If your looking for a spacious, clean and affordable apartments these are for you. i loved living here everything was tidy and upkeep. it’s a great community all around. the management is great, Sally and Allie are awesome and are there for you whenever you need them.

Allie and Sally are two very sweet office managers. They do everything in their power to be able to make this place your new home. This will be our THIRD year leasing with them. Like any apartment, it has its kinks but nothing that the maintenance team can’t fix! We love this place! Pretty great size and a bang for your buck.

A wonderful place to live! My wife and I love the central location and management has been so accommodating to all our needs. Parker Apartments has been a great living experience. It is located in the best part of town and the apartments are very spacious and beautifully renovated. I have made many friends during my stay at the Parker and the office and maintenance staff have really been exceptional. If you want beautiful spacious apartment in a great and safe part of town, I would highly recommend Parker Apartments.

We moved into the Parker Apartments on February 14th and it has been such an easy and quick process. They renovated our apartment before we moved in so it looks so good! It’s such a good size for a nice price. They offer valet trash and so many good things! We are excited for our journey of living here!

Its a beautiful property. The location cant be beat. Dog friendly and extremely quiet. New management is trying very hard to fix past mistakes. Maintenance is kind and very responsive. Covid hit this property hard. We went almost 2 years without anything. The neighbors helped their neighbors. Its that kind of a place. Very special and a place that your family will be safe around very kind neighbors. Ive been here almost 8 years. Ive honestly loved everything about this property.

The kitchen is SPACIOUS!! Management has been extra friendly, and my partner, our 2 cats, and I just recently renewed our second year lease here! Definitely live here! My favorite thing is definitely the fireplace

Just recently moving in, I am overall pleased. Chris Galvan has always been nothing but pleasant with a smile on his face from the day I first walked in to the leasing office. Oscar, in maintenance, does what he can with the sources and help he has and like Chris is always pleasant when you speak to him. Yes, they are older apartments and sometimes it takes a little long for things to get done, but theyre short staffed and facing manufacturer shortages just like all industries. The grounds always seem to be kept up and it feels safe.

The location is great, apartments beautiful, old but still update most of them.Maintenance team need more hands, there’s a lot of work to do, but few people to solve the problems in the apartments.

I hate that all the bad experiences only rate! So heres to my good one! The maintenance crew is the best part about this place. Theyre always busy - I should know my room is right beside their work room and I hear them every morning. They try to get to everyone quickly and address all concerns. Best way to get a work order done is to put it in through the website. They change your filters regularly, do maintenance check ups regularly ( every apartment), and even build gazebos! The office ladies are not the cheeriest, but they take care of your concerns. There are a lot of small fees on your monthly bill, but for water, gas, extra charges, and sewage its only around $20 extra. Get a house and pay 40-100 in water because it fluctuates and youll be grateful for the $20. Trash is valet and is costly but its already included in the price they quote you. My recommendation is allowing the tenant to decide if they want to pay the $25 extra, but its nice not having to take it myself too. There is a weird security deposit that you DONT get back, insurance is required and bill monthly or annually, and they have monthly pet fees. Everythings in the paperwork though. Read the paper work!! Make a copy or print it before signing! I have several friends and co-workers that live here, because its so nice. During Christmas they wrap your gifts, during thanksgiving they hold a food drive, they have movie rentals, and they just put in a grill at the pool! Its not the fanciest (most that are are terrible! Cascades*), but for the size and the price, its great!!!My only dislikes is the valet trash charge and age of the apartments. If it werent for the maintenance guys, the buildings would fall apart.

Katie and Cindi are a great management team,they make sure the tenants are top priority . They treat the vendors like part of thier family. Maintnence works so hard to ensure the apartments are in tip top shape and the grounds are looking good.Nice quiet safe area to live and the units are really nice a you cant beat the price,Location is great near good schools,great shopping and entertainment. Check them out.

Parker Apartments have truly been an amazing experience. I’ve submitted maintenance in the past and they’ve always been prompt and responsive. Ms. Allie, the property manager has been nothing but helpful. You can tell she cares about the residents. The apartments are super spacious, clean and quiet. I truly have love living here.
