    Can’t say enough good things about the staff and the property!I got a chance to speak with Luis and Darryl - both were very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to!Very pleased with how friendly the whole staff was! Very welcoming & eager to answer all the questions I had.Their supervisor Luis was also incredibly helpful! Property was very clean, amenities are well kept and the actual units are spacious, clean & affordable! I would definitely recommend.

    I just moved in during Christmas time and I have all but good things to say about this apt complex. The staff is so attentive and takes care of any questions you have within a matter of minutes. I was so nervous as this is my first apartment on my own but i love😍it so much and the process was so quick and easy! The maintenance staff is also so quick at responding to work orders and making sure everything is top notch. I WILL be referring my friends and family here:)

    The property itself is beautiful obviously, and I love my apartment!! The kitchen is the main reason why I leased lol I love to cook and needed a larger island and cabinet space!! The property manager is the best! He’s so nice and takes care of everything we need. We love seeing everyone in the office when I’m there getting mail or working out. They’re always so nice to me and my family. Definitely would recommend to any friends, family and peers!

    Honestly, I havent had any major issues here. The encounters I have with the office has always been pleasant. Maintenance team is great, the longest I had to wait for a request was a couple days for my washing machine, but once I went in the office, maintenance came by same day and fixed the issue with no problem. The property is always well-maintained and I see the maintenance team every morning while they check around and clean up. I never had an issue with a break-in or car theft on my side of the property so I cant speak on that.I did take off a star because I have been having problems with roaches since I moved in, in April. It is Texas, so I expected to see them but not as frequently as I have been seeing them. I have pest control come out almost every week to the point they said I have to wait a couple weeks so the roaches dont become immune to the spray. We concluded they must be coming from my dishwasher or behind my fridge. I wouldnt really blame the office for this as its more of a structural issue as roaches can get through the smallest cracks or crevices. (If there is anything you guys could do to help I would appreciate it because I am deathly terrified of these huge roaches)However, the unit themselves are constructed nicely and are spacious, and in my opinion, align with the rent prices. Again, I always had a pleasant experience with the staff.Ill give an update when Im closer to the end of my lease, but so far 7/10.

    I’ve been here almost 3mon, i had a difficult situation and Daryl literally helped me to the best of his ability!! Im sure it was a little stressful but he showed no harsh emotions. He was calm and super nice and sweet every single time! The apartment itself is lovely and cozy!! I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else! And it takes alot to leave a review from me… and the maintenance team is 💯 they come immediately!!!

    I called the office last week, Daryl answered the phone. He seems really nice. We scheduled a tour. The amenities are so nice there. Unfortunately, we had a change in location and we were not able to move forward. But Daryl was very understanding. It was a very positive experience.

    These apartments are awesome. They are very well maintained and the staff is top tier. As a carrier/customer , I always feel welcomed and appreciated. Past tenants and coworkers have raved about these apartments from the amenities and accommodations. Also its conveniently located for grocery shopping and other eateries. I would recommend Park Place Apartments if you are looking for your next living space.

    Honestly a great apartment complex with amazing prices. The selling point is definitely the staff! Andrea and Nick are always extremely helpful and courteous. Truly feels like you’re being taken care of by a friend. I don’t think I have enough good words to describe how amazing they are.The maintenance team on site is the best I’ve ever encountered!! They definitely deserve a recognition. All issues are addressed in such a timely and professional manner. Guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. In conclusion, people working here care about their residents and it shows!

    The staff here is so great and were very helpful! Andrea was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Luis the manager was so pleasant to speak to as well! I went in for a tour and it’s such a gorgeous property and the friendly staff made it very welcoming! 10/10 recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new place to call home!

    Update 3 months later: we still love it. Overall, quiet if you dont live near the pool. Take note: did not flood at all during HarveyJust over a week now and I must say, we are very happy. The apartment (A3) is beautiful. We chose the top floor. We love the amenities and the washer/dryer in unit. Feels like home already. My only real complaint is that everyones front door slams. Everything else is fantastic.

