Chell made the apartment hunting process seamless! She is professional and courteous, and you can tell she really cares about her job and helping others. She went above and beyond to find us exactly what we needed in a short time frame. After looking at apartments for a month in the area none compared, not only because the price and quality but also because leasing agents in the area simply don’t want to work. So grateful i found this ducked off complex with wonderful staff.

Our family has thoroughly enjoyed living at Park Place for two years. Chell is an amazingly kind and efficient manager, and Juan is great with maintenance, always going above and beyond the call of duty. The grounds are beautiful, unique, and well-kept. (Not cookie-cutter like some apartment complexes.) Park Place is a wonderful place to live and a much-welcomed oasis in Hurst!

Chell took the time to show me several apartments and was very patient. She explained the whole process thoroughly and answered any questions that I asked. I was nervous about this decision but she put my mind at ease. The units are older but the grounds are kept nice and clean.

Chell is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for her residents and actually cares about them as people not just tenants. She is always willing to help and makes this property a home to us not just a place to live. She is truly a wonderful person and she is why I am renewing again after living here many years!

I lived in this community for over three years. The property is kept up very well and the office manager is always on top of her game. It would be your pleasure to experience living in this community. The dog park, basketball and pickleball courts, swimming pool, and the landscaping are beautiful. I loved my time here.

I have lived at Park Place apartments for 3 years. I fell in love with the property from day one! We recently flipped from being owned by an individual to being managed by Valiant Residential.The transition has gone smoothly. They are in the process of updating the buildings with a fresh coat of paint! The manager Michelle has been very courteous when answering questions and by keeping residents up to date via email. I look forward to many more years at Park Place. I see nothing but good things in the future!!!

We have lived here for almost a year now and it has been great! Good price for the square footage. Very quiet neighbors. No bugs. Excellent maintenance and management. The place is cute and well maintained. Most people have lived here for 10 years+. So that’s a good sign I’d say!

This place looks like a great place to live, it was well taken care of and the staff was very attentive especially chell who greeted me when i arrived and made me feel very welcomed, im very excited to be a part of this community and cant wait for summer to hang out by the pool.

I have loved living here. The complex is very clean and well kept. Its quiet and the location is amazing. The new manager is very friendly.
