    I would love to give this 10 stars. Let me start off by saying that the staff is great! Big shout out to Krista and Jaime! Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my original move in date on multiple occasions, each time they worked with me, patient and understanding.I have lived at other complexes and this property is by far the best! I love how spacious the rooms are. The kitchen is large, tons of counter space, unlike others.The maintenance is fantastic and they work hard to keep the property clean.It’s a great community, quiet and peaceful. One of the features I enjoy most is that all the lights around the property automatically turn on and off.Neighbors are kind, respectful.Overall pleased, great and safe place to live.

    I was moving long-distance in less than one week, and management was able to help with everything I needed! They processed my application within 1 day and move-in was easy, even during COVID. Maintenance was always available when needed, and I never had a issue when going to the office with a question. Im from a town where a lot of money gets you not a lot of space, so for the rent these apartments are very spacious. I very much enjoyed living here.

    Love the staff, if there was ever a problem they fixed it right away! That is extremely important to me! And love the apartments! Kitchen is amazing with my favorite part the walk in pantry. Second favorite part was the massive balcony! I strongly recommend living here!

    This apartment complex is great. Some may label it as overpriced but you get what you pay for. The pool and fireplace outside are stunning and the grounds are well kept. Inside the apartment the kitchen and bathrooms are all updated. The best part about this complex is the maintenance team. If something goes wrong and you call that day it is most likely going to be fixed within an hour or two unless they are very backed which is never the case. The neighbors are friendly and it feels very safe. I personally loved the security team they had patrol at night. Only negative is the location. Pulling out of the complex onto Coulter can really really suck. Ending thought, great place to live.

    I have liked living here so far! The staff in the office are great; specifically Gina - she never fails to do an excellent job and make your day better! There have been more maintence problems than I expected/hoped; however, they are fixed and addressed in a very timely manner. It is pretty quiet, noise isnt bad: Sometimes you hear peoples trucks, and the front doors seem to slam - but again, not bad.

    I only stayed for a short time, but the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Also, submitting a maintenance request was quick and easy, plus maintenance showed up in a very timely manner when I needed something done. A very honest management team and I would rent from them again if I were living in Amarillo.

    June 3, 2022I have lived here about two years now. It is the best apartment complex in Amarillo. Which is based on me living at another complex. The office staff are very polite, and when I call to have something fixed they are quick in notifying maintenance. Yesterday I had a problem of urgent concern and in less than an hour maintenance fixed the problem. Thanks to the front office staff, Terry, and Kiev. Killer service

    I love these apartments! The floor plans are just great! The kitchen is nice and big enough to cook meals in without feeling so overly crowded. Added bonus is the cute little dog park they have on property.The staff is very helpful and really nice too.

    Very convenient location. Neighbors are quiet and respectful and the staff is friendly and courteous. If you like to dine out there are several restaurants within walking distance. If you have a dog or just enjoy nature there is a park close by with a lake, which is perfect for morning jog or an afternoon stroll. Minutes away from any major highway, and just minutes away from downtown Amarillo

    The person doing the maintenance does his job well and in fast time. 5 stars for him. The dishwasher door was not made to take a blow of +200lbs on it snd he had done everything in his tool case to fix it. All other repairs have been done in a timely manor also. Thank you very much.     I recently moved back to Amarillo. Someone suggested that I give The Park at Coulter a try ! I immediately fell in love with the staff..including the management ! They were and have been very helpful and kind ! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. I was able to move right in and put my things away..everything was so clean ! Thanks to everyone at The Park at Coulter for making my move and every day living so pleasurable !I LOVE my new apartment / home !!

    Great place to live. The folks in the office are wonderful and always helpful! The maintenance guys are on the ball! Its well maintained, quiet and I love my apartment! I cant recommend it enough!

    Kasey in the office is amazing! She always has a smile on her face and is extra willing to help! Super thin walls in the apartments so unless you want to hear your upstairs neighbors at all times go for a third floor.