    Ive lived in this community for almost 2 years, and Ive had a great experience overall. Pleasant and helpful staff with clear and regular communication PLUS everyone is kind, and its never too loud or busy around here. Maintenance is always very quick to respond, and they go above and beyond to make sure things are working and looking the best possible. Its been one of my favorite apartments to live in!I specifically have to share my experience from last week during Winter Storm Uri. All across Texas people were without water and electricity for days in freezing temperatures. Though we also experienced prolonged power outages and no water for many days, the wonderful staff kept us regularly up-to-date with multiple e-mails per day with whatever information that they had. I was so thankful to know what was happening while I was staying with friends in The Woodlands who thankfully had power and water. I wasnt expecting the superior level of communication that we received during the week, but it was so helpful and my new standard for apartment communities! They also scheduled the trash services to come collect our trash earlier than usual on the day that weather conditions were safe which was a huge help since I had to clear out my refrigerator from spoiled food due to the loss of power.Thanks again to the great staff at Parkside Place!

    The Staff in the office was courteous. Especially the manager Martha. Upon my tour, she was very knowledgeable and professional. The property itself was breathtakingly well kept. The big seller for me was the swimming pool as we are approaching the Summer months. Im a HUGE swimmer .

    I was a resident for almost 5 years and pricing and location were great. Jonathan always handled any issues I had as well as maintenance. Parking was once an issue but got better in the last couple years. Smooth move out process. Would recommend this community to anyone looking in the spring area.

    Beautiful community with great prices! The apartments look modern and include washer and dryers! From the manager, Martha to Jonathan, Andrea and Nick, they make you feel at home! Very friendly. Maintenance is very efficient. Everything is near by, from Kroger to Walmart to 99, even Old Town Spring. Don’t pass out, highly recommend.

    I lived here for 2 years and only moved out because of work. The front desk is very responsive and professional and the areas are kept clean and presentable. All maintenance requests were handled promptly and thoroughly. I was not overcharged when moving out. The only drawback to me was the lack of guest parking and having to get guest passes, but this is not a big issue if you plan ahead. This is one of the best apartment complexes in the area and I highly recommend it.

    I currently live here been here for about a year now. And I have nothing but good things to say! I’ve never had any type of issues, front desk people are very helpful and go the extra mile to help with any concerns/questions I may have and a big shoutout to the maintenance team they are always on top of their game! I put in a maintenance request and by the next day I get home and everything that was requested was fixed! Sad to be leaving due to work being a bit far. But 10/10 reccomend Parkside place!

    We lived here for 2.5 years and only left because we bought a house. It was the longest I have stayed in an apartment and my favorite apartment in the Houston area.Pros:Many units have yards. I don’t know of any other apartment complex in the area that offers yards.Lots of floor plans to pick from.They try a lot harder to keep the grounds clean than other complexes I’ve lived in. People are still gross, and there will still be messes, but they are constantly cleaning and power washing the concrete here.The staff were great the few times I did have an issue.Cons:There is one dumpster for this entire complex. Get an apartment by the dumpster so you don’t have to walk far if you have trash on the weekends.There is no guest parking. Guests can park anywhere before 6 pm, but if they will be over later than that, you have to go get a pass. They limit the amount of passes. I’d much rather they paint a few spaces for guests than go ask for a pass every time.

