This is a great affordable place to live with everything in the vicinity. Market street, the mall, and more. Amy, Yasmin, Brianna, and the staff have been really helpful here during my time! I always say hi to them and they are really sweet.The only thing………..why are there so many Cubans here? They all have big foreheads. 🤣🤣🤣

The management staff here is AMAZING!!! They made the entire process seamless and easy. Even when there were some minor issues noted with my apartment, the maintenance staff was EXTREMELY quick to correct them. 100% recommend this community for your next apartment lease.

I have lived here for a little over a year now, and have chosen to sign another lease due to the floor plan, pricing and the helpfulness of the staff. The floor plan I have is very spacious and has multiple closets, which is perfect for me. The complex is not without faults, just like all other complexes, but the responsiveness of the office staff and maintenance staff sets it apart from other complexes. I would love to see updates to the kitchen and bathroom cabinets in the future, as they are very outdated, but they offer a great price for the size of the floor plan I have chosen. I have had some issues since living here, but the staff always addresses the issues as quickly as they can, which is appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the need for updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall a great value for the price.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The grounds are clean and clutter free. The layouts of the floor plans are generous and make it hard to choose a favorite. Its in walking distance to a grocery store and fast food. I love that its located in a nicer neighborhood, but nothing beats the upbeat office staff. I recommend these apartments wholeheartedly.

The Park Apartments has a wonderful community atmosphere with staff that make you feel like family. There is a great dog park and plenty of green spaces to make you feel like you are not in the city. The pools & laundry facilities are great! It’s a great place to live and I should know I’ve been here 4 years 😁I am extremely impressed with Jason & all the staff here. Jason goes above and beyond for us tenants!!! They respond very quickly to any repairs that need to be made and the leasing staff is great! This is a great place to live where neighbors and staff is a family community.

I was a bit worried because of age of apartments etc. But so far my experience here is amazing! I’ve had no problems with any appliances or anything. My apartment was clean and perfect on my move in date. Everyone at the office is incredibly nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great, safe place, women this is lit up like crazy at night and it’s so safe!!!The first place I feel safe enough to sit outside and breath in the evening. Two pools yes one is under construction but it’s a good neighborhood and pet friendly 10/10 recommendation! Maintenance is great if you communicate and apartment complex itself is great to just go in and chat! They’re truly the best that I’ve looked at in Midland

Jason from the maintenance crew did an amazing job today! He went above and beyond to make sure my service request was done in a timely and professional manner. Jason did quality work and I am so glad there is a hardworking, determined, and polite person like him working within our apartment complex.

Ive lived in many places over the years, and park at Caldera has some of the friendliest and most attentive staff Ive ever dealt with! Jason with maintenance and Demar in the office are my absolute favorites. I would request them if you can! They always make my day better. The apartments are older, but if you have any sort of issues, theyll fix it right up for you! Its within walking distance of so much that you really dont even need a vehicle! I think its great if youre used to a big city feel with small town personality.

My lease is ending soon so I called to schedule a tour and Kenley was amazing! She was very kind/friendly and knew what she was talking about. She answered all my questions to the fullest extent and was extremely helpful. I think I just found my new home!!

Every time I inform Jason, one of our maintenance guys on the complex, about an issue that I might have at my apartment, he makes sure it is taken care of, many times right away if it is in his power to do so. And then he follows up on the matter to make sure it has been permanently solved. All the staff I speak to for information on any matters or to let them know about any issues, are kind and courteous, and always show they make an effort to give my needs priority. I appreciate that and it gives me a general good feeling about choosing Park at Caldera as my home.

Everyone that works in the office are very professional and up to speed on how to get me the best deal, the maintenance team has stayed on top of the little bit of work that had to be done in my apartment and the groundskeeper sure does keep everything picked up especially with a few tenants that do not seem to care about cleanliness. Five stars out the door!!!

Have lived here for almost 4 years. Rates are reasonable for Midland. It is a quiet community, havent had any issues. It is close to the Loop, Market Street, the Mall, and Restaurants. The new owners are fixing the apartments up and adding small touches here and there. They built a small fenced in dog park and a play area for the children. While the one bedroom apartments dont have much kitchen space or a pantry for can goods, it is usable, just have to be creative. #parkatcaldera #rampartnersllc #smartmove #smartlife

If I could give a 10 rating to the leasing agent, Aylin Fundora, at Park at Caldera I would. She was very infomrative, spent so much time helping us make the right decision on chosing our home. She was very proactive on processing the necessary paperwork and provided excellent feed back and updates regarding the process. She made us feel very comfortable that we are moving into a well managed facility and will be responsive regarding any issues that should arrise.

I love this place Ive lived hear for 5 years and have never had a issue it a safe place for kids and you are close to everything schools, fast food, the mall and right next door the market where they sale dinner if your to busy to cook with all the hour you work it convenient and they fix your apartment in a timely manner the ladies in the office are amazing Lisa is a wounderful manager of this apartment and she get thing done also lasandra and Hillary are amazing they make you feel at home come check these apartments outA lot of changes have been made since most of these review they got a better matenance crew they got better staff and they work with you they are making changes
