My last day at Parkside will be on Sunday and it sounds dramatic but I’ll be mourning.Due to a set of unforeseen circumstances (you plan, God laughs, they say) I’ll be moving back to Boston for a little bit. That being said, I leave Parkside and Richardson knowing that my time here has been absolutely wonderful!Susan, Tony, and Jose to name a few have been truly phenomenal from their customer service to their professionalism. Every maintenance request I put in was taken care of within a day — sometimes even on the same day. The grounds are clean and the area quiet. Neighbors are friendly and not too overwhelming. The staff goes above and beyond to show they care about you feeling safe and at home here. They throw monthly events to bring the community together. And you simply can’t beat this location!! The neighborhood is quiet and I never once felt unsafe living as a single woman.I’m moving on to a new chapter but I will forever treasure the time spent in this one. Thank you, Parkside, for helping make my last year in Dallas (for now) one of the best.

I stayed in a 3-bedroom townhouse here for a year, and it was an amazing experience! The property management team is outstanding—like having a friendly and helpful neighbor always there to assist.The community itself is wonderful, offering a peaceful and welcoming environment. Management goes above and beyond to foster a sense of community by organizing fun weekend activities, such as free bubble teas, pizza nights, and other engaging events. It truly made the place feel like home.Overall, if youre looking for a great place to live with excellent management and a vibrant, supportive community, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Parkside Towns has been the best rental experience my wife and I have had. Susan and her team communicate well from the beginning and work hard to make tenants feel at home. Jose, Sergio, and Julio are very personable and quick to fix any issues in the units. The community is kept very clean, and we took advantage of the pool and gym the entire time we lived there. Overall a very quiet and safe place to live. If youre looking for a spot to rent in Richardson, this is it!

I absolutely love living here. Been here for almost four years now and it has been nothing short of amazing. Susan is the main manager at Parkside. She is super attentive, kind and caring. I highly suggest saying hi to her whenever you see her. The maintenance staff (Sergio and Jose) are great. Whenever theres an issue, theyll be there to check it out within 24 hours. In emergencies, staff and maintenance respond within minutes. The common areas are always clean, everyone has their dogs leashed and are also long time residents. The pool is a little small but its always clean too. Most of the Floorplans are laid out decently, with the two level 2 bedroom ones being the best.

Best leasing office ever. We had minor issues with the blinds, some outlets not working, etc but the maintenance is very prompt and the people who work here are so kind and helpful that it outweighs any negatives. I would absolutely recommend living here.

We were residents for almost 9 years and had a wonderful experience. The mgmt & maint team were helpful & responsive when we needed anything, The property was always maintained well, with updates large & small. And the special tenant experiences of food & fun was always appreciated & creative. We only moved to accommodate the need for a 4th bedroom.

Absolutely loved and will miss Parkside towns. Susan and Genet were very accommodating and understanding of anything that ever came up and ensured quality service every time they set up an event or get together. Whether you’re a single person or a family looking to stay in these wonderful town homes I say ABSOLUTELY DO IT!! Cannot recommend park side towns enough and the friendly neighbors/friends I made while living there!

I enjoyed my time at Parkside Towns. I lived there from 2020 to 2023. Susan (the property manager) is great! The staff members are always responsive, friendly, and ready to assist. Its a quiet, well-kept community. The location is prime with easy access to a wide array of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. The maintenance team is pretty amazing as well. Their quick and efficient resolution of issues is truly commendable and contributes to a stress-free living experience.

Normally I have very few positive things to say about apartment complexes, but I do this time. I lived at Parkside Towns for just over a year and it was a great experience. I did have some issues with the AC, fridge, and garage door, but staff was always responsive, maintenance was very quick/effective. They fixed my AC, replaced my fridge, and had a third party out to work on my garage door on the same day each maintenance request was made.More than anything else, this complex/staff are honest. I make it a point to leave apartments in very good shape, and I have always received a refund on my deposits. However, that refund usually comes after 1-3 months of delays and ridiculous arguments about professional cleaning. Parkside Towns sent me my full deposit back (without any prompting) within two weeks of my moveout date. In my opinion, that speaks volumes their operation and the integrity of everyone involved.TLDR: This is a good place to live that will treat you fairly, respect your time, and have your back if/when things break.

I lived at Parkside Towns from June 2015 to February 2019. It was the first place I lived when I moved to Dallas. While there, they went through an owner/management change 3 months after I moved in & I was immediately nervous the complex would go downhill; it didn’t! The staff was always stellar, the maintenance was always completed within 24 hours, it’s a clean, quiet, cozy & friendly place to live. Dog owners even pick up their dogs poop! It’s convenient to 75, 635 & DNT. I enjoyed my stay there!

The apartment complex is a beautiful complex with amazing staff. During my 3 years, there were few small maintenance issues that quickly resolved. The community events are superb, and the staff are very professional! During the ice storm, the staff remained onsite to assist tenants with any problems.

I have lived at Parkside Towns for almost 3 years. They are a great property to live if you are looking for a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Property is well maintained. Service requests are handled in a responsive manner always. I am so grateful for the property managers & the maintenance staff. Highly recommend you check out this gem tucked between Lennox & Home Depot.

This is such a great place to live, definitely my all time favorite leasing experience. It isnt an apartment community but rather town homes. We had a 1400 square foot 2 bed/2 bath with high ceilings and it was immaculate. Washer/dryer was included. The sound proofing is top notch. We never heard our next door neighbors. The community itself is pretty quiet. Its a mix of families/professionals/older college students. Utility bills were very reasonable. Maintenance team is fantastic and quick to respond. Management team is the best around. Friendly, helpful, and professional. The amenities are minimal as it was never intended to be an apartment complex. The pool is very small as is the workout room. They do host events for the residents that are really cool. We lived there for 18 months and have nothing but an exceptional experience.