    I have lived at this community for 2+ years and love my home/space. I have found my interactions with all of the staff members pleasant and productive. They know my name, and they love on my pup. Overall, I would recommend this community to others looking to live in this area as it is safe, of good value, and feels like home.However, I want to share specifically my experiences from this past week during Winter Storm Uri that have changed my good experiences here to be GREAT ones. Throughout the city of Houston, we experienced catastrophic power outages and water shortages this week due to the storm that left many of us without electricity and water for days in very frigid temperatures. Although we were not immune to these problems here at Parkside, I have to say that the staff members went above and beyond to communicate to us daily (some days, we received multiple emails) with whatever updates they had. There wasnt always good news, but I was grateful to know what was happening and not sit wondering Is it just my apartment? Should I be calling someone? I wonder whats going on... Having the information and support (even virtually!) from the community was helpful for me during a very challenging week. I wasnt expecting the level of communication I received this week, but it was hugely comforting and beneficial. Thank you!Also... Thank you for letting us use the pool water to flush our toilets. Who knew I would be so grateful for that option!

    Just want to say management has always been all point along with maintenance. Also, when it comes to complaints pertain to loud noise issues and smell issues, remember folks contact either police or the courtesy officer if there available. Also, yes bad things happen, but folks come and go and attract bad activity that the apartment has no control of. Thats why the folks that were involved with bad incidents probably no longer reside here. Also, the more folks that open there eye while the courtesy officer conducts patrol, you probably should provide information to the courtesy officer or on duty police to prevent further incident so all residents will feel safe. Alert the courtesy officer or Harris County Precicnt 4 Constables Office, NOT THE FRONT OFFICE. Enjoy your stay at Parkside.

    The Parkside Place team are incredible! We have lived here for over a year and Kim, Stephanie, Tino, and Jonathan have always been very friendly, professional, polite, and helpful during every interaction we have had with them. It is apparent that they strive to make us feel truly at home and comfortable in our apartment. They have been very responsive to any concerns or questions we have brought to their attention and have responded reliably and quickly, whether through email, text, or returning calls. I simply cannot express how pleased we have been with the positivity and the welcoming atmosphere that the Parkside Place team have created. We have had a few minor maintenance requests, as with any apartment, and we have been extremely happy with the timeliness of maintenance response, the quality of maintenance work, and how easy it has been to communicate directly with the maintenance team when needed. If you are considering an apartment in Spring, TX, I highly recommend that you tour Parkside Place and meet the staff!

    Parkside Place EmployeesDuring the recent several days without power, you have each stepped up. From putting garage doors on manual to keeping us informed and being available when you didnt have power at home, you have been professional and amazing.Though the trash situation was not your fault, you kept cool heads and within a very reasonable time when power was restored, the situation was resolved.I know the management of a large complex like Parkside can lose quality as years go by. Each of you have made it easy to brag about the quality of our management team.Thank you all, even when my service request is an embarrassing 10 second show and tell for a switch.     I have lived at Parkside Place since March 2019 and love it here. I have nothing but positive experience with the staff in the office. They are friendly, resourceful and will go out of their way to assist you however they can. They are very responsive to inquiries and questions that Ive had as well. I have even had a positive experience with the Maintenance process and staff. I was blown away as the rapid service I received the very first time I submitted a service request. The Maintenance staff is also very friendly and helpful. They have been able to help me with every request Ive made. The ease of making rent payments is great. I enjoy being able to simply log in to an app, make the payment, and go on with my day. All that aside, the quality of the living space is very high. I definitely think that I am getting a good quality apartment for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this complex and making it your next home!

    I lived in Parkside place for 4 years . Today I turned in my keys . These 4 years have been great . From moving in to move out , I have never had any issues in this community. I have always had quiet neighbors. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance if you have any issues always responds in a timely manner . Everyone in the office .. Kim , Tino and Jonathan have always been so professional and sweet . My only suggestion for anyone new moving in is please get a garage or covered parking . Parking can get hectic in the evenings . I will miss Parkside! A great community to live in

He made sure if we had any sort of concerns at all that they were tended to immediately. Both units I stayed in were beautiful and well kept and always pretty quiet. The location is absolutely perfect and I’ll always recommend this complex!

    Jonathan, Valentino, and the rest of leasing team have been such a joy, and they are always going the extra mile. They are extremely friendly with both new prospects, and residents alike. Also the maintenance team is exceptional and my work orders are always completed in a timely manner. Parkside Place does a great job of keeping the grounds neat, grass cut, and power washing the walkways. I have truly enjoyed my year and half here.

