Debbie is AMAZING!!!! My husband and I were looking for a place in the area and were completely blown away by the apartments and the fantastic tour she gave! We needed to move in pretty quickly after touring and Debbie was in constant communication with us and made the process super easy! This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever looked at or moved into, largely thanks to Ms. Debbie Bennett! She was so knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping my partner and I find an apartment that works for us. She’s truly gone above and beyond for us, and I feel comfortable knowing if I ever have trouble she will be there to help.

As I was signing my paperwork, she was about to get ready to dress up as Mrs. Claus for a Christmas party for the residents!!! It was such an amazing experience to see the dedication she has. As for the property, I am so happy with my unit. The location is perfect and the unit is immaculate! The property itself is beautiful and sooo many amenities! Ms.Debbie is as foretold; indubitably the best. My girlfriend and I have toured far too many apartments in the last few months, and being first time renters, it’s been a new and stressful process.That is until we met Ms.Debbie..It’s hard to imagine where to start when describing Ms.Debbies humility and dedication. She’s walked me through every step, how to secure renters insurance, electric, internet, ect..I’ve been moved in for about three weeks now and I’ve got no complaints. From early in the morning to late at night I’ve called, sent multiple (and I mean multiple!) emails, and ms.debbie has responded and answered EVERY TIME! No matter the question or concern Ms.Debbie has shown me that she’s committed to being everything you’d ever want from a leasing and management experience!

I love living here! I’ve renewed my lease 3 times, and my complaints are minimal. As a resident and single parent, I feel very safe and secure in my home. Staff are solution focused and visible on the property, they listen to resident concerns and hold the community residents to high standards. The maintenance staff are quick and professional responding to requests. Debbie has been there since opening day and she’s great. The rest of the staff are very nice too.

Wow, what an amazing experience! This has truly been our best leasing experience. The only reason we are transitioning is because we purchased a home or we would be here longer. Lived here for the last year and it was great! The community is beautiful, very clean, and safe. Its also in a wonderful area and you dont have to travel far to for groceries, entertainment, etc. Maintenance is extremely quick. The leasing management is very kind and understanding. My partner and I are only moving because we decided to purchase our first fixer upper house. I would have definitely stayed here forever if I could. Definitely going to miss this place!

I lived at Park Ave for about 3 years and had a very good experience. Im a single mom with two girls so I found this complex to be safe for the most part. The location was great and I cant complain about the price considering the amount of space we had. I was blessed with some excellent and helpful neighbors that I truly miss. The office staff were so helpful and maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely fashion. I loved the way the portal was set up, it brought a sense of community keeping everyone informed of whats going on. I even dropped my wallet in the lot once and it was returned with everything there! Amenities were taken care of and we used them all! The girls enjoyed having the large balcony space that looked out to the pond so we spent a lot of time out there reading, eating and relaxing.Now even though trash would get out of hand and I dealt with a few pest in my unit when I first moved in (put down diatomaceous earth and pest were gone), literally the ONLY major drawback for me personally was moving out. I cleared and cleaned out everything (carpet, oven, fridge, cabinets were cleaned and polished) in great detail an entire month in advance. I took pictures and a couple of videos just for content purposes not knowing I would need them. Once I returned the keys I received some very unusual charges. I professionally explained by email that this had to have been a mistake, sent my pictures in and the only response I received was that the charges will still stand. I chose not to get my consumer lawyer involved and eventually paid what they were asking for. I just didnt have the time or energy at the time to go back and forth.Overall, I still would recommend these apartments sense over the course of 3 years the positives outweighed the negatives. I mean we really did not want to leave because of how peaceful it was. Just be mindful that when your stay comes to an end theres a possibility youll end up with some serious fees.

Weve lived here 5 years and have found the grounds to be very well maintained weekly. The interactions Ive had with the neighbors Ive met have always been friendly and kind. We met with Debbie first, who helped us through the leasing process and who thoroughly went through all the details---she was so patient as we read every word of the lease!The other leasing office staff are superb as well. Debbie has a friendly, wry wit which keeps us on our toes and laughing. Gina is a stand-out in her excellent knowledge of the financial side of things; she also has a very welcoming and great, friendly demeanor. Latricia seems like an old friend Id only recently met. And Shelly, the manager, recently shared a friendly, long conversation with me about our property and her dedication AND vision for it.Sam and Katrina, our main maintenance experts, have, without fail, been so responsive, kind, and have even taken the time to explain to me what issue we may be having and how it all gets fixed behind the scenes. Sam even puts up with 1 of our 2 cats who tries to always help him by trying to get Sams attention! LOL!The quality of the buildings is great...its extremely rare that we hear ANY sounds from neighbors. In fact, we only share about a quarter of wall with ours.Again, we very much enjoy our experience here. And its really nice that when we walk into the leasing office....well, its sort of like the TV show Cheers....everybody knows our name.

