to find with rentals these days. My daughter has made many friends here in this small community and I think that’s what makes me the happiest. I am so happy we were able to get into this place with the way the housing market was going. This place has truly been a blessing.