    I have to say, I am extremely happy since I moved in this past month. I love my kitchen area and the amenities in it. The pool area is amazing specially now that still feels like summer out there. The office is personnel is courteous and kind.     My experience with Parkside Place Apartments has been nothing but excellent. I have been a resident for about 3 months now and have no complaints. What made Parkside stand out from other locations, aside from the beautiful property, was the staff. The entire staff here is very professional, polite and attentive - specifically Jonathan and Tino, who I usually interact with. Jonathan was my leasing agent and is outstanding at his job, 10/10 recommend him.Additionally, anytime I have had a maintenance issue it is always addressed in a timely manner, if not the same day. Definitely consider Parkside Place if youre looking for a new place to live - its by everything!

    This will be my first ever review on Google. So far, I have really had a great time at this complex. I just re-leased for another 15 months after the first lease we had was exactly what we wanted in a living space. I have never had problems with the apartment staff -- they have always been generous and helpful whenever Ive approached them -- however there are some policies I wish they would readdress (like allowing multiple gate remotes per family if the family wishes to pay for them).The location is absolutely superb if you are a family with only one car. Very good access to bus routes/schools for kiddos, great selection for grocery shopping nearby (Kroger/HEB/Walmart/Sprouts), multiple places to dine at within walking distance, beautiful courtyard and awesome hammocks. Its a pretty good area to just lay back and relax. There are plenty of emergency services nearby and they are super quick to respond if you must call them.Currently, the only reason that my review is 4 stars vs. 5 at this point in time is that my current building has received a few new tenants within the past 3 months. Now, it seems like every week we have police officers outside of my building. While that speaks volumes to the response time of said officers/emergency services, Im withholding my 5 star review until I can feel a bit more safe in my building again.Overall, a pretty good place; minus a few small hiccups.

    Im fairly new, been here for about a month. Ive noticed the office is typically busy...which I assume would be a good explanation saying the management is terrible.It isnt terrible...they are always busy showing properties and dealing with whatever else could possibly be going on. I didnt find it to inconvenience me in any way. I was on a bit of a time schedule and in addition to getting a great deal from the manager herself, I was moved in within the time frame I was needing. They even gave me a little move in gift which I thought was a nice touch.So far my biggest issue has been the fence for my little backyard...my small dog can weasel his way under it. But its a trivial complaint because how many apartments offer backyards?All in all for the price you really cant beat the amenities provided. Sarah was personable and friendly and even suggested an apartment just steps from the dog park so I could take mine. For the location and price I couldnt be happier!

    Jonathan was amazing with the whole moving in process. Hes my go to guy whenever I have any problems. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are a little sensitive and Karen like its a bit busy because of 2920. But other than that. Its a pretty convenient area. The apartments themselves are very very nice from the layout to the actual design of the apartment only negative this is that the water pressure here is absolute garbage... it literally feels like Im showering with birds tears.. but in all. 5 out of 5 Id recommend thank you Jonathan and staff

    I moved into this apartment complex last summer, and I have loved it! Tino in the front office was amazing and not too pushy when giving us a tour. My apartment building and the complex has always been clean, the bathtubs are huge, and there’s plenty of space to enjoy the weather(or the hot sun).Maintenance requests have been fulfilled on the same day every single time and I have never had trouble getting a hold of someone in the office.I only have 2 minor issues that are manageable. First, this apartment complex is a little on the expensive side compared to complexes nearby, but you get what you pay for in safety, proximity to stores and restaurants, and apartment amenities(included washer and dryer, valet trash, etc.). The second issue I have run into is that there is very little parking after 7 or 8pm. I’m not sure how they could fix that though.Overall, this has been my first experience living in an apartment complex and I have been blown away!