That was a Saturday and we visited multiple locations before deciding to pick Park Ave. Sunday we went back to see Debbie and pick an apartment. While she juggled multiple people in the office, Debbie treated each one with the same jovial helpful attitude. If this place lives up to all that we have been told, my daughter will be very happy here. Ill return down the road to update on the status after some time has passed.

I’m speaking from my personal experience. I went in to get pricing on a one bedroom apartment and a week later I signed my lease! Debbie Bennett was great from start to finish! She gave me pricing, walked me over and gave me a walk thru of a unit, showed me around the property, and we even talked about our love of horses! Honestly, she is very direct and straight forward. So I guess that’s why some people have the negative to say in other reviews. But I can appreciate it! Why talk to someone that’s gonna BS you or sugar coat things. We are adults! But nevertheless she was friendly and personable with me and Her attitude is awesome! I got my apartment at a great price with free movers. My Point is, go in and see for yourself!! Debbie Bennett is great. Lease with her!!

I stayed here for about 3 years, 2019-2022, wanted to renew but for the unit I was living in rent was gonna jump from 1052 to 1360 :( I loved my place though, perfect amount of space, peaceful, saw maybe 3 dead tree roaches (from outside) in my unit the ENTIRE time I was there so I didn’t have any major pest issues. Maintenance came literally as soon as possible for requests if not the very next day. Office staff was cool, there were quite a few cars that had gotten broken into, tires taken, etc. which sucked, but was happening everywhere.. but overall my 3 years here was cool as a first time renter. Debbie made the process real smooth, from the tour to when I checked out.

We have lived here for almost a year and could not be happier. So far our experience has been wonderful. The office staff have been nothing but helpful to us and polite when we have had a request. The maintenance team has been awesome. Although we have only had minor issues they have been quick to fix. Our AC went out on a Sunday morning during the summer and was back on within the hour. Parking can be tight on occasion but nothing we couldnt live with but now have a garage. The only reason that we cannot give a 5 star rating is the trash compactor issue. It is often full especially on the weekend. Either need more frequent pick up or an additional one in the back of the complex. Overall though we are very happy with our choice to move here.

I have read the other reviews and have never experienced any problems with the management team since my move in May 2017. They have been extremely helpful and kind to me, they have great deals I won free movers to help me move in to my apartment on the 3rd floor that was super awesome.The times I have reported a work order it gets done accordingly. No issues with bugs or pest at all. I love the location and amenities are fantastic. Love it here I have no complains I love my apartment. I am looking forward on renewing lease soon. When my husband and I decided to look at these apartments, we met Ms. Debbie in the leasing office. She took the time to take us to the 3rd floor to look at a floor plan and we fell in love. We have lived here for two years now, and we love our apartment. It is very peaceful towards the back, we love our garage, its walking distance to EFL park, and maintenance has been very accommodating.My only concern is the small crime that seems to happen somewhat frequently. My car was broken into twice, and Ive read of other issues on the website. A solution to this problem would be to hire a security guard to patrol the property.

I would recommend this complex due to its convenient location, especially if one works near Hobby Airport. Read on for more details.PRICE: The prices seem a bit high, most likely due to the luxury reference on the sign. I would not consider this complex luxurious, by any means, but it is a nice place to call home.PARKING: Be prepared to rent a carport/garage if you want a guaranteed parking spot, especially if you return home later than most.TRASH: There is only one trash compactor for the entire complex so garbage tends to overflow frequently. This problem could be avoided if the button operated properly and if residents took the time to ensure their trash bag makes it down the chute.MAINT: When maintenance has been needed, service requests have always been completed within 24-48 hours, if not the same day. No big issues in the 2+ years that we have lived here - lightbulbs, blinds, air filters, etc.STAFF: We have not had any issues with the office staff. The leasing agents seem to turnover frequently. Ms. Gina and Ms. Debbie have been the most helpful if you need anything resolved. Interaction with the office is minimal if you pay your rent online and dont receive many packages. They are strict on the requirements/rules, but Im sure they are merely abiding by their corporate office guidelines.SNAKES: Snake sightings are not unheard of and the complex does their best to manage them. We have only seen two snakes in over two years of living here, and they have been near the wooded areas.RESIDENTS: We have not had any noise complaints. Neighbors can be heard from time to time but it is not excessive and is to be expected in an apartment setting. Many cultures are represented in the complex and friendly interactions occur in passing daily. Many friends have been made here.Hopefully this review has been helpful for prospective residents!