I lived here for 3 years when I relocated to the Dallas area. The complex is beautiful and clean. It is quiet, cozy and the property is well maintained. Everyone from the managers Suzanne and Genet to the maintenance crew is friendly and courteous. There are shops everywhere and when I had family visit, they were always impressed and kept coming back because my home becomes their vacation spot , that’s how cozy this place is. It’s not only about the complex but the surroundings as well. Don’t want to take my word for it? Take a drive over there and go see for yourself!!

I have lived at Parkside Towns for 7 years. The units are great and constantly being updated. Plus, there are garages attached! The community is secure and most of the neighbors are very friendly. Susan, Genet, and Tony in the office are great! If you have any questions or concerns- they are very personable and have an answer. Location is great: in-between Frisco and Downtown.

We have lived here several years. Everything has been great with the exception of the landscaping which is why I gave 4 stars. The landscaping has always been subpar but the last couple of years it has gone down even more. The landscaping around the entrance to the complex as well as around the pool and office look beautiful. The rest of the complex…not so much.

Ive been here going on a year and it has been a great property that is well maintained with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. My unit was in like new condition when I moved in and I know the work they put into preparing each space for new tenants. New paint, carpet, etc. The few service requests Ive had were handled efficiently by on site maintenance who take great care of the buildings and grounds. If youre looking for a resort style pool, thats the only shortcoming but its close to a pond (dont swim in there) and trails at UTD for running and biking. Also walking distance to restaurants and grocery needs. If youre looking for townhouse living in this area, Parkside is a fantastic option.

A great place to live. The neighborhood is a mixture of families and college kids who are all friendly. The location is great for students with two bus stops within walking distance, campus 15 minutes by foot, plus target and food options nearby. Maintenance was always helpful and the folks at the front office were always friendly and polite! We moved closer to downtown for the convenience, but Ive already recommended Parkside to some of my friends who are headed to grad school.

Grat place to live, small and quaint community. Units are well appointed, energy efficient and well maintained. Management and maintenance teams are very responsive to requests and repairs, you always hear from them by the next business day.Since its a very small community, expect small amenities, like pool & gym.Proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and schools is the biggest plus, RISD and UTD are within longer walk but reachable quite easy.We like this place so much that after 3 years, were sticking around some more.This place would be true 5-stars if the amenities were a bit larger, but hard to give only a half-star! We like it here!

When I decided to set foot in TX in March of 2021, the first thing was looking for a place to stay. I was looking at several and luckily, I ended up extending talks with Parkside towns. Starting with Susan Baskins (manager), Genet (assistant manager), they absolutely made sure I wasnt rushed into a decision and stepped me thru everything I needed to know (even things such as water filtration, snow storm in Feb, etc - they werent affected by the storm by the way) and made me feel welcomed. Due to pandemic, I didnt get a chance to actually visit and saw only pictures and had to rely on the information theyre providing thru emails, phone calls and I really felt assured of Id be in a very good place for me and my family of 4 for indefinite (at that time) amount of time . So much love and appreciation! (Thank you!).From then on, for a year that I stayed, they met and exceeded my strict expectations and Ive told them 6, 7 times Ive visited the office, that Ive appreciated their staff and excellent care theyre providing.Sergio, Jose (maintenance) are absolute joy to have in the house for repairs, maintenance. They respected our privacy, request for our house rules (taking off shoes, etc) and their workmanship was just top notch (they came within 10 - 15 min typically and got done pretty much on the average of 20 min - fixing faucet leaks, drains, brining new fridge, getting rid of a bee hive in the balcony, and even changing the light bulbs). I tell you, this has been the best time of my life as far as maintenance of a home (ZERO).Now, they also have ice cream truck, pizza, pies for every resident several times a year and (I even went for the 2nd for ice cream..).I wouldve loved to stay here forever if it werent for my angle for retirement plan but Id absolutely, positively recommend this place to everyone and anyone.Thank you Parkside townhomes team!

I absolutely love living in these townhomes. This is going on our fourth year of living in them. I feel extremely safe and never worry about any issues being taken care of. Susan and Jacelynn are wonderful and will do anything they can to accommodate and keep their residents happy. Very friendly neighbors. I feel the safety of being in a gated, muti-resident area with the feel of a housing neighborhood. This is not your typical rental experience. I cannot say enough positives things about Parkside Towns.

This is a beautiful townhomes community managed by the most professional and courteous and caring staff. Jenae ,Susan and Branford are the best!!Every once in a while the leasing office hosts very nice parties too!Have been living here since 2014 and I will highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a peaceful well maintained and safe community.Its doggy and kitty friendly too :)Nice gym , a good walking and biking track around the community.More than 20 stores are within a 1 mile radius of the community too!

Parkside towns is a beautiful complex which is extremely well run. the town houses are modern and new and the management are very friendly and helpful. the maintenance staff are excellent and always available. it is perfectly located just off coit road and walking distance to shops and restaurants. the neighbors are very quiet and respectful of each other and the kids in the complex play together after school. its extremely clean and well maintained.

Miss Susan has to be the second coming of Jesus lol. I have lived here 2.5 years and it has been the best experience with management hands down. Property is always clean and It’s quiet. They also have different vendors that come out and they feed you. Move here! It’s worth it!

The best managment ever. We all know how terrible the office people usually are in almost every complex.. you might have a nice place, but when you need something fixed.. they dissaper.. well, this is not the case with Susan and her team. 5* experience. If I did not have to leave for medical school.. i would probalby never leave :) Neighbors are nice and friendly and besides that loud motorcycle ( mine :) ) it is a quite and safe place.
