We have lived at Parkside Apt for over 3 yrs, we have enjoyed our time here. From the start the office staff as been there for us, the current office staff, with the office manager Stephanie and especially the Assistant manager Crysty, have been great at resolving our issues, have always listened to us, and we can always know that we are receiving the best of care from them. Clyde has always fixed any issue in a timely manner with a smile on his face, we look forward to living here for the forcible future.Bruce

This Apartment complex is the absolute best, during our times of having our personal vehicle stolen, Crysty was able to accommodate us with a new move-in with no problem and was able to advise on how to get out of our old lease making the process for my husband and I so great. The complex is nice friendly, high security, clean environment, and spacious units with no noise complaints. The complex itself always are up to date with information on the apartments. We love it here and appreciate the lovely staff we have.

At Parkside Crysty Rogers always makes us feel welcome. She has great listening skills, eager to help. She provides outstanding customer service. She goes beyond and above to make sure our concerns are address. I love living in Parkside. She really make us feel at home.

PARKSIDE is, in my opinion, the nicest apartments in Longview that are not horrendously over priced. The office ladies are always kind and quick to help. The apartments themselves are on the newer side and the owners keep good maintenance of the exterior areas. However, maintenance per unit could be better. I’ve always gotten a quick reply to maintenance requests, but I wish there were more often bug sprays, ac filter changes, and that type of maintenance without having to ask for it. Other than that, PARKSIDE is great!

The parkside apartments are really nice and have a lot of amenities pool,gym,and dog park and more. We have a great leasing agent who gave us a tour Crysty Roger she is quick to respond and very sweet.

This is an awesome apartment complex with professional and caring management team. Everything is brand new with sense of HOME. The location is also perfect as it situates in the middle of many great places!