    I have lived here since November 2016. Love the area it’s so close to everything. The pool is nice and so are the apartments. Previous managers have not been great but since Kim has taken over so many positive changes have happened. She is very helpful and really does care about these apartments and the residents. I’m very happy here.

    I haved lived at Parkside for nearly 6 years and I have been pretty happy. I have some wonderful neighbors that are quiet and family oriented. The apartments are pretty nice, everyone who comes , comments on how nice this complex is and how well the apartments are kept. I really like the new lighting that added! The manager (Kim) is eager to please and did an exceptional job during the freeze in February communicating with everyone by email and was onsite 24/7 to ensure everything was taken care to the absolute best of her ability. If I ever have a concern she addresses it immediately for me. The maintenance crew is the best and has been here longer than me, maintenance requests are completed quickly and they are great with my dog Mr.Biscuit. The other staff are wonderful, Jonathan, Tino, and of course Darcel. The prices are reasonable for the area, and walking distance to various restauraunts and a grocery store.     I lived there for a year. It was a good experience. The administration, specially Tino and Jonathan are amazing people. Very kind and diligent. The only two reasons I gave them 4 stars is because of parking availability and moving out charges. During the night it is very difficult to find a parking, although visitors cars cannot remain inside the building, except has a special permit. In addition, in my opinion there is a lot of charges when you move out, so, please review policies and EVERYTHING before you leave because they charge you for almost everything. For the rest, it is a good and nice place to live.

    We are experiencing the coldest temperatures ever seen in the Houston area and unprecedented power outages and water outages at this time. Kimberly Pherigo, along with all of the Parkside Management team, have been wonderful at keeping everyone informed and safe during this crazy time. With helping open garages during power outages so our residents can get to their vehicles for warmth to helping with toilet issues without water to flush, they have been amazing. I have not had to call once for assistance because we are continuously updated via email regarding any issues that may arise. I am so glad to be part of this apartment community and extremely grateful for our management. Thank you so much for all you do!

    Weve spent the last 7 months at Parkside Place. Id definitely recommend it as a great place to live; the staff is friendly and helpful, and have gone out of their way to accomodate us in various ways. Whenever weve had an issue, they tend to it quickly. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the finishes are actually nicer than a lot of new home builds weve seen. The community is generally friendly and safe, although theres a fair amount of noise coming from residents loud trucks and motorcycles. Overall, its been a great place to live. And in regard to older reviews, ask the office about it; the safety and upkeep issues from a couple years ago have clearly been dealt with.

    Tino did a great job showing me around when I first came looking for a new place very welcoming and I remember it had just rained and he was quick to grab an umbrella to keep me dry. Later throughout our application process Jonathan handled everything with A1 customer service. Could not thank him enough for going above and beyond myself and my roommate.The unit was extremely clean when we moved in legit very impressed!Only been here a few months so we look forward to experiencing the amenities more during the summer (& post COVID)The few issues weve encountered have been handled promptly. The work orders are taken care of quickly as well. The visitor parking is a bit more difficult than other places Ive experienced but if you plan accordingly you can arrange the pass and Jonathan has even hand delivered to me.It is true about the doors slamming and hearing people in the hallway but thats apartment life. Grounds are always kept clean and the area is very nice. The trash pick up company has failed a few times but I handle those complaints with them directly.

    I lived here for 16 months, clean place for the most part. Good staff, upper management is pretty impolite and obscene. However, Jonathan and Stephanie are amazing and incredibly sweet! Apts are in a good location, electric bill was never too high, even in the middle of summer. You can hear everything from the hallways in your apt though. The dog wash station was so convenient and the dog park is typically clean. Maintenance is typically punctual, however you need to make sure they did the work, there were a few times when I put in a work order and they just marked it complete, but Stephanie rectified those for me. Mostly a quiet complex; Overall, a good experience unless you have to deal with upper management.

    I moved in the last weekend in December 2018 and have enjoyed my over all experience. I lived on the SW for a while and needed to move due to flooding, wanted something different and wanted to move back to the North where I grew up. Love the floor plans, love the amenities, just over all a beautiful property! I had a wonderful experience with Jonathan and the manager Kim. Thank you both so much! I would definitely recommend Parkside Place to anyone!

    I am very impressed with the outstanding customer service both my daughter and I received during our scheduled tour. Tino greeted us both at the door upon entering, and he was very engaging with my daughter. Sometimes, adults can over look children, but Tino did not. I noticed and appreciated that. The apartment was well designed, perfect in size, and the standard features are typically considered upgrades at other properties, which is a plus. There are resort style amenities that we were both excited to see. Finding an apartment is not easy, and I am hoping these negative reviews are a thing of the past. Overall, we really liked the complex and treatment not only by Tino, but Jonathan, as well. I still have a few months to decide, but Parkside Place is definitely a contender.

    The community is beautiful and you cant ask for a better location - SUPER close to 99, a few minutes away from 249 and not too long of a drive from 45! I was recommended this place by a friend and honestly this was the best leasing experience I have ever had. Tino was my leasing agent and he was just amazing, you can tell he cares about every single resident and he is a great communicator - very up front and reassuring. I needed to move in asap and he was so diligent and was able to find me the perfect floorplan to fit my budget! Thank you!

    I love this place! We moved in a couple of weeks ago and can’t be happier. Jonathan has been amazing from day one... everyone in the office is so helpful Tino and Kim are great. I had an Issue with my fridge and within 5 minutes I had maintenance knocking at my door to fix it. If I could give more stars I would. Beautiful community and great staff. Highly recommend!

    I’ve lived here almost a year and I can say this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s safe, quite, and The staff are so kind and helpful with everything you need. The apartments have amazing amenities such as a movie room with wine fridge and so much more. I plan on staying here for years. The manager is Ms Kim and she along with Tino and Johnathan are always up front and so kind. They always make me smile and make getting things so easy. If something needs repair the sweet guys on the go carts are so fast to come and fix it. I’m highly satisfied with living here. You will be too. Thanks Ms. Kim, Mr. Tino, and Mr. Johnathan for helping me adjust to my new life.

    During this winter storm that hit the entire state of Texas and caused power and water outages, Kimberly and the Parkside team have been extremely helpful!They have offered to open garages (manually) so residents can get to their cars and keep warm, sent how to videos for flushing toilets manually, open access to the pool for water to flush our toilets, and simply helping in every way they can.They are in constant communication with us, letting us know every single update they have in regards to our power and water, and personally it helps me be a bit more at ease.During this crazy emergency, I’m glad to live in a community that cares!

    The community is very beautiful and I enjoy all the monthly events they host. The wine nights are great and the staff is really friendly. No community is perfect,however I think the comments below are tacky. This place is awesome and I will recommend you see it for yourself.     This place is so beautiful! Stopped in to check out an apartment so that I could be closer to work and boy was I surprised. Too many amenities to list. You have to see this place. Kim was awesome and showed me around. So professional and you can tell she really loves her job. She even let me play the Pac-Man arcade game in the theater room. Cannot wait to live here!

    Great place to live at! I’m more than happy that they finally got rid of our leasing agent Carmen she was beyond unprofessional and rude everytime we had questions! The rest of the staff they are so great that I recommend each and one of them. Thank you for all your help! My only concern is that cars keep driving down the apartments as they were still driving on 2920. It’s SCARY!! As many kids and pets as there is living here I’m afraid one day a tragedy could happen! Please I plead you do something about this.

    I am a resident of psp for over 2 years and never had an issue, but the reason for this review is because I really want to acknowledge all the effort that was done by our property manager during the crisis of the the snowpocalypse. She went above and beyond to keep us updated about power and water outage although the office was closed due to the events but she made sure to stay connected. PSP is the kind of community anyone would want to call home and rest assured that will always be there.
